If zero stars were possible We went at 5 pm on a Saturday and this is what we saw. No cold food in the entire fridge display. No Krispy Krunchy Chicken . Much of the fountain soda was out. Half of the gas pumps had out of order signs. Out of toilet paper in the women s room. I wanted to post these photos so maybe people would not be misled thinking this would be a good stop based on the photos from 6 years ago.

Went to Break Time yesterday service was horrible only nice person that was there yesterday was Ms. Deborah Rigney . One lady acted like she just didn t want to be there and the other check out two people before me and I only needed two biscuits and I guess they was to hard for him . Customer service is horrible

Unfortunately, this is a fuel stop.Crew could not answer my questions, restroom was nasty, so bad, I almost took a Pic. Only reason for the 2, cook brought out fresh food as I was exiting. Owner, you need to have a talk with the Mgr.. Asap. Crew was not having a bad day. Snacking, talking, and phone use was going on when I entered, 0 customers...

This place is so inconsistent. It's supposed to be open 24 hours but it's always closed by midnight, sometimes even by 10pm. Sometimes the cashiers will just leave without even putting up a sign.The place is sort of clean but never has any hot food options and their fresh food is almost always past the date.Just avoid this place and keep driving.They need to close it, since the owners refuse to follow their own posted hours.

Horrible! It s advertised as open 24 hours and they leave the all the lights on like it s open and then you try to go in the store and all the doors are locked. We knocked on the door as the worker looked and IGNORED us. There were 4 other people that needed to get in as well. There was so sign up or anything. We also tried calling the store but no answer. Just don t go after 10pm bc they re likely to be locking out customers. They need new staff clearly. Highly dissatisfied. From previous comments it looks like it s been an issue that is yet to be resolved by management .

Always stop on our way home to get a soda in a cup & a water in a cup (for my shih tzu) with the pebbled ice. She loves stopping by to get her water in a cup. I take the lid off & she drinks it out of the cup.

Break Time sucks...but especially this one. They evidently can't get anyone to work at night, even though it's a 24 hour location. They had been closing the store at 10 pm due to short staffing, but they leave the lights on inside the store all night. One night I went there at 9:40 pm and the doors were locked, employees were standing there just looking at me, even though the copy paper sign said it was open till 10 pm. Called the corpotate office, but suprise no one called me back. Tonight the doors were locked at around 1 am and no one seemed to be there the rest of the night. There was no sign on the door and all the lights were on.

I have pulled off of the highway for the last time. They never have any bone in chicken ready. They have everything else and everyone is always just sitting there talking with the store so nasty.

They advertise they are open 24 hours wake up at 3:00 a.m. to go to work and they said they are closed I just asked the afternoon shift how late they were open they said 24 hours can't believe what they say

Small and crowded. Does a brisk business. Food selection looked good but I didn't buy anything, just gas.Bathroom not clean.

Tried to buy 8 pc chicken but they were short 2 legs and 2 wings. I offered to accept substitute items but they were unable to wrap their minds around it. A piece of fish instead of 4 pieces of chicken? No. A couple of chicken strips? No. Okay...please decide what is a good substitute in your mind. Their response? Nothing costs the same. I left empty handed.

Variety of products. Customer service not so great . The employees were busy talking more than trying to help customers. Waited more than should have when I was ready to pay

Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Employees busy playing on their phones while everything was dirt. Garbage overflowing. Bathrooms awful. No shower. No lotto. Last time I will stop here.

People were really nice and the food was good. Bathrooms were a bit dated. Can't say it was dirty tho I didn't notice it being dirty... just old.

ILLEGAL PRACTICES HAPPENING HERE."J" and Teresa shorted us $5 in cash. REFUSED to give it to us. We were told we could call the manager, but then they REFUSED to give us the managers phone number. The Better Business Bureau and their corporate office were contacted for an investigation into corruption.

Says its open 24/7 tried to go in at 11 pm and again at 12 pm both times all doors were locked and the building was lit up like they were open wouldn't trust their posted hours.

Nice business location, tolerance of $/card purchases, good music, wi-fi connection More than Okaaaaaaay & Staff were compassionate Some of the best Fried & Seasoned catfish (etc.) I've never eaten better!!!!!!!

Bathroom disgusting, long lines to checkout. This would be a one star if the food wasn't so good. Really good chicken

Discussing. Bought gas, had to use the bathroom. Oh. no wayOne stall was locked , the other was overflowing with feces, blood and urine. The whole store is dirty. I had to just move on.

Had what you need from a gas station. Food was okay however the men's room had no paper towels and the energy drinks were overpriced.

Highest gas price in miner& Sikeston Missouri you can go right down the road an get it 11cents cheaper they are price gouging
