Quick, professional, friendly, and very reasonable prices! I was able to get in last minute for a brake repair and they went above and beyond in the customer service area. The gentleman I spoke to each time was very nice and I felt like he cared about my car/safety as his own. The Raben shuttle dropped me off at work and the repairs were completed before lunch time. Plus, I was able to get an estimate and book an appointment all online. Raben earned a whole family of new customers!

Ever sense the buy out, from Goodyear I was quoted one tire for my 06 hhr well over $200.00 needless to say plaza got my business they were able to get me a tire under $100.00 dollars....before when it was still Raben I was able to get a whole set of tires for my 13 elantra for under 350.00

They were fantastic!!! Needed emergency repairs while traveling, and recieved PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, reasonably priced. The employees went out of there way to get us back on the road and home safely. Don Curtis towing also gets five stars from us. Thank you so much

Customer service is great. Long wait, though.I returned on 4/5/21 and thought I needed front brakes and was bracing for the cost. I was told that I did not need any and just needed an oil change. Thank God for His goodness and favor and for Raben staff for being honest and for always taking care of my needs!

If you want your car to be backed into while raben associates are driving in it and no apology or offer to help fix then I would suggest this place. So happy I got my lower control arms replaced and a beautiful dent in my beautiful white car. Amazing service. No one gives af about their job

The men and women at the front desk are great, courteous and respectful. Not sure what the service techs.problems are. They don't seem to read the service orders very well. Went in for new tires and check a problem I had with my ABS braking light coming on. They put the tires on but never checked my other problem. In their defense it was close to quitting time and I was the last customer for the day. But I still thought it was a little unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good about about Raben! We had an emergency flat tire and they not only took the time to help us but they went the extra mile AND every person we dealt with was super nice. Reasonable too! They get 5+ stars!!!

Just made a quick trip in to get the air pressure checked on my dad's tires & refilled...100% for free, took around 10 mins, & everyone was helpful & friendly!

Took my RV in to Raben because I was having trouble with keeping it running. They replaced the battery cable ends and starter. Also asked them to balance and rotate my tires. It now rides much smoother so I know they did it right. They also installed a front license plate mount at my request and new wiper blades. All in all I consider their service to be very good. Especially since they're not exactly an RV repair shop. They got the jobs done and got my RV inspected and running. Over all, I am pleased with their service. We had a few minor miscommunications but it all worked out and my RV is doing what it's supposed to be again.

I arrived at 745 am. I was the third person there. I needed to purchase/replace a tire and have it mounted and balanced.After I had been there for an hour.. I noticed that my van was still outside and they had not started yet.After asking the staff about this... they guy told me that they would have it in a half hour.. . He offered no explanation and just said sorry ...as though it was somehow my fault.After being there for about 2 hours... they were finally ready finished. No one would explain why it too took two hours to replace one tire.I wouldn t recommend this Raven Tire unless you have time to kill and don t mind dismissive customer service.

People I worked with were both friendly and knowledgeable. However, I had to ask several questions because they didn t offer information or options. At first they charged me for Road Hazard which I wasn t asked about, and didn t want, and they didn t complete a rebate form which I was supposed to get. Service time was extremely slow for mounting and balancing 4 new tires. Almost 2 hours! They still didn t get the alignment checked and I have to make another trip for that.

I had 4 new tires put on, a battery replaced and an oil change. I let Raben know I would be waiting and not dropping my car off. I knew this would take some time. But didn't expect to be in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. I also asked beforehand for the complete cost including taxes. I was a little surprised by a $51.00 labor charge to put in a battery. The staff was friendly and got everything in quickly.

Staff was so wonderful we talked and cut up yet never met each other. The place was so clean I was amazed since I'm a neat freak. Service was fast effective and the cost of tire service was reasonable for today's economy. Thank you Raben Tire of Sikeston Missouri! There are still Americans in America

We were traveling from Mississippi and had a blow out at 2 am Saturday night and only had a donut. We had to stay in the town where we were, the hotel we booked didn't refund our money so we paid for two hotel rooms. Sunday morning we began searching for a tire and Raben was the only emergency service (every Walmart within a 30 mile radius didn't have the tire). We were first told by Raben that they only serviced tractors for emergency and then when I started to cry because I was hopeless at this point, I was hung up on. I was then put in touch with the owner by a very nice employee and the owner told me he would go to the shop and check to see if he had a tire, I was so thankful. The owner called me back and told me he did and said it would be $450 FOR ONE TIRE! We were stranded, limited funds, it was 100 degrees and this guy tries to charge us a single tire for $450. What ever happened to just being a good person and doing a good deed??? I understand it was an inconvenience but it wasn't a $450 inconvenience. Luckily God sent us an angel who sold us a tire with decent tread on it to get back home for $20. I don't live here but if I ever did I would never give this man a cent of my money. Thanks for nothing Raben.

Back on July 17th, my family and I caught a flat tire on the Highway. We pulled off to see the damage to driver's side rear tire, it was blown.As my husband was inspecting the tire, a guy pulled up to offer he's assistant. He said he worked at a local tire shop. He helped my husband remove the blown tire and put on the spare. He called the shop to see if they had our size tire, unfortunately not. He directed to another local shop that possible had our size.We appreciate the from a complete stranger on the road. We had 500 plus miles until i destination. We made it. We were very appreciative of this man's kindness!Only wish i could remember his name!

Customer service was absolutely excellent. The mechanic got it done in a timely manner. Only bad thing was price. It was 260.16 for rear brake pads which I thought was way too much.

They put a water pump on my car with a lifetime warranty and it went out! I called and they told me to bring it up there so I did! I set there for 3 hours and they never even looked at the car little on fix it right! They told me they didn't have time to mess with it to bring it back in 3 days! Heck by then the motor could blow up!!!! NO,,,,I will not ever go back there nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I was traveling when my maintenance required light came on. I stopped in Raben to have them check to see what was wrong. I was told it would be about 15 minutes. The mechanic came out and checked it out and after we talked, reset the light and I was on my way again. NO CHARGE!! Thank you for your help and swift response to get me back on the way.

Rodney as well as all the gentleman and Erica at the front desk are very friendly, professional and efficient! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of work on their vehicle!In particular oil changes fluids checked and good deals on tires!!!

I came in for my appointment at 1:30, which I called ahead for, for a wheel balance and front wheel alignment. This should have taken maybe around 30 minutes. Instead, it's been at least an hour and a half and I'm sitting here waiting. This process should not take this long. From what I understand, this is a reliable place. Maybe they're busy or having trouble, but just prepare for possibly waiting a while.

Allways get good service, and great people, but I needed basic inspection and was first customer of the day, so I think it took longer than it should have. It was over an hour. Maybe thats normal now days but I can remember when 30 minutes was the norm. Thanks

Service was prompt and fast. I liked it that I could make an appointment to have my car inspected since I work and couldn't wait for a long period of time as in 'first come first serve - get in line'.

Was there at 8am out at 12:00 noon. I was there a bit too long for two new tires and One tire sensor at a tire specialty shop. 2 Cam bolts, alignment and balance. I asked for tire warranty information after paying my bill of $598. The answer was, it ll be another $15.30 per tire.

Sorry excuse for customer service. First tire guys to ever strip out my rim caps while trying to remove for balancing. The alignment that I paid for, made my trck pull to the right so bad I went elsewhere for repair.They took forever without any idea how how it would take.I hade a appointment for 8 am and by 9 my truck still was not pulled back.I will never ever return to this place.

I had a safety inspection performed on my truck the only inconvenience was they were extremely busy and I left my vehicle and they called to inform me that the truck had a rear brake light out and they asked if I wanted them to replace it , which I did. There are a limited number of inspection stations in our city now since the state revoked the license of many places of business for improper inspections. I was very pleased with the service and that I didn t have to make an appointment to get the inspection

I had a tire going flat and needed a oil change and I went by and they was very busy but they still took the time to get my sons car in and there was a screw in the tire. They are very nice and will come back soon to do more Business with them. Thanks , Teresa from mounds IL
