Buying a car used to be intimidating. Times have changed with good people. Amanda at Victory is a gem! Not only did she smooth out the wrinkles while we were shopping but she seamlessly handed us off to her trusted sales team when it was decision day. Tons of experience to help get through the tough stuff. Junior made the day exciting! (buying a car should be right). Patient and thorough. No pressure just data and TLC. He even told us about cars we hadn t considered to be sure we were making a long term good choice for our daughter. No need to stress. Just give Victory a call and tell em Steve sent ya;)

I bought my ram from here I had a great experience they let me leave and come back without hounding me fixed an issue no questions asked after the no warranty sale and have continued to be good to me I'll be returning in the future I recommend you do to make sure to holler at Jeff

By far my best experience purchasing a vehicle! Friendly personnel, very helpful, every step of the process explained. It just felt like I was surrounded by a bunch of friends helping me purchasing my car. They were all great! When you go to Victory Chevy, ask for Danny, or Scott, or frankly any salesman, you are in good hands!

The pricing of the vehicles and also options were great. I couldn't find anything else that it can beat it. The staff were very helpful and also well informed as well, especially Jared was definitely great. There was a lot of hiccups along the way for waiting on my vehicle for parts arriving and getting it fixed.However after buying it. I did really appreciate it the most that they hold the vehicle for me coming out of town best of all. There was several delays in the process but all is well it ends well.I wanted to thank Jeff for having patience with me in the beginning but after a while couldn't get a hold of him. I did wish to get a hold of him to thank him for putting things in order.If there is something that could be beneficial in the future is for the dealership have an app with transparent process of when a vehicle is being delayed, maintenance and also ready for pickup. It would definitely give all customers peace of mind.

The experience was pretty good with Victory from start to finish. It was very smooth. My headlight had condensation and needed replaced and they did this with ease. The reason for my 4.5 star review is in regard to the car key. It only came with one key which I ll have to purchase the second out of pocket. I ve had the vehicle for less than one month and I ve already gotten a notification that the one that I have needs the battery replaced, so there goes additional money on keys.

I came from two states away to buy a new truck. I spoke to the sales guy no less than five times, and not one time did he mention that the truck had been hailed on. I found this out after I got to the dealership. Also, the March Madness $4000 off that is advert on their website, is really only $3,000. They take $1000 of it for finance fees . It seems a lot like a bait and switch. They also play music that has explicit lyrics on their sales floor. Not a professional place at in any way.

Carley was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and got us everything we needed for insurance. We also really appreciate how quickly the truck was repaired so we weren t without a vehicle for very long at all.

Customer service and the service department here are pretty good but I would not recommend buying a used car here. Within the first 6 months of purchase, I ve had to get 4 new tires, breaks and rotors on all 4, new battery, plugs and coils, air filter, wipers and have it aligned. I know I should have looked things over better before buying, but they tell you all vehicles go through a 160 point inspection and with the unlimited resources they have at a dealership w/ service dept., you would think some of these items would have been caught. They did push the extended warranty really hard during the sale, which I declined, so I m starting to think they knew some things were wrong with the car and just chose not to disclose the issues. I understand things wear out over time, I ve never put this much money into a car this soon after a purchase though.

Just bought a used 2017 Ford escape, which is the second used car my family has bought from them in the last 2 years. Have had no problems with either car and the sales team was easy to work with. They followed up with everything that they said they would do so we will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

We took our Tahoe in for service. Right from the start with our initial conversation with Jason the service was great! He then handed us off to Carley in the service area and she was able to take care of us in a timely fashion and communicated with us throughout the servicing of our vehicle. The customer service was excellent!

Easily the friendliest dealership staff I ve had the pleasure of working with. The whole process of purchasing a new vehicle with my trade in was smooth from start to finish. Chris H. was the salesman who sold me my truck and I couldn t be happier with my buying experience. It was a laid back and pressure free environment with down to Earth staff who put their customers first! I live 4 hours away in Nebraska but they ll be the first place I ll check for a new vehicle every time.

If I could give this dealership 100 stars I would. From Julie with the online department to Jeff Millikan our INCREDIBLE salesman to Cammy in financing, I felt we were truly valued as customers. They treated us with respect and we left feeling like we gained friends. I cant say enough good things about the people here at this dealership.

My husband and I hate buying a car. We found this traverse online, and decided to check it out. This was the first car that we had looked at since deciding that it was time to trade. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. The car was actually on the lot, which a lot of the time cars that are advertised are not. Our salesman was nice, not pushy, and informative. We bought the first car we looked at!

It isn't very ofter these days when you get to give a great review for customer service. But the people at Victory Chevrolet went above and beyond to take care of my issue. We bought a used vehicle that unfortunately had an undiagnosed issue that required a $10,000, minimum, repair. They were completely stand up guys, Jamal and Jeff, and gave me my money back. This isn't the image that comes to mind of car salesmen, but these guys took care of me and I would not hesitate to buy something from them in the future, unfortunately they didn't have any used vehicles that would work for us at this time.

The detail shop is horrible!! Our sale was an easy one, we walked in prequalified, knew what we wanted without any issues! All I asked was to detail the vehicle and to be honest it doesn t look like it was even touched! This truly makes me not want to recommend this dealership in the future!

My inquiry was responded to quickly. My questions answered before making an appointment. The salesperson was pleasant, not pushy.The back and forth process with salesperson and some unknown person making offers is a ridiculous process this dealer still does.The finance person was friendly not having to wait too long. Paying cash it went fast. No pressure buying extra stuff.All in all it was not a bad experience however being forced to pay for some Safe guard subscription was very objectionable. Should have walked away.

My salesman, Jeff was great to work with and Cammy was awesome as well, however I am disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. I guess I should have inspected it closer before purchasing. There was no spare key which I mentioned before I took delivery. The dealer said I would have to go to a Dodge dealer to get a replacement. After arriving home, I discovered no spare tire or jack was in the truck. The dealer did agree to get those for me but when I turned on the wipers the blades were shredded. No big deal but I immediately replaced them. Finally the air filter was nearly plugged. These are things that should have been addressed in the pre sale inspection. Otherwise, the truck was super clean and looked great!

Just purchased my second new vehicle in two years from Victory Chevrolet in Smithville, MO. First was my wife's '22 Camaro SS and this one was my '24 Silverado Trail Boss. Only went to one dealership, no need to go elsewhere. For both vehicle sales, Kyle's professionalism, technical knowledge, and availability far exceeded traditional/normal vehicle dealership expectations and experiences. Went there to buy a new Chevy but, left with an enduring friendship!

The fact that I even have to write a review like this in 2023 is disheartening. I am a single 24 year old African American female that takes care of her mother, nieces and nephews as well as works 2 jobs. After saving up for over a year I was finally able to come up with the down payment for the car of my dreams from Victory Chevrolet. After going to the dealership and purchasing said vehicle there were immediate issues. The transmission light came on immediately and I was told to get the extended warranty and that the dealership would fix with no issues. My sales rep Chris assured me he would assist throughout the entire process. After just a few months of having the vehicle the transmission started lagging terribly. The dealership originally told me it was a misfire but after having my uncle (a male) speak to them they agreed to send to Hyundai to fix. After this incident the car again had transmission issues and would not go in reverse would only roll. I called my original sales rep for assistance and he hung up on me. After getting the run around and again having to have a "male" come to get anything done the dealership finally kept the vehicle and then sent it to Hyundia again. After having back for just a few months the transmission is once again out. After speaking with dealership they said if I come up with $3,000 dollars for another down payment they will help me get out of vehicle. I went to buy another warranty to help cover what the dealership lied about but the warranty agent told me to cancel and that I was being taken advantage of. I feel the same way. I feel because I am a black female by herself that I was taken advantage of and now am having to fight city hall to get anything done like I was told. If you are a female or have a wife I HIGHLY recommend going anywhere but here. They will prey on you and turn you into a victim instead of a customer. Now I have no car because I put all of my faith and money in a horrible dealership. SHAME ON YOU VICTORY CHEVROLET. I will let everyone I know to never use this dealership and spread the word to unsuspecting women who this dealership would take advantage of.

The staff was top notch! When I arrived the sales staff was busy and I was greeted by the floor manager, Jamal, who took the time to help me out until a sales person was available. Jamal introduced me to Cammy who helped me out with the test drive and rest of the process. When it came time to work the numbers Cammy and Jamal were very respectful, straight forward, and honest. We came to an agreement quickly with no need for usual back and forth! They brought me an honest trade value and vehicle price right away, which I was not expecting, but was a VERY welcome surprise! Their honesty and respect, hands down, is what earned my business! 10/10 great people and great service, if you want a fantastic car buying experience, go see these great people!
