We recently had an incident with one of our trucks near Seymour. My first and only call was to Yates Boys. Cy was awesome!. He arrived quickly, had the knowledge needed to get us back on the road, and charged a very reasonable rate. Quick, knowledgeable, and affordable--what more could you ask of a towing company? Companies like Yates Boys and operators like Cy make me proud to be part of the towing industry. 5-stars all the way!

While driving through on a road trip from MN, we encountered an issue with our vehicle. We pulled over in Fordland at Dollar General and asked who around here does towing and we were recommended Yates Boys Towing by the locals at DG. Upon calling, a truck arrived within 30 minutes, bringing our vehicle and three people on a road trip to Pep Boys in Springfield, the only open place at the time. The rate was very reasonable, and the driver was very friendly, even offering to drop us off at our hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage, so we opted to wait. Fortunately, Pep Boys was able to inspect our vehicle the same night and determine that we could still drive it, even if the problem needed fixing. So We want to extend our thanks to the people at DG who recommended Yates Boys and to Yates Boys for their prompt service. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again if I was back in the area and needed a tow.

Today brakes went out on my welding rig. And Levi the operator had my truck up and strapped down fast. He also took very good care of my truck. Thank you guys, they are awesome people if you are needing a tow. And the rate was reasonable. Keep it up yall.

Having trouble far from home is never a good time, but when Yates Boys is there for the rescue, it makes all the difference. Fast and professional, they had me back on the road in no time!! Thank you for everything y'all do! God bless!!

I highly recommend Cortland and Yates Boys Towing for admitting that they could not tow our Class A motorhome and finding someone that could. And to top it all off, we were allowed to leave the RV in their tow yard while it was being repaired...almost a whole month.

We had a very personal matter that was left in the hands of Yates Boys. I can not express how caring, kind and sympathetic they were with our situation. They took extra care to prevent further exposure for myself to the situation and handled everything in the most professional manner.

Make sure you get a bid in writing from these boys as they will jack prices after the fact as the arrived at my prpoerty for a non accident move he bid from property to property at around2:10 pm was back at my other property at 3:28 to unload but price went from 120 to 225 as i could have checked with others for better price

I totaled my suburban on the highway. Cortland from Yates Boys came with the tow truck. He is knowledgeable, professional, and exactly the person/company I needed at that time. On our way home from Oklahoma, we stopped in Seymour at a gas station and locked our keys in our vehicle. A very nice man from Yates Towing happened to be there and saw what had happened. He run to his shop, got the tools, and unlocked our vehicle. We couldn t have asked for a better scenario and we give this company a very high review! Great service! We broke down on the side of I44 in the middle of nowhere with a SUV towing RV camper trailer plus 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. The Yates boys rescued our whole mess and drove us to Springfield quickly so we could get a truck rented before 5pm. Nice guy and the bill was totally reasonable too!

The young man was very professional and very nice. I would certainly recommend Yates Boys Towing to anyone who has to call a towing company. He didn't take forever getting there to pick up the car and he gave a ride to me and my little grandson. We were 45 minutes from home. Thank you Yates Boys.

Thank y'all for your assistance amidst our disaster. Some businesses get so overwhelmed they forget how to treat the customers keeping their business alive. We experienced the exact opposite. In such a horrible time, it was a pleasure to interact with the couple people we did.

Fantastic service!!! We had a car end up in our living room and Yates came to extract it from the house. The driver was extremely easy to work with and did everything he could to make a bad day a little better:-)
