I bought a window from Lowes and had it installed through them by Summit Installations. After contacting Lowes at the end of April, It took them months to schedule an apppintment with me just to have my window frame measured and then another 1 or 2 weeks for them to come back and install which was in mid July. So this whole process took like over 3 months in total. The installment cost was $300 on top of the $400 I paid for the window. And the company that came to install sent a guy that "doesn't normally do windows". His words, not mine. Though, no words were needed. Because his work was amateur at best. Merely squeezing in pieces of wood around the frame so that the window had a tight fit, then half hazardly filling it in with caulk. I pointed out the places that he needed to go back over so that it could get an airtight seam and you know what he did? He gave me his bottle of caulk so I could do the rest of the work myself. He seemed boderline incompetent or maybe lazy is the better term. I don't think I'll have lowes install anything I buy from them again, or better yet, i might just not buy their products if I can help it.Btw, the window itself is nice, the screen however, is so silky thin and cheap that it already has a scratch that probably came from the wind.

I purchased a dishwasher and it was supposed to be stainless steel. After the man installed it I went to check it out and to my surprise it was white!! Needless to say I'm very disappointed. Hopefully one day I will learn love it. Sad and a little angry, not only angry at the associate that picked the wrong one, but also angry at myself and NOT DOUBLE CHECKING!!

My family was n a time crunch n desperate for a washer n dryer! Staff there were so patient n walked us through the decision , the purchase, the delivery, the return and then finally the purchase of a set! They were amazing nice and knew just what we needed.. Thank you guys for everything u do!! As for the store as a whole great job team!! Ok, every man definitely knows how to get to one of these stores. This one is located in Sikeston, MO. I gave a five star rating for this store because of everything I have experienced with them. I am a disabled veteran who has severe anxiety disorder and PTSD. They know that I come in as close to closing time because of my disabilities. They treat the veterans with the upmost respect and support. They never complain about how it's closing time or anything like that. Any company that treats the people who give this country the freedoms it has, deserves a 5 rating.

I've stopped buying HVAC plumbing and electrical supplies here due to the fact I can get them at my supply houses cheaper. However, I do use their website for bid pricing. As a just in case I forget to add tax in my bids. Which I do often.I do enjoy the products for home and outdoors and they seem to be better quality and fairly priced.

Found what I needed fairly quickly. When I needed an item from overstock is another story. The guy working the area was helping someone else. I only asked him to help me when he was done with the others. Well, he blew past me even though I was asking him a question at that moment. He was a jerk.

When I bring $400.00 worth of merchandise up to the front to check out, and wouldn't you know, only self checkout is available!!!! Needless to say, I left 300 of the 400 bucks worth of merchandise at the front. I'm not going to spend all my money I had to work for, just to work more to get the product from the store, I'll just order online from Amazon!!!! Do better!!!

Terrible service. Was there about an hour to get two gallons of paint. No checkout lines were open and the self checkout wasn't working. Employees could care less so after an hour my wife and I walked out. Over the years I've spent a fair amount of money but I'm done and I won't be back. After we left we went to Sherwin Williams and the man there was very knowledgeable and friendly and within 15 minutes we had our paint.

No one ever around to help with anything and if so it's like a hassle because you bothered them....just getting as bad if not worse like Walmart!!!

Josh McGuire deserves recognition on his positive attitude, his great help and his complete and overall attentiveness! EVERY business needs more employees like him! We met the gentleman for the first time yesterday while picking up supplies for our family and he went way beyond and out of his way to see that we not only got everything we needed but was satisfied in being helped with everything we needed and we can say absolutely!! They kind of had what I was looking for, but in the end it didn t work like the stuff I normally purchase from my local hardware store that s family owned. I was looking for some heavy duty drain cleaner, and the stuff I bought was not good enough no fault of theirs of course. It just means now I have to do more work because I had a below average product that didn t cut it and do the job.

Gave a 1 only because 0 isn't an option! Went to get some supplies for the job site and was told it was self checkout only!!! Left several dollars worth of items on the belt!!! If they can't pay someone to take my money I'll take my company's business elsewhere!!! Guess they will have to pay someone to sort it and put it back on the shelves!!! Wouldn't it have been better to pay someone to sell it????

Lowe's is my all time favorite and they always have such a great selection of so many different things. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful. This year they have great Halloween decorations that aren't to pricy in cost

So we went to Lowe's doesn't over 200$ on wooden blinds for the windows. 2 were to big. So we took them back. After the woman at customer service was so rude. She would not let us exchange for the same exact thing, just smaller. We had our receipt and paid with our debit card. She insisted to put the money back on our debit card instead of gift card so we could have bought what we needed. The manager said he could not help. And we waited an hour for help in the blind department while in the store. We will never so Lowe's again. Menard's is our new go to!! And way better customer service. And we took our business for a new refrigerator to best buy and got a way better deal!!

Just want to recognize a nice young man named Noah. I asked him to help me find some rugs. He then helped me find everything I needed, checked me out and carted my purchase to my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to talk with. He is the kind of employee that makes a retail store successful.

Wow... what an entertaining place! I went to pick up an order that I purchased online. I did not have to wait in line... went right to the customer service counter & gave my order number. I was thinking... this is awesome while I stood at the counter (feeling awkward while 3 employees gossip about their lives and rock to and fro with their hands in their smocks). ONE HOUR and SIXTEEN MINUTES later, I walk out the door with my order... (the same girl that took my info asked me if I needed help three other times while I waited... I am not kidding!) Customer service at it's FINEST!!!

I want to love it but the customer service is terrible. Wouldn't be an issue but now many items are in locked cages.

Drove 40 minutes to try and return an item I received as a housewarming gift that I was able to pull up on Lowes site. Was refused store credit because I didn't have a receipt. Item is unopened and could just be put back on the shelf but Lowe's refused. Gave me a phone number that doesn't open till tomorrow and sent me 40 minutes on my way. Will never buy from Lowes again, especially not gifts for anyone. Horrible return policy and the staff wasn't at all friendly. Horrible customer service too. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my weekend Lowes.
