Purchased a car from them in June 2023, by February 2024 the car is not drivable and we re told it needs a complete new engine. During that time we had it repaired and serviced several times. Owner Jared is very friendly but unfortunately the vehicle we purchased didn t even last a year, and spent the 8 months we had it either in the shop or sitting in our driveway due to the issues it had.

Painless, easy car buying experience.Their slogan was something like "come see how easy it can be when you work directly with the owner" (sorry if I messed that up) and it couldn't be more true. I've dealt with countless other dealers that pull the same old tricks: "wait here while I go chit-chat for 20 minutes acting like I'm making you a deal", "let me take your keys while you sit here and sweat and then make you ask for your own keys back", or my favorite, "let me go talk to the mysterious guy behind the curtain to try to talk him down". None of that happened there - just a good car for a good price.I will be keeping Jared's number and he will definitely be the first (and only) person I contact next time I need a great car. Smithville may be a bit of a drive, but the lack of nonsense you'll find out there is worth it, I promise.Just do yourself a favor and skip all the other bozos; your time and money is too important to waste.

My son absolutely loves his new truck 2018 Dodge Ram /looked at similar vehicle at GM Dealership up the street. Jared was $500 more + $2600 for extended warranty in and out 1hour 1/2 very pleased! Thank you Guys very much

Jared at TCC is upfront, honest and awesome to work with! We have in the past had issues with small pre-owned car dealers and he is nothing like that. Found a 2011 Jeep or JK on CarGurus and it lead me to Jared Sweatman was extremely informative and helpful. I bought the Jeep and it ended up have a few issues with the radiator and the thermostat and called Jared and worked something out. Needless to say a very out standing staff and would recommend for someone looking for a car.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! There is truly no other place we plan on getting a vehicle from ever again! Jared is absolutely amazing! We have now gotten 2 really awesome trucks from him and can honestly say he is the best dealer we have ever had the pleasure to work with! He is always friendly and has both times given us the best trade in values by far for our previous vehicles. It was truly the most hassle free experience we have ever had with a dealer! He will give you the best deals and has the customer in mind unlike other places who just push to make a sale. For the most hassle and stress free vehicle purchase shop here!

Awesome dealer, we went a got a really nice 07 crv with low miles needed a little tlc. Replaced new brakes and two new calipers and tires with a Honda service interval valve adjustment. Upon inspection found some issues but Jared was there for us and helped with a hiccup. Overall I can t recommend him more if you re looking for a small town dealer. Would shop here again!

Jared was fantastic to buy a truck from. We drove 4 hours after 3 phone calls, and we were in and out in under an hour. He's extremely nice and worked with us. If you're looking to feel like you're buying a car from a friend, this is where I'd recommend. We definitely plan to buy our next vehicle here too.

Purchased a truck. A few months later it was having some issues. Jared and his dad went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle fixed and back on the road. We cannot thank this business enough for caring so much and being so gracious to our family. Highly recommend buying here and trusting them with your family's next vehicle purchase. Genuine people are hard to find but these guys are the real deal. Thank you so much for everything.

Great experience working with TCC. My husband and I were in the market for a new to us vehicle. Our first stop was TCC and we were both very impressed with how easy it was to work with Jared.We didn't end up purchasing from TCC, but we sold a truck there and Jared made it SO simple for the transaction to take place. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle and we will be recommending TCC to people we know that are searching for a new to them vehicle.

Bought a truck from Jared recently and he gave me a fair price for my trade. Also thru the whole process he treated me as if we had been friends for many yrs. Got home with my new truck and it had a small leak from a seal. Called Jared and he immediately apologized and told me to bring it back and he would have it fixed right away. Even gave me a loaner to drive while the shop fixed it!! They got seal replaced in no time. Jared is by far a stand up guy and if you are looking to buy a used vehicle from a family owned lot you need to go here. Absolutely love my new used truck !!!

Just bought a truck from Jared and had a great experience. No pressure and he was very patient with us on us getting our own financing. He is a man of his word and made us a great deal on pricing very easy to work with. Unlike most dealers in the area he was honest and up front with is knowledge of the trucks history. Would definitely buy another vehicle from him

This is a small dealer with a great vibe. The selection is not large, but if they have a car you want, I highly recommend it. Jared (the owner) was our point of contact throughout the whole process. He gave us an excellent deal on our used car. He was not pushy and let his cars sell themselves. All of the cars we test drove were wonderfully detailed.Truthfully, we didn't realize how much we lucked out until we had to shop for our second car and we worked with other dealers in the Kansas City area.We will not hesitate to do business with Total Cycle Care again.

Just recently bought a 2006 Dodge Ram from this family owned company. To be honest I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sales person but instead a friend. Jared (the owner) took care of our every need and never once made us feel like we were bothering him. Excellent experience from start to finish. Not to mention he got me a great financing rate. Don't hesitate stopping in. My hour drive was more then worth it. Thanks Jared.

If I could give jared more than 5 stars, I would. I bought myself a 03 chevy silverado duramax truck from his dealership and also added a warranty as well. Well, unfortunately I ran into an issue with a few of the injectors about a week later. I tried dealing with the warranty company and was denied coverage due to a possible preexisting condition. Called jared and explained to him my issue and he reassured me that everything was going to be alright. He put me in one of his loaner vehicles and helped get my truck back on the road without hesitation by dealing with the warranty company for me. I owe this man and his company big thanks. I would absolutely without a doubt do further business with jared and refer any friends/family to him. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I had been looking for a reliable, low mileage, decent price SUV to be able to get me back and fourth to Nebraska. I had been looking for weeks and finally fell upon Total Cycle Care I found the exact SUV I had been looking for. It was very clean and you could tell they didn't have to do anything to it to make it look better. The service I received from when I first entered to when I walked out the door was truly amazing. They were so friendly and made my buying experience wonderful. I would 100% recommend a family member, friend, or even stranger to buy from them. I even called them a week later to ask a few questions and they did not hesitate to help me out. I have not had any problems with my vehicle I am very thankful for them and the help they provided me.

I had been looking online at Trucks for awhile. I seen a truck from TCC and decided to call up Jared. He was not that normal pushy salesman. I really enjoyed how layed back he was in letting me make my decision. So I bought the truck and drove it home that night the next day the check engine light came on so I called up Jared and He told me to get it out there to him and He would give me somthing to drive while he got it fixed. He had the Catalytic converter replaced for me no questions asked. Jared is a stand up guy and He will be getting business again from me in the future.

Just bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander from here today. It was the easiest car buy I have had yet in life. No pressure and great prices. Dealing with Jared made the process laid back and stress free. I reccomend to anyone car shopping.

Was sold a 2015 Suburban with a bad transmissions, didn't last more than 3000 miles before it went out.Will not buy again after considering purchasing a work truck.I should have shop around after I heard no warranty and sold as is when I was filling papers.

If you want to get screwed , this is certainly the place to go . After handing over 14,000$ for a truck , just 4 short months later it s in the shop needing the Entire top end of the engine rebuilt, and As to be expected , the dealer won t even Help a little . I won t even go into all of the hidden rust that was cleverly concealed, or the leaky roof that has left my headliner stained that they had cleaned up quite nicely before purchase , as that is very minor and does not affect the fact that I cannot drive this truck now. I have a $14,000 paperweight I can t drive and the dealer gets to laugh all the way to the bank while I figure out a way to get to work ...

These guys are pretty good at hiding rust. Almost paid $9000 for a truck with tons of rust hidden behind the fender flares. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. There was a piece of sheet metal riveted into the bed on the inside and TONS of some kind of filler foam all over. And that was also covered with black paint. If you re looking at a truck from this place make sure you look the entire thing over very thoroughly. When I pointed it out the salesman told me it s and 04 there s going to be some rust after telling me the day before that the truck is rust FREE. Very shady dealership.

This is the second vehicle that I have gotten from Jared and he is the absolutely best. He works with you and will go out of his way to find the vehicle that is best for you and your family and the safest. I would recommend going to him Everytime!!!

Horrible how they took advantage of us .. the Hummer we bought was pos the owner told my daughter that they are always upfront about their vehicles and if they were in a wreck they would tell the buyer .. bs our Hummer was in a serious bad wreck and it started falling apart a week after we got it .. we weren t informed of it . Sketchy family business owner promised to buy it back and then quit returning our calls Kelly Motors we re who I always bought from and sad to say the present dealers don t live up to that good reputation .

I bought the Hummer from Jared It had several small issues Needed a fuel pump an this an that. But at the end of the day Jered stepped up an covered everything. Would I buy again from Jared most definitely

Found a truck online late Friday from TCC. Jared went out of his way so I could look at the truck after hours. Test drove the next morning, and was able to drive it home a short time later. Easiest no hassle, no BS vehicle buying experience ever. Thank you again
