Simply the Best Trailer/RV Repair Service I have Experienced North of the River. I live in Parkville and the Drive is Well Worth It. Prices, Attitude, Cost, Parts, Service Qualty and Turn-Around Time are Excellent!!!

Wrong hitch for trailer. Caused 5k damage to truck and 24k damage to trailer. Told me not their problem I just didn't know how to drive. Will not do any more business with them. Get your hitch where you bought your trailer. Not from Croft because they can't match correct hitch for your trailer.

Brought in all my old parts left with new parts they selected. Returned to the afore because the parts were wrong and got charged extra plus my time and travel because they made an error I will never shop here again

No one else around had the specialized part we needed in stock. They did. Came and put the part on and there seemed to be a problem. They diagnosed and fixed it right away. The process was very fast and easy and the service was great! Will be back if I need more specialized parts.

These guys were the best! I was having trouble with the electric brakes on our travel trailer and so I called and told them we were just passing through, could they try to look at the brakes today. They said come on (we were about an hour away) so they soon found and repaired the problem, all in one afternoon. And it was obvious that they were very busy but took the time to help us out and at a very reasonable price too. I was very pleased and highly recommend this place.

I had a Gooseneck Hitch put in my Ford super duty Truck ( 10/07/2020). I was very impressed with the Facility, but much more impressed with the Quality of People I encountered. Everything was explained to me and was told the price before the job was started. The quality of Product B&W Hitch was outstanding, wired my Truck and installed a Brake unit, at a very reasonable Price. I highly recommend these people for your trailer and truck needs !!

Just bought a 6 x10 and had the most amazing experience. they spent time to explain the ins and outs of their trailer. The associates were friendly and responsive working with me on parts for it. I want to thank them for their time I will always go back there.

We are very happy with our experience with Croft Trailer Supply in Smithville, MO. Our car required some creativity to wire for trailer lights, and everyone we were in contact with from front office to back install shop was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. For the quality of work that was done, the price was more than fair. Because of the hard work of the people at Croft Trailer Supply, our family will now be able to make many new memories and go on more outdoor adventures. Highly recommend them!

I was traveling cross-country and needed a secondary power outlet in my car to operate the braking system between my car and RV. Lisa and Nathan were great. They got me in, completed the work quickly and Nathan was extremely patient explaining everything that I needed to know. Fabulous customer service, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend Croft trailer supply in Smithville.

Couple years ago ordered a hitch through them and they ordered the wrong one even through they inspected my vehicle. This time I tried tried them again and Ordered a hitch for my other vehicle through them and was also paying to have it installed. Normally would just buy off Amazon since they are $75 cheaper and free shipping but I try to support local. Dropped the vehicle off and 30 minutes later got a call that they couldn't install because they stripped a bolt out. Decided to just buy the hitch and install myself. Went to pick it up and they put the hitch in my suv and gouged and scraped the inside panels badly. No compensation besides "we are sorry".I will no longer be a Croft Trailers customer.

This place is a joke. Staff is rude, takes forever to get anything done, and hard to ever even catch someone at the front desk.
