Dale D. and his team were amazing. We drove from Paragould and spent only about 20 minutes completing what was needed. Most of that 20 minutes was visiting like we were ole' buddies. Dale D even called me today to make sure everything is going well. I am very appreciative of the Customer Service received and will be referring!

This place has one of the best service departments I ve ever used. Dean and his guys are top notch! I had an electrical issue and Eric came right out to my truck and had it figured out in no time! On another occasion, my truck was not running right and their diesel mechanic Casey, looked at it and it took him only about 3 hours and he had it running like the day I bought it! Thanks so much guys!

They got the job done fast...2 days, when two and three week wait times are so common, and got me back on the road again ! My brakes were down to 2/32 and I was squeaking my way in and I stayed at a local hotel but they got it done fast and found an alternative source for parts that was local when Mopar was in short supply! They took the drama over a long layover when in Santa Fe I waited 3 weeks to get a water pump done and the back log was huge...thx for expediting my brake job because I was truly at the end of road... however I got 138k out of them on the highway so it was time for a overhaul...

My wife called up here because the starter went out on my car. They told my wife it be 130 for diagnostics plus parts and then labor starters are cheap and easy to put on so I go in there and I say do we have to take the diagnostics because I know it s the starter I have to tap it to start the car. I really just want y all to replace the starter. He said you don t have to do the Diagnostics but that s what warranties the work so I say OK do the diagnostics needless to say it ended up costing $700 so they put the starter on call me back To go I pick up the car started it once. Drove it to work get off work started again. Drive it home the next day. I start the car take it to the gas station. Shut it off it don t start. I have it towed back to Dodge while I m at work and they told my wife they had to do another diagnostics for $130 and that s when they tell me the batteries dead so they can t warranty the work they should ve told me all this before I gave them $700 and they put that part on so three diagnostics later we find out that the battery cables have been cut for a different battery to be put on. I sent that car back to the dealership but I mean it don t take three diagnostics to do the job correctly and if they tell you the work is warranted its probably a lie. They will Do anything to get more money out of you without providing any value I would of end up having to pay $1400 for a starter and a battery from these crooks I said screw it y all got me for 700$ that s all you re getting me for The two kids running the service department. Don t know anything about cars they talking about We can t test the starter without a battery but a dead battery would still jump if the starter worked the whole thing is just a scam you re a dealership and ur telling me you don t have tools to test starters like I told them starters and alternators come bad every day they don t want to honor their warranties or their work and they got a bunch of unknowledgeable people, working in there in the service department l I could ve put another battery on the car, but it still wouldn t fix the problem and I knew that because it s a bad starter I d recommend going to other places because these people are going to Rob you blind I gave them about five chances to make it right and they didn t want to so I just sent the car back but the thing is once you hand them your money they got you so just be cautious messing with these people I just wanted a working starter put on my car but they kept trying to upsell me trying to get me to replace the whole wiring for the battery and everything. No just put the same kind of battery that was on the car and make sure your starter works. They didn t want to do it. It took three diagnostics for them to tell me what was actually wrong with the car so they won t tell you nothing until you hand them over at-least 500 bucks and then they r ready to charge you for parts and labor, not a honest business I wouldn t recommend going to them I looked on their wall they got one certified mechanic and a bunch of average Joe s working on cars don t take my word for it. I m sure you ll have a similar experience.

Excellent service. Just bought my Gladiator and daughter a Jeep Wrangler. Went to the service department to get her first oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Quamondez Green (Dez), the service advisor took care of me from start to finish. Very knowledge about not only the Wrangler but the Gladiator. Can't say enough now a days about how much customer service matters and I really think Morlan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram gets it. Thanks and I'm definitely a returning customer.

I bought my very 1st vehicle there a year ago. I liked my car dealer we had the same story in. It's not the place I would go back it was great for a 1st time purchase but my next vehicle will not come from that location. Lack of care and a scammy vibe. I went to service desk to ask about warranties and the guy didn't even know which warranties they offered. It just felt like one or 2 people there actually knew what they were doing.

Definitely the worst dealership I ve ever tried to do business with. The service and sales departments never even call you back. I m just trying to spend money with them and when I set up an appointment with Service. They never scheduled it when I called back to confirm I found that out thankfully before I rented a car and whenever I called Sales to try to buy a new truck twice they still never have called me back and weeks I don t understand how you can run a business where the voicemails are all full and nobody calls potential customers back who want to spend $75,000 on a diesel truck and thousands of dollars on service on their current truck I only use dealership, service and purchase new vehicles. I ve never had this kind of treatment before or lack there of.

I asked 3 times the price of a vehicle. Was never told till I walked out and was chased to my vehicle by several salesmen. This is what I was told. The used car I was asking about was 26k for me. They ran financing on me even tho I told. Them I had my own financing that left 2 hard inquires on my credit report. When I asked why they couldn't tell me the price when I asked 3 times they said price goes according to credit score. When I asked how much would the car be for the person with me with a cridet score of 800 they said 29k for him. This is a bad way to do business I. ve never heard of a price being set according to o es credit score. I'm sure this wasn't meant to be told to me either.

Traveling through Sikeston, I noticed that my Dodge Promaster RV conversion van needed an oil change. I called Morlan, explained that I was on vacation and just passing through. I was told to bring it right in. True to their word, they got right to work on it. All the men working there were so kind and helpful, even letting my 2 small dogs to wait with me in the waiting room. They got me back on the road in short order. Great people!

My experience well, it sucks! My jeep been there almost 2 months to be fixed! They have no mechanics to work on my Jeep. The recent one walked out! Too hot in the work shop to work!! Been there 30 years! So why won t u guys there at Moreland Dodge fix the air?? Respect good dependable reliable workers!! I always get told a different story when I go in to check on my Jeep!! So how can u charge me for labor when u don t have any?

I probably had one of the best experiences of buying a vehicle from the salesman John Pensabene , he listens to what the customer is looking for in a vehicle and goes the extra mile to get the customer in the vehicle that they want without being pushy and arrogant. John really cares what his customers needs and wants are and follows up with them after their purchase.. I will send anyone one I know that is looking for a vehicle to see John every time ..

I was called by the service department regarding a part that had come in for my BRAND NEW Jeep Compass. I had NO idea what this was about and the service person could not tell me. I had just bought the car in December. I live 1 hour from the dealership but I made an appointment for the "repair." I was told it would take 2 hours. I drive there today and FIVE MiNUTES after they take my car, which was never taken into the shop, a young girl tells me that they are all done. They never even lifted the hood!!!!! This place is ridiculous. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Apparently I had been called in error. I drove 60 MILES EACH WAY for nothing!!!! TERRIBLE. I will never go back to Morlan Dodge again.

I came in on a Monday and John Pensabene came out and asked me what I was looking for and he looked through everything they had to help find the perfect truck for me and got me into it in that same week on Friday when he found it. Couldn t have asked for better service or a better person to do business with.

Awesome Buying ExperienceTerry Couch was the best. I went in looking for a truck and he put me on it in the first two minutes. In and out in less than thirty minutes. Just an all around great team. Ray Mills is truly the best manager around.

Custom service was nice i would suggest you do you own research on parts because they use Mopar and at their location they are way higher then other places. They are high in prices from car sales to service department i have dealt with both. The people are always nice though prices are just higher then others for the same cars or parts. How ever they will let you bring your own parts but they don't warrant those parts

Traveling thru town and our van started having multiple things stop working. This team is so helpful and kind!! They really help us in this pinch making sure we could travel safely. Chelsie is an so helpful!!

First new car, he didn't do the old back and forth with the finance guy, he sat us down with him and they worked out what I feel is a good deal. They worked with us more than other lots I've been to for a used car. We will DEFINITELY be back.

My husband Mozell Sherrell took his 2013 dodge charger in on 1-31-2022 to get his actuator fixed . When he went in he told the people what the car was doing the man told him it was four of them and he was going to replace them. When Mozell picked his car up on 2-22-2022 the car was making the same noise we called back on 2-23-2022 and the manager in the service department said that when they did the diagnostic on it was alright but it went bad within 3 hours if I could give no stars that's what they would have received.Never again will they get anymore of his money. Peop beware

Went to the parts counter,had to order a part for an older van. They had the ability to overnight the needed part. The part came in,and was correct. I could have gone to the internet,and got it for a discounted price,but,I trust getting the part direct from the source of the brand of vehicle. Great phone service,great counter staff.

Worst place to get a vehicle. They will lure you in basically to help you find a vehicle and treat you as if you're just wasting their time . Sales people have no experience and do what they can to get rid of the vehicle. Typical sales strategy. Their manager is really rude and they bring 3 people to convince you to buy the vehicle. Basically they want to force you to buy the vehicle. They get mad if you say "I'm just looking around and thinking of my options" so don't bother coming to this place. They know nothing about their vehicles and the most rude service ever. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. Worst experience ever! If I can give it a -5 I would
