I absolutely love my Ford Edge I bought from Smithville Ford. They gave me an excellent deal that I couldn t say no to. I would definitely do business with them again! The paperwork was super simple and didn t take very long at all!!

Great experience working with Smithville Ford to get my Ford truck. Needed to get a replacement truck, called up and spoke to Mike Craig regarding inventory. They had exactly what I needed. I came up to test drive and loved it. Mike was awesome. I even searched around to see if I could find anything better. Two days after test drive I called Mike and truck was still available. I went up to dealership and Mike worked with me to drive home with new truck that day. Mikes customer service and professionalism was spot on. Very pleased with decision to go with Smithville Ford. Everyone from Mike and finance dept was great to work with. Thanks Smithville Ford!

We had been looking for a good used F150 for awhile & knew the market pretty well. We talked to Pat Ledford & he was very personable and helpful. He called when they got a 2018 in on trade. It didn't take long for us to realize it was just what we wanted. We are so pleased with this dealership. The transaction was smooth & yes, even enjoyable. Thank You Pat & the whole team !

A fair deal, no excess pressure. I purchased ad was delivered exactly a promised. Mike Schwally was great to deal with. I was a bit disappointed to be delivered an unwashed car and an empty tank. Great deal though, not complaining... Otherwise 5 thumbs up!

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Taurus form Smithville Ford on February 1, 2024. I was greeted on arrival by Mike Scwally. I had previously viewed the vehicle online and was interested in purchasing it for my daughter. After a test drive with Mike, I knew that I wanted to buy the car. There was no debate about price and no pressure to purchase any aftermarket add-ons. The entire process went smoothly and my daughter couldn't be happier. Thanks to Mike and the staff for making it a "pain-free" transaction!

Beware of this dealership! Agreed on price of vehicle, placed $1,000 deposit and arranged air to go pick up. Done deal, right? Nope, they sold it to someone else the next day. Called and left me a voicemail stating they needed to go over a few things. When I called back they informed me it was no longer mine... shady at best. I would avoid this car dealer!!!

Found this dealership through CarGurus. I knew car I wanted, Mike Schwally quickly went through the sale and they found financing about a point below what I was expecting due to their realtionship with a local credit union. Just had to wait for the paperwork to be printed, in and out experience for me.

Service and Parts department is extremely slow and takes no accountability. My car was repaired by them 4 weeks ago and my car is back in their shop because of something they touched and now I m in their books for $1600 total!!!
