I purchased a vehicle at Elite Auto in April of 2023. In less than 10 days after purchase I chose to cancel the warranty for a full refund. About 7 weeks ago Travis Burger (owner/salesman) called me and left me a message, which I have saved, stating he had a check ready and was sending it to my bank. I've yet to see results. It has now been 6 months since I canceled the warranty and still no refund.Update: as of 12/23/2023 still no refund!!Travis says "It must have been deposited into the wrong account". He hasn't been in touch with me since.Everyone be careful who and how you do business with car dealers.

Totally had an amazing experience from beginning to end with Elite Auto Sales. Mr Travis was very professional and timely and Zane was also kind and welcoming. We love our new vehicle and recomend anyone who's looking to buy and or trade for something new to stop in and give Elite a chance to send you away as happy as they did my family. Five Star rating absolutely!!!!!

I went to Elite Auto Sales on a Saturday morning thinking I would just look around at some of the cars I had checked out on their website. A nice young man named Zane came out after a few minutes to help me. We talked for a bit and then he offered a test drive. I had already chosen a few possibilities online the night before so we test drove a couple. I loved the Chevy Trax as soon as I sat in it. It is a newer model with not a ton of miles, in my price range, and I liked the way it felt. It just fits me. We test drove another car and I kept comparing it to the Trax. By the time we got back to the lot I had made up my mind. Travis helped me with the paper work and, within an hour, I drove away happy as a clam in my almost new car. I very much appreciate how Elite Auto Sales takes pride in selling good used cars at reasonable prices so people can afford to own a car they can rely on. Thank you Elite Auto Sales! Veda Barnett

UPDATE. I changed from 1* to 3* all because of the owner, Travis Burger . He says that the arrogant sale's man is only part time and will be spoken to. I recommend speaking to him for a decent vehicle. He seems to be honest and hard working even if some of his representatives aren't. Thanks, Mr. Burger.ORIGINAL REVIEW:We went because of a sale flyer my mom received in the mail. The flyer promised "free hot dogs and hamburgers" as well as vehicles "starting as low as $2,900". We found neither of these at the Sikeston location. We did find a very arrogant sale's rep. When asked if he had a card, he replied, "I don't use 'em. I've lived here my whole life. Everyone knows me." Well, we aren't from the area and we told him this. He never offered any contact information. I don't recommend this car lot unless you like over priced vehicles and men who think they all that.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Everything went so smooth! They were honest with me during the entire process! They had my best interest in mind ! Will definitely use them again and recommend to my family!

I would HIGHLY recommend Elite Auto Sales. Travis is absolutely awesome to work with and will do everything he can. If anyone ask where to buy their next vehicle, I would tell them to check out Elite Auto Sales.

The salesman and owner were very nice and Ask me about the 2015 dodge charger r/t I was purchasing they have good used vehicles at a great price u can t beat that I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle
