Peterbilt in Sikeston,MO. The guys there were very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Adam at the service desk was very understanding and got us out of there quick. The mechanic was very good at what he does. I can't express my gratitude enough for getting us back on the road quickly. Thank y'all so much

Came in with a radiator leak and Brad made sure I got the best deal on my repair. They made sure all leaks were fixed before I left. Enjoyed the Drury Inn also lol. Definitely will do service here again

I bought a USED truck from the O'Fallon mo store and started having some issues with it immediately, keep in mind it was used no warranty so I thought I was stuck with it. Once my salesman Ken found out I was having issues he got the ball rolling to make sure I was taken care of, I live in Sikeston mo so we arranged to have all the work taken care of at the Sikeston location. I can't say enough good things about the folks in Sikeston they are amazing, got me taken care of quickly so I could get back on the road and making a pay check. I highly recommend seeing Ken Kelly for your sales in O'Fallon mo and the service shop in Sikeston for any repair you need! I will definitely be buying from tlg again, thank you for taking of me Ken, Tim, Amber, brad, Adam and everyone else I missed. It's much appreciated!

They order the WRONG PART alot go to SAUGET save yourself the trouble, time and most of all GAS MONEY! overnight free shipping won't replace your lost time on the road!!! And check your parts BEFORE YOU LEAVE, People have been returning old parts in new boxes. Make sure you get what your paying for!

Lied to owner about fixing derate said they d have it done immediatelyGet there park tell me go home it ll be a whileBeen home 2 days Brad calls says it s antifreeze sensor????? Nothing is wrong with it. Says go ahead and get in it and drive to HoustonSeriously? What a complete joke. Brad in the service department were very very professional, straightforward and had my truck repaired asap and get me back on road with my student . He made sure I had a ride to and from the hotel..I can t say enough he s life saver thank you Brad and your teamYou re an awesome man.Prime Inc

Where do I begin. It was a great experience from parts to service. Had my ac compressor went out today while I was heading to Texas. Call their parts and boom they got the parts. Went there to pick it up thinking there s no way they going to get this put on for me. Original plan was to take the part and go somewhere to put it together. Either way I went to talk to brad at service to see if there s any chance for them to put this together since I was on a temperature sensitive load. He gave me a quote for that instantly and got me right in. I was out in couple hours with ice cold A/C. They value your time and what you do. Final bill was less than what I ve been quoted earlier. What else can I ask. Honest mechanics/service advisor. Place is busy but go ahead and talk to brad at service he will get you right in reasonable time. (Toronto in the building)

My husband and I were hauling an oversized load from Texas to Chicago on Friday, May 13th, 2022. Got about 40 miles from Sikeston, Missouri. and had an alarm going off concerning the antifreeze. Long story short, these people are amazing!!!!! Thought it might take them until the next day to fix, but ended up getting us in right away. We were on the road in just a couple hours!!! They are all extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable!!! We will recommend this place to everyone!!!!! We are so thankful to everyone!!! God bless you all!!!

I haven't used their shop...however I have used the parts department...Jim and Dave know what they are doing. Jim took time to look up some parts for me when another dealership couldn't get it right. And I had called when I was in another state. It wasn't a problem for him. He Took the time to fiqure it out. I really appreciated that. Made my life easier. Also I had the same experience with Dave. Both guys are pros.

Were to start with this bunch . I dont know about the rest of the locations but sikeston has a bunch of guys glad to see you when you come in smiling ready to help in anyway they can in the parts department from the parts mananger to the newest guy on the team always always ready to help no mater if its a headlight bulb or an overhaul thanks guys

I cant say enough about them. Great great guys. Been w/o a/c for well today is day 16. It started with atl peterbilt giving me the wrong part #. They gave me the sleeper berth not the cab evaporator. I found one and realized it was for the sleeper. Then it was joplin TLG giving me the correct part #. Well I "found" 11 at 4 state across the interstate in joplin ... not so much. They swore up and down it was the correct part. The lines didnt line up with the holes in the firewall. Dude name spencer told me to get another part number from Peterbilt. It was the correct part number. Isn't peterbilt the people with the correct oe part numbers. The aftermarket people are who... not oe. Anyways joplin gave me a price quote. And the boys in sikeston, mo sold me the cab evaporator for joplin's quote. Amazing same part number and it fits. Thanks oe. It was indeed a paccar oe part. Thanks for an additional 6 days of sweating 4 state chrome shop nothings.

Stopped in to purchase a power window switch. My window was stuck in the down position on a Pete 579. It was 22 degrees outside. I drove from Danville, IL to Effingham freezing. They didn't have part. Drove another 185 miles to Sikeston , MO Peterbilt. Would give it 5 stars anyway, but they didn't have the part either, BUT, they did a quick fix to get my window in the closed position at no charge, until I can get home and order the part from my dealer. That was good customer service! Thank you Brad and crew.

3 weeks to replace nox sensor. Bankers hours..I attempted again this week to get an appointment for a 5319 error code and was told 7 days before they could get to it. Buying a Peterbilt is turning out to be a bad mistake. Monday thru Friday 7 to 4 seems to be the norm. Great truck lousy service.......

Very bad service on day shift I waited two days to have 1 battery and an alternator put in don't go here unless it is night shift Brad acted as if they had more important things to do and never acknowledged me after I was checked in as a matter of fact he put my order sheet up on the a shelf type thing to the right and left it there all by itself I came back to the window several hours later and it was still sitting there so I asked him about it and they haven't gotten to it yet and it says there until night shift and I inquired about it again they're the ones who got me took care of thanks to Mark he got me started and diagnosed the issue then they closed and i and I was sitting there again the next morning and it winded up getting finished from night shift once again day shift didn't do a thing to it so 2 full day and nights from research and talking to other people this is an on going thing STAY Unless it's night shift!
