I stopped at Satterfields salvage yesterday. I was looking for a gas cap. They had a whole box of them. The man behind the counter told me I could try them to see if I could find one to fit. I took the box outside and actually found 2. I took the box in and asked him how much and he told me I could just have them. He made my day. If you are looking for something for your car or truck, you should check with them first. They are great!

I had to order a transmission out to Utah. These guys were fast and courteous. Packaged and shipped it very well and answered any questions I had. Good prices and good service.

Beware of flood cars and/or odometer fraud will update as soon as issues are resolved update definitely was just sold a flood vehicle last Friday good Friday at that two day before Easter thanks for selling me a flooded vehicle satterfields I will be pursuing this I'd suggest scramble and get all your ducks in a row you will be getting investigated for other people relief as well no telling how many times yall have done this pray all the best for someone such as yourself God always watching and he knows

Very poor customer service and communication, was supposed to pick up a car and never came and stopped answering the phone. I don't recommend them to anybody

I live 2 hours away. I called in to make sure they had the part posted on line, and was told that they did have it. When I arrived they did NOT have the part specified, and not with the listed milage/condition.I drove 2 hours for a disappointment. Save yourself the trouble.
