Dwayne was very knowledgeable about my application in this case my 4.7 l. Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. I was looking for some performance bolt on. He got me what I wanted and I got it at a really good price. Stuff Jeep doesn't even produce anymore. He was able to get and at reasonable cost. You gotta give them time. I got a new in the box 2008 intake matched ported 69.9mm half shaft throttle plate actuator bar, included. Very trick, very time consuming to produce. multiport injectors, HO cams with low miles. Bee hive valve springs, valve seals all the exact part as required no returns or an issue. The manifold it self they include the correct mounting hardware as the studs are different. Was it cheap? Absolutely not. Was it worth it? You better know it was it's full service and not half *** attempts. I wanted to drive out from Cali for a new motor next time I will.

Ordered vinyl decals. Quality is ok. Decal's were not pre-cut for exhaust cut-out contour notable on Rumble Bee trucks. Vinyl did tear easy, a bit surprising. Color was good, correct "Solar Yellow". Maybe just a bad batch of vinyl, but was able to work it out.

Little over 2 years ago3rd strike performance bought a truck from me I gave him a great deal and even hauled it over to Missouri for him. When we we making the deal the truck he requested the title for the truck since it was still a license titled. Vehicle. We drew up a bill of sale with witnesses he gave me his word he would put it in his name that following Monday so did his wife. Bout 9 months ago I go t to court house owe a bunch of takes because he never did that. He gave me his word he would get it taken care of. Well he never did all he had to do is call the court house in Kentucky and say he bought the truck with a title won't cost him a dime. But he is saying now he bought a junk truck without a title costing me 500 dollars before I can rester a vehicle of any kind. He is a true crook and a lair I have messages back and forth and witnessed to prove it all. So daune Garret u are a sad human being

First time dealing with these guys. Ordered a Mopar EGR Valve for a 5.7 HEMI. Recieved the part in 5 days 3 of which were weekend days Saturday, Sunday/and Juneteenth Monday (very fast). Read a lot of negative reviews to boot about shipping delays, customer service issues, communication skills, etc.... What I've come to realize about this company is this:A. 3rd Strike Performance deals in high-end auto parts that sell themselves at very competative prices, period.B. These are a handful of American car guys with a passion for quality to the consumer and achieving the right application; who are running an on-line business with daily national coverage at a minimum. Not QVC home shopping network robot armies selling junk with phony smiles and no skillsets (i,e,, product knowledge, product application, leadership, etc...) Give them a chance to do what they do best. If you are straight and respectful with them they will be straight and respectful with you guaranteed. Thats not only good business thats benevolence, thats humaneness.C. saving the last star for improvement of website/customer interaction. They're Website definetly gets the job done; for me was a little confusing to navigate and hard to see. Maybe its my bad eyesight and 45 years of age catching up to me...At any rate nice Job overall 3rd Strike Performance; ya'll have my business.God Bless Our Troops and American Businesses.Sincerely,CD

Not Very Friendly, Wouldn't Hurt to Learn How to Talk to People!!!!!! Especially When A Order is Taken Extra Time To Deliver, It's Common Courtesy to Let The Customer Know Something about There Order Being Delayed!!!!!!! Some People Still Believe Just Because They Own a Buisness That There Better Than Others and Don't Realize There CUSTOMERS are the Reason There Still in Buisness!!!!

The product is exactly what I ordered, and I'm satisfied with that, but I paid half again as much for shipping and it took almost a MONTH to arrive!In retrospect, the 4hr round trip to nearest auto store would've been cheaper and faster

Placed an order on a Saturday and Monday night my order payment method was refunded, no explanation from the company or notification of order being canceled. Very poor customer service and communication.

BUYERS BEWARE, IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER THIS COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT A PART OR HAVE THE CORRECT PART ORDERED, DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NON. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I CANNOT ADDRESS THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS OR EVEN IF THEY ARE THE RIGHT PARTS I NEEDED.On 12/012015 I paid for a catch can from 3rd Strike Performance. I called them on the same day to cancel due to financial issues and was told that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. I always understood there was a 3 day buyers protection law in which the buyer could cancel or return a product. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint with them on this. I will also file a complaint with Paypal on this purchase.

Ordered interior bezels and a dress up kit for my Ram. Both state "high quality materials" all over the website. Cheap hardware bolts and Chinese bezels that don't even fit is what I got.BUYERS BEWARE. Product descriptions are very mis lesding

Ordered skid plate from this business. Received the wrong skid plate, but business would not make good on it. Buyer beware... Look at their reviews before ordering. Also, check the BBB website.
