Tee (515), the recovery driver, did a fabulous job, the truck was in a ditch on a curve on a busy 2 Lane road. In a very precarious position. T took his time explained everything he was going to do. I did my best to assist him directing traffic. All said and done T did a GREAT job! He was professional and courteous through the entire service. Can t say enough about the service and professionalism that T provided!! #1 for sure!!Service: Special vehicle towing

AAA was going to take FIVE hours (with the temp below freezing in a truck that wouldn't start) so we had to find another tow option. Simon was there in an hour and a half as we were told to expect by their dispatcher. He was super nice and helpful. Will recommend Brad's towing to anyone who needs a tow!

After a very stressful 12+ hours dealing with a flat tire on our car and 3 different towing companies, your driver Tyler S came to our rescue! He was AMAZING and so helpful in our stressful time. He arrived quickly, kept us posted on his ETA and went the extra mile to make sure my mom and I were safe and taken care of. After having my one and only problem ever with this company Mr Brad Trigg called me personally, deeply apologized and offered to have my car fully detailed. It s pretty rare for an owner to call you and apologize more or less face to face. He explained the reason for any delays, which I understand being in customer service. He has made the entire situation better, by handling this personally. That goes a long way with me. Most companies don t care about losing a few customers, but Brad made this as if it didn t happen, and retained my business. People should definitely continue using Brads Tow Service. He handled things personally and got results! Communication is key, and he did it in the classiest way, same way I would have handled it.

A great experience from start to finish. I used my roadside assistance benefit through my insurance and Brad s Towing was assigned to the request. Brian showed up before the given timeframe. He was extremely friendly, helpful and his truck was spotless.

Brad's Towing and Recovery was dispatched via my insurance company after another towing company cancelled on me after waiting for over 1.5 hours for them to arrive as they "did not have any units available any longer." ((it was Kidd's towing btw)) I was soo upset for wasting time and honestly just wanted to make it home! They then dispatched another company, which was Brad's! They showed up within the hour and even called me to clarify my location and inquire about what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you for being a reliable company when people are in need!

Friday night, I found myself in need of a tow for the first time ever. Bryson, the tow truck driver, was an absolute gem. Not only was he incredibly kind, but he also efficiently took care of everything. He followed instructions meticulously, reassured me throughout the process, and even went the extra mile by moving my trash cans to the front of my house. It's these small gestures that truly made a difference, and I couldn't be more grateful for his kindness and efficiency. I'll happily recommend this company to my family and friends, and without a doubt, I'll turn to their service again if needed.

Joe Riley is the best!! Great guy, I had issues with the body shop and Joe called me, helped me figure things out and took care of my car. I highly recommend Brad s T&R especially if you re lucky enough to have Joe help you.

Very quick response time! I had a yukon xl wedged in a ditch and they pulled it out quickly without causing anymore damage. After my card statement I found out the driver over charged me $40 over what he told me and what the receipt stated and the company could not give a reason also he scratched the front of the car on the front rack of his truck . Take advantage of people when they are in a bad situation at accident scenes.Dishonest jerks Driver # 526

Been sitting here 2 hours and they don't answer their phone or anything. I don't know why Progressive Insurance would use them for Roadside Assistance. They can take the request from my insurance but never show up. No call or nothing. Their website says they are 24 hours but it just put u into a recording. They don't have people there to answer phones. They're not really 24 hours

Terrible level of professionalism. My car got towed to my car lot from Kansas to lee summit , was as far as it went . I arrived at the car lot within the hour and my cash and a few other small items some how mysteriously grew legs and walked off. I immediately contacted the company and was told that a manager will reach out to me as soon as possible. I just want my money. So I will be following up with a police report and a civil complaint and have my attorney reach out to themas soon as possible.Service: Car towing

No matter how frustrated you are on the road, if you are driving your business vehicle, please be mindful.I saw the truck driving 90+ mph on I-35 South Bound, right after 95th Street today just before noon. He was endangering other drivers by cutting the lane without signal and so quick, I was concerned he would rack. I think there was some sort of fighting between Semi and the tow truck, but really, don t risk your business s reputation for stupid thing

A little more money than others but very professional and trustworthy. Left my truck parked off of 291 on my way to work and 40 minutes later when my wife got back home from taking me to work the driver was putting my truck in driveway lose to garage for me. I just asked for a tow back home. He even put oil dry on driveway where transmission fluid had leaked. Thank you. Will call again if I need help.

Had a terrible experience. They tore up my car. Bent the inner and outter tierods and had to have the front clip put back i to place and get an alignemnet. Be ware!

We re gonna start with the basics because I have a whole paragraph dedicated to my love for Andrew and it s gonna get weirdFirst off brads towing and recovery is the best! And I m not even from Kansas City. I traveled to Kansas City over the weekend from Quincy, Il. for a last hoorah to summer with my kids and sisterWhen I pulled into town and went to park at union station my car decided to make it even more memorable and just stop working.I was terrified and alone as a single mom there with two kids and my younger sister and Brads was on it. The operator was so nice and made me feel 10x better they took time to make sure I was ok, that someone would be calling and they d get us taken care ofAndrew Andrew Andrew .When he came walking down that middle isle of the union station parking garage it was like I was in an old 80s Nicholas sparks movie, ya know, the ones where he comes out of the fire flames and just saved a million people but he still has a smolder This guy is just gold. Brad I don t know where you are or who you are but Andrew needs a hug from you with your eyes closed the way he showed up for us goes beyond representing your business in a beautiful and loving light but just being a pure good human being you can train anyone to be a good worker but having someone like this on staff who is just that kind of a person priceless. he made the entire experience less scary, made sure we felt safe, made sure we had a plan and a safe ride and even followed up after to make sure we were ok. And made sure to tell us to call him if we had any trouble and needed help. What a guy! My 5 year old got in the back of the taxi after the tow truck left and he said I like him, he makes me feel safe I m not saying I particularly want to need my car towed away daily, but if Andrew is there, it might not be so bad.Service: Car towing

Brad's tow was sent out by Progressive insurance to tow my vehicle. After waiting for nearly 2 hours I get a phone call from the driver to let me know he was on his way to get me. Then 20 minutes later they Brad's tow) cancelon me and just leave me hanging. How this company survives with this type of customer service is beyond me. I was in this exact industry for over 16 years, no way our company would tolerate this practice.Service: Car towing

Had a great experience with Andrew. No sooner then I placed my call, he was there in less than 20 min. Very nice gentleman. Very courteous and quick. He made me feel at ease. And had a great sense of humor!!! You need to hire about 5 more like him. Thank you so much!

Although this company had to tow my car off of Heartland Chevrolet in Liberty, MO. because their GM Isaac was not educated well on customer service. When I called to arrange pick up of my vehicle they were wonderful to deal with under the circumstances.

Garrett was wonderful! Our service was great! Garrett came to jump our battery and when we realized that the battery wasn't the problem, he was able to tow our vehicle and us 1.5 hours away. We were traveling from Oklahoma thru Kansas City and we re on I-49. Someone had lost a couple hitches on the roadway which we hit and blew a tire. We called discount tire and they recommended Brad s towing service to come and get us. We called them and within a few minutes there driver called us and verified where we were and said he could see us from the southbound lane. He arrived and from the time he got there, his concern was our safety. He had my wife and I get in his wrecker while he loaded our car. We got in his truck and we re very impressed with the cleanliness of his wrecker. The driver Dom was very professional and courteous, he got our car loaded up and delivered us to discount tire within minutes. Your driver Dom is what makes your company successful. We definitely appreciate your company and especially your driver Dom. I have been using Brad's Towing & Recovery multiple times a week to tow for the Service department and our customers at a local car dealership. We have always had great service from Brad and his team of drivers. Brad and his other drivers are always prompt, courteous, clean, professional and friendly to our customers and to our staff. They have gone out of their way to help with a smile even when asked to go above and beyond the normal tow in. Our customers have always had great things to say regarding the service that they received from Brad's Towing. We have never had any complaints regarding damage to the vehicles, no complaints of items missing from customer vehicles etc. We have used several other tow companies and had inconsistent results from them with varying complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad or his crew to help any friends or family members when the need arises in the future. Brads towing was awesome! They showed up before the police even did and got me off a very busy highway! I ve never felt more comfortable in a tow truck. Driver was so genuinely nice. They are now my go-to for towing!
