Fishy people, stay away from them. Their 5 star reviews are apparently all the Russian friends of one of their salespeople, and the named salesperson himself. Went to test drive a car with them, did a thorough checkout of the car and was first in line to buy it. I expressed my strong interest in buying it, but that I'd of course want to get a full inspection prior to buying it. To me that's standard and not something to be afraid of or dodgy about if they were being as honest and upfront about the car as they claimed. Jake, one of the salesmen, knows how to put on a really good "honest joe" act. He kept insisting that was fine and "encouraged" but that he wanted to pay for it and get it done himself at "the place down the road, they know us and like us and Im sure they can get it in today". When I kept repeating that I wanted to get it done myself and pay for it, and choose the place myself, he just ignored that statement entirely and kept repeating that he would get it done. There was another person coming to see the car and minutes later after we left he messaged me saying that the other woman had bought the car, no counter offering, nothing. I think that he sold it to her because she was willing to take it without an inspection and I made it clear that I wasn't. Come to read the reviews it sounds like they wipe check engine lights and codes prior to selling cars that have definite mechanical problems with them that are discovered shortly after someone takes their car home. They also seem to hold titles hostage. Very sketchy, glad I didn't buy from them. My short experience with them sends up major red flags.

Dishonest crooks!! Sold my son a good low mileage car that was a mess underneath, Bad catalytic converter, bad breaks, bad control arm, wood screws holding in the headlight housing that the bulb was laying in the bottom of, ect. So bad wouldn't pass inspection.. It also took them 3 weeks of us calling every other day to finally get the title that we were told was on site....STAY AWAY from this bissinss !!!

I really hate writing bad reviews but I can t help but feel like I need to warn people of my experience here. I bought a 2013 Prius here and 4 days in the check engine light came on. I was in contact with Vitaly and he was very helpful and promising of helping me out since I had just bought a $10,900 car from them. All in all Vitaly ended up ghosting me and I spent $2,600 more dollars to get my catalytic converter replaced because multiple shops told me it was faulty and recommended this job be done at Reliable Toyota. Reliable Toyota worker said that it was suspicious that my check engine light came on within only driving it very little within those first 4 days (to school and back like 3 min drives) and they suspect ozark motors wiped the light off to sell the car without disclosing the problem. On top of all of this I paid them a refundable $100 hold to get the loan for the car and they won t even pay that back.If I had a friend saying they were going to this place I would tell them it was a bad idea. And that they are dishonest people.

Put down money to pick a truck up the guy said it had no issues and was good to go. I drove over 2 hours to get the the truck and it had major issues and him and the manager was no where to be found. I wouldnt trust these guys for anything. The only reason they have good reviews is from their friends and family. Very poor company and they are crooks.

STAY AWAY!!I bought a car from a salesman at this establishment back in May 2022. Part of the deal was that he purchase me 2 new tires, a battery, a headlight and front brakes. Vitaliy Yevtushuk (the salesman) was friendly and communicative for the first several weeks, but eventually started ignoring my messages and calls. I haven't heard from him since late June, despite many phone calls and messages. The owner of this dealership even admitted that he's been having trouble with this salesman, but he won't do anything about it.I HIGHLY recommend staying AWAY from this business.

My granddaughter had looked at a car on a Thursday evening, she got all the money together to buy it and wanted to go back the next evening, Friday, but the salesman said he couldn't meet her until Saturday morning at 9:30. He told her that he would hold the car for her until Saturday. Saturday morning he texted and asked if they were still coming and after they told him they were, he told her that he didn't know it, but the other sales guy had someone coming to look at the same car, at the same time. We got there at 9:15 and the other person was getting in the car to test drive it. When they returned, the salesman texted my daughter, who was still in their parking lot, and told her that the other person was buying the car. Needless to say, my granddaughter was very upset, as is her grandma!This seems to be their MO.

We purchased a vehicle from this lot and they told our daughter she would have her title In 5 days, this was in March. We had a little communication at first but now they will not respond at all to us. The one time I called the shop the man who answered yelled at me and then hung up on me. Shortly later the owner called apologizing and told me to call him from now on but guess who refuses to answer. I have screen shots of attempts. Very sad and unprofessional lot, do not use them.

Best Parts shop ever. Best customer service I ve ever had in my entire life. Got all the parts I need for a good and reliable price. Basically built my whole Lexus from all the parts here.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE WITHOUT VERIFYING THE TITLE IS ON SITE. I bought a vehicle in May and still have not received the title, no one answers or calls back. I will have to take this matter to civil court now

Dishonest. Wouldn't recommend ever buying a vehicle or parts from them again. Sold a car with major mechanical problems that was listed as having none.
