I had a RV repaired at Shoreline last September. They replaced 2 axles with heavier duty axles. Both were the same tube size. However my RV was not put back to factory condition. The reasoning was that that's the way they come from the axle company. I was told that they couldn't get them any other way. I brought the RV home for the winter. I now realize that it is 3 or more inches taller which make all jacks too short for the RV. I brought it back early this year and they wouldn't fix the problem without me paying for the work to be done. They aren't a preferred shop by my insurance company, which screwed me. When I went to pick up the camper, they had already installed the axles and they asked me if that was alright. I was happy to get the RV back and said, I'll take it. Now I brought it back in order to fix the problem and had to pay $900 to get the job done out of pocket. If they're a RV specialty shop, I don't know how. I will never do business with them again! They do not keep their word and know nothing about metal work

Do not take your RV to Smithville for axle work or replacement. They might be good at fiberglass, but metal work suffers. I had 2 axles replaced and both were installed wrong! When I brought it back they wanted more money to fix their mistakes. The camper was 3 or more inches taller because of improper installation. That left all jacks too short for the camper. I didn't realize that untill this spring. I was asked if I would accept it and was happy to get my camper back. It had been there for about 2 months already. They will lie in order to make the company more money. I had to pay $940 for a mistake that they made. Then the jerk had enough gall to argue with me and lie even more.

Brought in my travel trailer to have a new retractable awning installed. Jordan and the rest of the team were very informative and handled all the insurance process very well. I was kept informed on the lead time for materials and work was excellent! 1 word...AWESOME! I had and incident while traveling on the road. If I would have continued my travel, it would have worsen and/or caused injury to travelers on the road. I called SHORELINE last minute and they came to the rescue! They had every excuse to delay me until the morning; but they didn't. The General Manager even took the initiative to travel and get the part before the part store closed to avoid me having to wait until the morning before I can continue my journey. In addition, he sent everyone home and worked with AC technician to get my unit installed and get me back on the road. I am very impressed with their customer service and them going over and beyond to provide excellent CUSTOMER CARE! Thank you Jennifer, Matt, and Leo! Me and my family are grateful to working with businesses like yours putting the CUSTOMER FIRST!

I have been bringing my boats there for years and they have been well taken care of. The one that I have now is my seventh Bass Boat and probably my last. It s a 2003 Champion and thanks to Shoreline it looks brand new

Had our RV repaired at Shoreline after being hit last winter in the middle of a long trip. The finished product is perfect, paint looks like new, all the parts/bin doors are working better than before. Had real hard time with getting the right parts from manufacturer but Shoreline kept us informed and made the timing of having the RV with them/with us work so we could do other things while waiting. Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship that you always hope for when having work done. Thought we had a slide problem and they checked things out. They advised us that it was not an issue and didn't just take our money for no reason, honesty and integrity that is hard to find. Definitely the place to go for RV repairs!Service: Body & Trim

I'm just blown away by the professionalism, speed and attention to detail I experienced at Shoreline. After a destructive tire blowout on my fifth wheel, Jordan went above and beyond to help salvage some of my camping season. The repairs were done immediately when the parts came in and they made the whole trailer look like it just rolled out of the showroom when I picked it up. I had a blowout on the highway and it tore the skirting off of one side of my RV and damaged the other side, too. Shoreline did a Spectacular job! My RV looks like it just came off the factory lot. I also suffered damage on my slide and their repair is so good that you can t tell anything ever happened. The guys at shoreline pay attention to detail and were able to complete the repairs with the given schedule. They offered up repair alternatives that fit my budget and gave ideas for future repairs that would be needed. They are very professional and even went above and beyond to fix a piece of loose trim that I found on inspection when picking up the RV. Great experience with Shoreline! After being exceedingly frustrated with the dealer that we purchased our RV from we decided to take our coach to Shoreline for repairs. Best decision we could have made. They were timely and very courteous and honest. In fact, they charged us $300 less than our quote because they were able to secure the part cheaper than they originally quoted! Will not hesitate to recommend to all my RV friends. Needed service for a failed slide out. Mobile service arrived next morning diagnosed the failed motor and had it replaced in an hour. Worked with my extended warranty company. This is the place to take repairs for your RV. We needed a repair of rear panel and some side repairs. We were scraped on the side and it pulled the rear panel off. When we got it back it looked like it never happened. I am impressed.

We initially used Shoreline for our RV furnace that would come on and shut off. We are over the top protective about our camper and we re worried about impending weather the day of our appointment. They assured us they would keep it inside until it was repaired. We were able to get in for an appointment within two weeks and it was completed within 2 days. Since it was the beginning of summer we couldn t really test the heater. In the fall it came on fine but there was a rattle. They guaranteed the work and fixed the rattle. Recently we had a recall on the stove and they allowed us to bring the camper in, leave it hooked up and fix it while we waited. Customer service like this is rare these days. I used Shoreline to repair damage to our RV when I hit a pillar at a gas station. They were very professional and friendly during our communications and conversations. I was impressed at the look of my RV when the repair work was finished. It looked like new. They washed my RV, and it looked fabulous. I had a new back up camera installed at the same time. I can't thank Shoreline enough with the emergency service they provided me to insure my RV vacation was not ruined. My leveling system on my rig went out a 5 days before a 2 year planned trip. Jordan and Jamis were up for the challenge. They were able to diagnosis, locate, and install a new pump on my rig within 72 hours and had me on the road. I had other places quoting me months to just get the rig in. The entire team at Shoreline worked past closing time even to deliver the impossible. I never heard no, was never told no, and no was never an option. They didn't give up and they DELIVERED! I am now a customer for life, I won't let anyone else work on my rig but Shoreline. VERY SATISFIED. I was IMPRESSED the very moment I went into Shoreline. IMPRESSED at the communications during the repairs and IMPRESSED when I picked up my RV to take home. My RV was out in only a few days even with ordering parts. Shoreline actually diagnosed the slide-out problems and properly repaired vs just guessing and throwing parts at the problems like other repair companies do. I was very COMFORTABLE how Shoreline carefully cared for my RV ! SHORELINE was reasonable cost of repairs. I had an awning replaced on my camper. There was a bit of a delay with the vendor of the new awning, but that had nothing to do with Shoreline. Shoreline performed the work quickly once the awning arrived. They were very nice, and awesome to work with. I had accidentally overpaid, and they tracked me down to get me my refund (I would ve never known about unless they told me). I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and customer service! Excellent experience. 2008 Mastercraft Xstar with a very large spider crack along the hull. Shoreline worked quick and efficient with my insurance along with getting the boat in for repair. I had to have some fiberglass repair done on my class A motorhome. I was unaware of what this all entailed. They did a great job and I m very happy with the end results. These guys are life savers. Had some fiberglass damage on my new boat and they were able to fit us in super fast so we could make our lake trip. Absolutely top notch facility to get quality work done on your boat for sure, but I saw a ton of RVs there also.Will be using them 100% of the time going forward for any fiberglass repairs.

Everything about my experience with Shoreline went flawlessly. I contacted them about some fiberglass work we were looking to sublet out rather than bring back to our factory for repairs. Initial contact, getting the estimate, and working out all of the other details went as smooth as you possibly can get. The quality of work done was top notch, and you can't even tell where the work was done. Scheduling was a dream as well. There is not one step of the process I went through that could have gone better. I highly recommend Shoreline for all your fiberglass repairs, and I will definitely use them in the future.
