These guys are awesome! Very friendly and they were willing to put my aftermarket wheels and tires on my car for me which was nice. Some places (at least places I ve called) aren t willing to touch aftermarket wheels and tires due to possible liability? Not sure but I was able to get in and out within 45 minutes! Very very fast compared to other tire shops I ve been to and the people are nice and very personable. Definitely will be coming here again for anything else I need done.

So glad I went to these guys. I originally stopped at wright's on James St. as thats my go to spot but they said they were busy and I'd have to come back in the afternoon, so I went to Hunts. All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation and I was out of there in 30 minutes. The customer service is top notch. Brad did the service on my car and he even polished my rims. I've driven past there many times before but this is now my go to spot. Thanks Hunts!

Have needed their services twice since moving to the area. They've provided good service in a timely fashion. Customer service contact lacks when they are busy, actual work is reliable.

I didn't believe the high rating that Hunt's got here on Google. I am pleased to report that it is true! Everything went perfect with my appointment. Excellent communication, Repairs, Pricing. I don't think I have ever had a car repair job that I was this pleased with my overall experience any shop. I highly recommend these guys. I am tempted to break something on my car just to go back again ;-)

They're not out to hurt the little guy at all.Very well established place of busi. Even put him through a test, and they passed that with flying colors. They do all the buses for the airport. They do several school buses, one to say they're not hurt in any way. They're not gonna hurt the little guy..

Took my car in June 19th after a wreck on 69 north bc of a negligent driver turning left on a no left turn after slamming on their breaks. They diagnosed it, it sat for a while, they worked on it OUTSIDE in the 100+ degree weather in July. I called a lot, asked many questions and they had the answers to most of them. When they went to start the car, it wouldn't start. They got it back starting, and any time I had a question or something was sounding funny, I brought it in and they helped. Without complaints or without trying to get over on me. A few times there was some miscommunication but that's it! The car sat for two months almost three while they were fixing it. seriously the nest place I've ever gone to get my car fixed. I'll post the before and after pictures!DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS

I went here one time and the service was amazing. Brad radiates positive customer service, and you can see the glimmer of service sparkle in his eye as he walks you through the steps it takes to repair your car. Top notch service.He went above and beyond by putting jasmine scented car freshener in my vehicle after the service was completed. It's the little things.Update: I went to go get my car after a short but thorough repair, and the technician Justin handed me my keys. Unlike other mechanics, his hands were clean. My car didn't smell like oil and car grime. He even gifted me a free car wash from the automatic car wash down the street. He deserves a raise.This place radiates positivity, and I don't get the same type of toxic masculinity that I get from those Walmart guys. 10/10 recommend

Came through Smithville, MO during a road trip, for a hunt and ended up with a tire leaking air. Stopped by their shop and Blake was more than helpful. Was professional, reasonable priced and got me in quick, so I could get back on the road. Will absolutely do business again if I am ever in the area.

The owner, Brad, went above and beyond to help me in a pinch when I damaged a tire off-roading. The entire staff was friendly, had excellent communication, and the service was quick and affordable. HIGHLY recommend this business.

Man I like these guys. I ve dealt with Michael and Blake. Their good fair people. I asked about why they said a part should be changed and they were ready with a good answer and showed me the why .I really appreciated that. I would take my moms or my sisters or my wife s car there in a second and trust them. Of corse I ll take mine too.

The check engine light came on as we were headed home to South Dakota. The guys there took time to check the codes and give us advice on how to proceed. We appreciate them being thorough and getting us back on the road!

I am absolutely satisfied I drive a BMW which is a nightmare they have no problem fixing it! What 90% of other people cannot fix they can t they re very honest and I am extremely satisfied with them! My life would be better if the rest of the world could be half as decent as they are and that s the truth

They failed my car inspection saying I needed a new ball joint and tie rod. They had done this to me before so I became suspicious. I took a master mechanic to their shop to inspect. He looked it over and told me to get my vehicle out of their shop. I took my vehicle up the street to be inspected. It passed. Before laying down a grand with these guys for new ball joints, have it looked over by someone else. I was told ball joint replacement is an easy thing to fail on an inspection and make extra money for the shop.

Always try to do business locally. I wont use these guys again. Brought my truck in for simple tire rotation. Found that they didnt put wheel cap back on custom wheel. The bolt are in so it didnt fall off. They just forgot to put it on. They said they would order one so thats fine mistakes happen. Well a few weeks later no part. The person I talked to doesnt call people back and then is turning blame on me. Since using them my tire sensor keep going off and again pushed it back on me. Didnt have any issue just wanted a tire rotation. Now missing wheel cap and tire sensor keep going off. Ive bought several set of tires from them and had had them do work for me. First issue. Last time I will use them. Need to replace the guy answering the phones.

While the staff is friendly, the quality of service received was not good in our experience. My son took his truck in for an oil change. As he was pulling away from having the oil changed, he realized oil was running from his truck. He went back in to inform the staff and they fixed the issue (blaming a loose gasket). Once home and after letting the truck engine cool, my son decided to check his oil to confirm everything was okay. It s a good thing he did, as he realized the oil was extremely overfilled. Since this discovery was made after Hunts was closed, he had to drain the excess oil himself. I recognize this could have been an off day, but was a very unfortunate experience in a newer vehicle.

Never do reviews but today was ridiculous. Made an appointment to take my truck in to get the front brakes done. Left it at 9am. At 4pm I called to see if it was finished and they said they were looking at it next. They close at 6pm so I assumed they had time. No one ever called me throughout the process. At 5:45 I called them to see if it was done. They didn't even look at it yet, " I was next". Guess they were going to just keep my truck. Picked it up with just a sorry. Won't go back, could have just parked my truck in the garage all day.

Went in for a last minute oil change before driving back home to Denver and I m so glad we stopped here vs another quick lube! They not only did the oil change, they did a full inspection and found that my front tires were worn along with some other smaller things that needed done/replaced. They knew we needed to get on the road so they offered to put on 2 used tires (that were in much better shape than the current tires) to ensure our safety for our trip and gave us recommendations for what to replace when we get home. And the tires were only $60! Thank you guys so much!!

This place is just awful! Just a week before Christmas I took my car in because the engine was misfiring. They ran (and charged me for) a diagnostic test. . . And then guessed that I needed new spark plugs. They did some other work and replaced a tire. The grand total was $750!I bit the bullet and had it taken care of.When I got the car back, the cover for the fuses was just left laying on my floor. (Should have been the first red flag) But I didn't think anything of it. I drove off, feeling better.... Only to find out, the engine is STILL missing. Ugh... And now, when I idle, it's at a very high RPM. I asked my dad (retired mechanic) if that was normal. He went to take a look and within a minute of being under the hood, he called me out to take a look. There were 2 bolts missing. . . and 2 hoses left unattached!!! That was just the beginning. He dug deeper and found many things connected incorrectly or not connected at all!!! We took it back up to the shop and showed them their sloppy work. They did not even apologize or offer to make it right.On top of the sloppy work, and the misdiagnosis, they over charged me for many things. They should have waived the diagnostic fee when they charged me $220 in labor.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Horrible experience. Stopped by on my way to work for an oil change. I was planning on waiting, and I called ahead of time to make sure they had time, because like I said, I was on my way to work. After I d been there 30 minutes they informed me that they didn t have the correct oil filter, the oil was already drained from my truck, and I was stuck there until they could go pick up an oil filter.Needless to say I was charged for a full oil change, and they just put the old filter back in my truck with new oil. Also, they tech that was doing the oil change, was unbelievably unprofessional, had a little tantrum and stormed out of the room when I asked why they didn t tell me they didn t have the filter, before draining my oil. I m not one to complain, but, my experience was kind of shocking.

THE SAGA CONTINUES. DO NOT GO HERE! Paid for used rotors that were not like for like and an alignment that was "supposedly performed". Turns out the replacement of a front tie rod never occurred. Although they claimed the passenger tie rod was replaced and the vehicle aligned turns out that it was physically impossible to align to the vehicle. This being due to the driver side tie rod being rusted to the point of non-movement and therefore un-alignable. (Found by another shop). I fully intend on gather all documents from all parties involved and demanding a refund.Five year customer. Not going back. Can't decide if the latest regime is incompetent or crooks, probably both. A thorough quote is impossible, parts installed "missed that are needed" and parts installed without a quote or approval. Apparently GOODYEAR doesn't vet their franchise owners very well.
