Worst dealership I have EVER been to. So in November I stopped and looked at a truck they had. After test driving it and messaging back and forth with the salesman I told him to fix the audio and a dent in the bumper and I would go buy it. Salesman said that if that seals the deal then he would do it. So when I showed up to buy the truck neither problems were fixed so they wrote out an I owe you . The truck had no audio what so ever so the ordered a body control module for it. In December they came and picked up my truck and put a module in it. The salesman called me and told me he had to put new speakers in the rear doors because they were blown. He s like yeah I d be pissed in my speakers sounded like that so I went and got you some new ones . So I get my truck back and it still had the dent and the audio sounded terrible! I called my salesman and he said he would get with his audio guy and figure out what we need to do. I never received a call back and he wouldn t respond to texts or calls. The radio sounded like it was just pure treble. So fast forward to a few months later it was finally warm enough to where I could take off the door panel to see why the speakers sounded so bad. I thought maybe crossed wires or something but nooooo it was little tiny speakers they drilled into my door where the 6.5 speakers were suppose to be. I immediately called the dealership and it took me all day long to get in contact with someone higher up than a salesman. So finally I got ahold of sales manager and he arranged to get it picked up. This time to get new oem speakers and to fix the dent that was promised. When I got my truck back 2.5 days later I had a good sounding radio but I still have the dent. Mike Robertson I believe is his name. He is the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. He will work hard to sell you a vehicle but after that he s worthless and does not give a damn about after sales service.

They treated us excellent! I can t say enough about them, all the way from sales to management to finance to service. They did everything to make us happy. They have earned our business from now on.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

been over 6000 since our trip started within a few hours of our last 2 day stop before home. started having trouble with our tow vehicle nearest ford service went above and beyond to try to fix our issue service manager sent them out to check for codes even though they had a full plate. fixed the item throwing the code, Very pleased with their assistance.

Great people to work with for financing and finding exactly what you need. Chad Wallace helped get me taken care of and found me a great financing option, even though I came in right before closing. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Morlan Ford!!!

I took my car there for a service recall. I was told that an issue with my trunk not opening was due to a faulty BCM and not the wires, which were covered by the recall. I was told it would be hundreds to fix the issue. I took my car to Vanpools instead and they immediately found a broken wire. $200 to fix what SHOULD HAVE been covered by the recall initially. Never taking my car back.

Horrible place, Horrible ethics. Who encourages a 20 yr old to cosign and help buy a car for a someone they've only known for 2 weeks? Someone who only cares about Money and making a sale, that's who..That Chad guy should be ashamed of himself.

My experience with the autry morlan bodyshop was less than acceptable. I refrain myself from leaving any kind of negative reviews and i very seldom leave any type of negative reviews unless the service was horrendous. It took 7 or 8 different tries for this body shop to fix the little quarter panel damage I had from the storm! When I first inspected the vehicle, they didn't spray the clear coat correct so there was a bunch rough texture and orange peel on my quarter panel, along with over spray and spits from the spray gun like the spray gun wasn't cleaned properly. Their manager supposedly inspected the car each time they told me that car was done, but every time I went to pick the car up, I found something wrong with their work. That's me looking at the car less than a min to find something, and I'm not even a body guy! Finally, the last time I had have them fix something again, I had express they were very unprofessional and must have a bunch incompetent employees that's doing the work, and the mangers response was "if you would have address what the issus were, and what we missed, we wouldn't had to work on it this many times". The reason I couldn't finger point out what was wrong with the work they have done was, because of my work schedule, and keep having to attempt to pick the car up after hours. I couldn't help myself but to chuckle and let the manager know that they were "supposedly the body shop/professionals" and I shouldn't have to point out what's wrong with their work. Just want to leave my review by letting the public be aware of what kind of shotty work they do and hopefully keep someone from wasting their time and their hard earned money. This will be my first and the last time I will be doing any type of bussiness with these people. Very unprofessional and don't care about their work. Take your vehicles to someone who actually cares, instead of these people. Never in my life I had to have someone work on my stuff this many different times to get it correct. Oh, good luck getting a simple apologies out of these people!

Service here is GREAT!! I was glad to have a worker like, Dontarius Williams, working with me. He helped show me that s anything possible. They are very understanding & helpful. He made sure every detail was made clear. I highly recommend!

I reached out to this Ford dealership about a car, they agreed to the sale and everything was in place. Note: I am from out of state so the car would ve been shipped to my local dealership. I had the money for the down payment and even my insurance quotes on standby! I got out of work and got to the dealership around me, where they informed me this dealership had sold my car that afternoon. Super unprofessional, especially after already agreeing to sell me the car!

If there was an option to give 0 stars i absolutely would. They ripped me off. Lied to me and sold me a car that broke down after 7 months while I still owe 14,000$ on it. Super unethical and unprofessional. I d look ANYWHERE else! I m now having to try to buy out of my loan and get another loan at this point.

Be careful with this dealership. My husband bought a truck there last year. He got gap coverage on his truck and the next day cancelled it, since we already had it on our auto insurance and he was not aware. The person he spoke with said they cancelled it. 6 months later we still hadn t heard anything regarding the $850 coming back to us, so we went back. They said it was never cancelled and so they cancelled it. It has now been another year and we have still not received the $850 for the cancelled coverage. We have called, gone in person, talked to multiple people and no one cares to help us. I would not recommend them to anyone.

On 1/20/23, I happened upon this dealership s inventory showing that they had a new Maverick in stock. I contacted the dealership, and was put in touch with a salesman named Brandon. He informed me that the Maverick was a customer order (meaning not for sale) but that if the customer ended up deciding not to purchase it, he would let me know. Five minutes later he called back and said the customer had backed out and therefore it was available for purchase if I was interested. I asked the sales price and he said it would be $3,000 over MSRP. I let him know that I understood why they were marking it up, that I wasn t interested in paying over MSRP, but if they ended up coming down on it to let me know. Five minutes later he calls back and said he talked to his sales manager, and that they would sell it for MSRP if I wanted to buy it. I confirmed that I did want to buy it and he said great and that they would let me know when it was physically at the dealership (it was still in transit).Later that day I inquired if they needed any money down or for me to sign anything. Brandon said Let me get with my manager and figure something out for you . I did not hear back from him.I reached out again following the weekend and once again did not receive a reply.Fast forward to 1/24/23 and I get follow up contacted by a different representative of the dealership because unfortunately, the Maverick I had contacted them about just sold . Confused, I pressed for more information. Come to find out, despite the fact that they had offered to sell the vehicle to me, and I had agreed to their offer on 1/20/23 (with them stating they would contact me when the vehicle arrived), they had subsequently, on 1/23/23, sold it to someone else. I cannot know for sure, but my guess is they did so because someone had offered more money.Now, I fault no dealership for asking more than MSRP. That s how a free market works and if someone wants to pay more than the list price, that s their decision. What I do have an issue with is reaching a verbal agreement with a customer and then reneging on that agreement because (presumably) someone comes in after the fact and offers more money. That is bad business, and it s my opinion that you cannot trust a business that would do that.I despise leaving reviews, especially a negative one, but felt it necessary to warn consumers of a business that would take these actions.

Took my car in on 10-19-2022 was having problems with my ac. The lady called and said it was the AC motor charged me $500.00 ( had car shield) saved me a lot, but anyway like three days later same thing happened again. Took my car back in on 11-14-2022 now they said it was the modules if they would have done a diagnosed my car right the first time I would not have had to spend another $300 for the exact same thing I took it in there for the first time only I can tell people is to beware

I was traveling from Ohio to Texas. I was broke down and they got me it real quick. Still I had to stay over night because of parts. But, the service manager and personnel were very helpful and polite. Want to give my personnel thanks to Jeremy Wade, desk personnel and the mechanics that work on my truck. My Cadillac truck was rear ended. Progressive instructed us to bring to this body shop. They fixed the rear damage however upon getting my vehicle back I notice several damages to my vehicle that was not an issue or damage before taken in. Called the body shop and like normal nobody wants to take responsibility. I would never bring anything back nor seek further assistance of any kind with any Morlan dealership. If I could leave a zero star i would.

Bought a 2018 F150 in October 2022, realized that the truck did not have an owners manual and us a part of the sales contract, Morlan Ford agreed to furnish an owners manual. To date we have not received the owners manual even after several phone calls, speaking to our sales agent and sales manager. Also, after the sale I noticed that the truck didn't have a spare tire and asked my sales person about it, if he knew a spare was not with the truck. He denied knowing, but promised after speaking with the sales manager that Morlan would supply a spare for my truck. Needless to say, I haven't received a spare tire either. In short, it is sad but true that Morlan Ford doesn't have any interest in their contractual obligations, or verbal promises. I will never purchase another vehicle at Morlan, neither will I recommend Morlan to any friends or family

Worst experience ever of buying a car. Talk to them multiple times about rattling underneath my car and about it not having a spare tire as soon as I bought it nothing ever was done. Once I actually did have three blowouts in one week I found out that they not only didn t sell me a spare tire but also had no jack. I was tossed around to salesman when I bought it, I will never be buying from this place again. Spend your money someplace that actually cares about their customers.
