I have spent the last 3 months without a car until taking it to this wonderful business. Rick is very honest and explains absolutely everything. After other shops in Springfield drug me over the coals and lied to me several times, I took my 2013 Ford Edge here and oh my goodness, HE HAD IT FINISHED IN A DAY! I will never go anywhere else ever again. I recommend this place 100%. Other places wanted me to replace my Transmission!!!!! Not this guy! He is fair, honest, and hard working and his entire crew is AMAZING!!!!

Knowledge, honesty, best shop in town. Had a starter issue in our CRV Rick also noticed a noise in a part that had been replaced a few months ago, warrantied and replaced it as well. Thanks!

Attention ladies! These gentlemen are as honest as you will find in the area. They do great work at affordable prices. Rick and Dave are so incredibly knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail beforehand, and in a respectful manner. I will continue to take my family vehicles to these folks. So thankful to have found them!

Absolutely incredible service! Dropped off our car with them, and within 24 hours We were told the root of our problem, who to go to for the best price and best service, and the people we spoke with were personable and top-notch! Dave was absolutely amazing to work with! We would buy toothpaste and toilet paper from the store if they had it because of how trustworthy they are! I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with this company. Not only were they super polite and professional but they got my car in-and-out quickly. The price came out cheaper than what I was expecting. Rick and Dave were both great to deal with. I would definitely recommend their company to anyone needing work done.

I took my car this because it threw a timing belt. First off the head needed rebuilt. They told me it s un fixable and their machine shop couldn t fix it. So we had to take it to another machine shop and they fixed it perfectly fine no complaints. So we then took it back to all pro to re assemble and time and get running good again. They ended up timing it way off. It ran 20 degrees hot afterwards. I poured a bunch of knew parts in it only to figure out they timed it wrong. Never using this shop again and definitely don t recommend.Service: Engine repair

I've been coming to All-Pro for most of my driving life (20+ years), and I would never have made it this long without the trust I have in everyone there. Rick is practically part of the family after so long , and he can explain all the car things in a way even I can understand. Do yourself a favor and come to All-Pro! Experience, honestly, and fair prices mean everything in auto maintenance and repairs.

I have been coming here for over a decade now and I have never had any issues. Rick is always trying to find the most affordable way to help us out if he can. Not like all that fancy dealerships that want more. Rick is the most amazing car repair man I have ever had the honor of working with. As a college student, he knew my schedule was hard to work with and did everything he could to get my brakes done as soon as possible. Dropped my car off and got it back the same day. They even replaced my car key that had been broken for years as a courtesy. Got my brake pads, rotors, and calipers done here and will be back in the future for any and all automotive work. You will not regret going to Rick and the team. They gave me a ride home, called with updates, and I felt no pressure to get any service done I didn t deem necessary. They did a Long overdue oil l change for me, very quick and reasonably priced. Then I went back when my car was running badly and they got it in pretty quick in the middle of holiday season and rotten weather were very professional and courteous. I had a wonderful experience. They fixed my rear brakes and told me all else that probably needs to be done looking at the car and the milage. They even showed me how to check for oil and how much to add when necessary. My car now runs great and everything was done at a fair price. Rick and the team are extremely good at explaining problems and options for repairs before moving forward. I have no problem send the wife and daughter in to get repairs done. Price and quality is top notch, great shop at an affordable price. Call them if you have questions, they can help you out with any questions.

We were passing thru town on our way to TN when a bearing started making noise. I called All-Pro and talked to Rick. They were 2-3 days backed up but Rick said to come by and he would at least take a look at it. He wouldn't take anything for looking at it. What a super guy and very professional! If we lived in Springfield I would definitely use All-Pro!

This group is like family to me.They are always ready to help me out with all my car problems. They are honest and hard working and they go the extra mile to do things right. Rick Carpenter is the best. He has a caring personality and wont steer you wrong! His mechanics are well trained and know their stuff. Great service!! He went above and beyond!We were visiting from out of town and our A/C on the car stopped blowing air.We called them up and were willing to check out the car immediately.He was even kind enough to drop us off(2 adults with our 4 small kids) at Bass Pro while the car got fixed.He kept us up to date with phone calls. And then picked up my husband and brought him back to his shop for the final details and payment.It was a fantastic service!! And would highly recommend them.We also think the price was fair. So great experience all around.

I've been taking my vehicles here for 15yrs+. It's hard to put a value on a mechanic/shop you can trust without hesitation. That's how I feel about Rick and the crew at All-Pro.

They recommended a great towing place (Henry's towing) that was fast and friendly and once it was at All-Pro it was fixed the same day before they closed. They were very nice and the guy I talked to on the phone had a pleasant speaking voice. We have been here before and it was a good experience then as well.Service: BatteryService: Battery
