The service department was lights out great! Starts with good hires and Robbie has one folks. Addison was professional, courteous, and made us feel like she cared about our family. After years in the business it s great to see there are still good people doing good things. Awesome job guys. We will see y all again very soon.

Twice now this dealership has let me down. Only speaking of my recent service, I was very disappointed that I get my truck back and services were clearly not performed. I drove home with a check engine light on. After checking the engine myself, I find the oil cap was not put on and tires were not rotated as I requested. I immediately checked my oil, HOPING I didnt drive it home with none in the engine. I called and was told by Robbie that he was sorry and he would be "talking" to the tech. I simply did not have the time to bring my truck back that day. Yesterday my husband calls Robbie and Robbie tells him to bring it in and he will get it cleaned up and get things right. He got there at 1130 when he was told by an advisor that the guys take lunch at noon. The advisor takes his keys and my husband waits in the lounge. Around noon they come back and hand my husband the keys. My husband asked them what did you do to the truck. The advisor states I'm not really sure!! My husband says did you get the check engine light off? Advisor says I'm not really sure what they did. My husband takes the keys and leaves. He said that he never spoke to Robbie and no one apologized to him about having to take time out of our day to bring our truck back for something THEIR tech did.I don't believe we will be returning to this dealership.

My maintenance service appointment was seamless! The staff members in the Service Department were professional and friendly. They were efficient and quick in their work, which is exactly what you want when you're waiting on your car.I also have to mention Daniel Byrd, the auto sales rep I originally bought the car from. Daniel is a gem of a fella in general, but he has gone out of his way to assist me with any little concern about my car I might have- including actually making this service appointment for me!! Overall, I can't find one bit of fault with the customer care I received at Autry Morlan. :)

Dropped off my 2017 LTZ Silverado to get an oil change and rotation of my tires. They called and I came to pick it up. I don t know what all the dealership is required to do, but the oil was changed and tires rotated, that was all. No vacuuming or anything else was done. Kinda disappointed that no one went over what was done, just sign the receipt and out the door.

Came here to have a key made from my vin. Paid them and went back to work. Came back after work and they handed me a blank key and told me thier machine broke and they ain't giving a refund. Just got scammed

If you want it done right then ask for Eric Parris. He has the customer satisfaction first. I have been buying vehicles from him since I was 21. I'm now 46. Eric's customer service will have all customers following him wherever he lands.

We had an engine problem with our Duramax engine. When we arrived they had just closed. We stayed the night in Sikeston and returned the next morning. Since we were traveling on to Tennessee, we hoped it wouldn t take long to get in. They were very accommodating , got us in 15 minutes after we arrived. Figured out the problem, had the part in inventory and we were on our way promptly . We had such a great experience with all the staff. I would recommend their service department to everyone. Great dealership and great people. So glad to know they are there as we travel this road often. Check them out, you will be glad you did.

Going to Autry Morlan GM in Sikeston Missouri was the worst mistake I'd made with a vehicle.It was supposed to be a simple airbag recall. Yet they charged me $140 because I'd placed a cover over my dash because the dash was cracked and horrible looking. All they had to do was pry up the dash cover slightly to remove the airbag on the passaneger side. But I took it, because why not - I knew they were screwing me but it was easier to just get it done and may the $140.But when I got home I noticed the service airbag light was on. This was NOT on before. So I called them and made an appointment for the next evening.They had my truck for an hour and then a small timid girl came out with my keys and said the service airbag light was already on.Nope. I asked to speak to someone - a guy grabbed my keys and said I'll show you. He was aggressive acting from the start. He showed me my steering wheel where the airbag was messed up looking. Since my truck was a salvage truck he said it's clearly been wrecked. And I said yeah - what's that got to do with the light being on today when it wasn't yesterday? He then said it was already on. By this point I was steaming. First and foremost he'd called me a liar by saying it was on when I clearly said it wasn't. And I'd know. I hate dash lights and even have a device that removed the engine light when I get in my truck. So I'd definitely know a light was on or not. Being upset I said I want my f'n truck fixed.Well since I'd said a "dirty word" that's all he needed to stop speaking with me.In all reality the guy was not being outright disrespectful - but sometimes it's not what you are saying nor acting that tells the story. He was saying I was sol and to leave. I surely could have handled myself better. But I was very angry. They were wrong. I acted wrong. Doesn't deviate from them being wrong, lying and knowing there wasn't a thing I could do about it even if I sued. They are dishonest people. The person said he stopped dealing with me because I'd dropped the f bomb and did not show him respect. Ask yourself this guy - did you earn respect by lying, calling me a liar and screwing me over knowing I couldn't do a thing about it? Could I have handled myself better? Absolutely. But you are still a liar and disrespected me with a smile on your face. I just showed my real emotions. Oh and he also had two employees there with him. He already knew it could go south because he knew he was doing wrong.I would avoid this place like the plague. They're dishonest plain and simple.Edit 09/07/2023After having a week to think about this incident I finally figured out the over all feeling I was getting from the guy I dealt with there in the service department.See I am driving a 14 year old truck that's been wrecked and not a fifty-thousand dollar brand new truck. It was a snobbish looking down their nose vibe. "Of course his airbag light is on, he's driving a pos old truck, what does he expect?"So far this "airbag recall" has cost me $300. I've had to order a device that will tell me exactly where the issue is. If I can't fix it myself then I'll have to spend more money taking it somewhere to get it fixed before November when my tags expire. I won't be able to get it inspected with an airbag light on. So in all reality, by not fixing what they messed up, they stole money from me. On top of being liars, they're also thieves.I also found out that because the light is on, the airbags won't deploy if I'm in an accident! So they've put my life in jeopardy by not fixing what they messed up!If anyone is actually reading this just keep in mind that they'll treat you good if you have money - but if you're poor, just ignore the recall you get on your vehicle. Or go to Cape to get it fixed. These people don't care about you unless you're throwing a boat load of cash at them. Anyone that treats a a customer the way I was treated don't deserve respect from anyone.I will update again when I find out what is wrong with my airbag system and what it was they did to mess it up.

My 2023 Suburban LT has around 6700 miles on it and has had two major warranty problems The first was a #2 fuel injector failed while in Florida. It took almost two weeks to get the part. I had to rent a U-Haul truck to pull my RV home. Two weeks later the vehicle was delivered to Autry Morlan. The day after picking it up the check engine light came on. It took 10 day to get an appointment to just determine the problem. The emissions evaporator has failed along with a valve. The part has to come from Scotland so I don't know when I will be able to get it fixed. I am scheduled for a RV trip leaving on the 14th of April to Louisiana for two weeks. Hopefully nothing else fails while traveling. The only problem with the dealership is the wait time to get it in the shop. I have a big problem with GM and their sorry supply chain and shoddy material going into a $70,000 vehicle.

Yeah that s a big don't ,I bought a jeep from them that advertised a warranty power train. Lifetime.. when the 4 low wouldn't shift into gear I took it back to them a month latter and they wouldn't honor the life time warranty.. .but that's y I bought it..... that's what the paper said on the window when u sold it to me.. even brought the paper. Sold it to me under the pre tense that it would be covered.. . Just to score money.. I hate this place and I suggest don't buy from liers... if they lie about that what else they lied about... turns out it's only if your the first purchaser of the vehicle.. so they didn't disclose that ... you all don't even deserve 1 star...

Our salesman Lance was real professional and courteous and made sure he told us about the truck and some of the extras on the truck that we were not familiar with on our 2019. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else and Lance to help them because of his courtesy and professionalism.
