I highly recommend Mason's. My truck broke down on Friday, and I had it towed home. I called Mason's Monday afternoon and Chris was able to come within an hour. An hour later, my truck is running again. Honest, reliable, fast, and affordable. I will definitely use this service again when needed, and recommend them to everyone I know.

Driving on I-44 and lost our brakes! Luckily, we were pulling a 36' gooseneck trailer that had great brakes.Mason came out on a Friday night and got us fixed up. We got home a few hours later than we wanted... but we got home!I would also like to note that his prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

The radiator blew on I44 on our Class A motorhome outside of Marshfield, MO, we limped into the Walmart parking lot.I googled mobil repair to come help me and Chris Mason became our Knight in Shining Armor. He did not take a deposit, which totally took me by surprise. Chris had to complete rebuild the radiator and stayed in touch during the whole process. I highly recommend him and Yates Boys Towing which provided at location during this process!! Ling

Chris was great. he was very informative and up front as soon as I first called. Told me he was already on a job and it would be a few hours til he would be available. He called back to let me know he had the parts I needed on his truck already, and called agin when he was on the way.I was on a cross country trek pulling a 16' trailer 1700 miles. I would've been completed stranded if not for Chris.AND IT WAS A SUNDAY!Once he arrived, he wasted no time. got straight to work and was finished in less than 2 hours allowing me to get another 5 hours of driving before stopping.Would highly recommend. Hopefully the need will never again arise, but if I'm stranded again I hope there is available assistance similar to Mason's Mobile Truck and Auto Repair.Really saved my day after AAA yet again told me they can't help me.Thanks Chris!

Traveling on I-44 in Missouri my RV had a blow out at 70 mph. I was stranded in a bad spot. I d describe Mason s as efficient, reasonable and the 5 Star savior of my day. Top Shelf. Thank you Sir.Service: TiresService: Tires

While transporting horses that had just been rescued, I had a wheel bearing go out on my trailer. I called Mason's mobile repair and he immediately started heading my way with the parts to repair the trailer. He arrived very quick and had all of the parts required to make the repairs. Not only did he replace the bearing, but he also made sure that everything was cleaned and smoothed out before replacing them and even replaced the entire brake assembly. I could not be happier or more impressed with the service provided and I recommend him to anyone in need of repairs on their truck or trailer.

He couldn't get what we needed fixed and we'll have to take it to a shop, but he was very nice and didn't mind me prying to ask what he was doing because I wasn't certain.

Great customer service, great rates too ! Mason kept me updated, and Chris got my driver rolling, even tho our truck was being a pain in the tail. They were the only ones within a 50 mile radius who would even bother to hear our issue, and made it to my driver quickly. Thanks so much, guys! - Patriot Truck Lines

We were on our way to Florida on a Saturday, March 25th when our serpentine belt shredded just south of Seymour. Even my insurance couldn't find anyone to help us fix or tow our motorhome. I found Chris and am so glad I did. He took so much time finding and picking up the needed parts. He even helped get us to a parking area not far from where we broke down for the night. Was back by Sunday afternoon with the needed part and had us back on the road within an hour. Nobody wants to break down but if you do, call Mason's Mobile Truck and Auto Repair.

Amazing,friendly service.We needed an axle repair on our work trailer, in order to keep our business going. We called Mason s Mobile and he drove the 2 hours down to our shop, and had our trailer repaired in no time. We were impressed.

I am not exaggerating at all when I say that Mason's Mobile Truck and Auto Repair -- Chris and his team are gifts to humanity!!! We had a very difficult and unusual situation that required auto diagnostics, and repair, not to mention a tremendous amount of patience! Without getting into the personal details... Had a fuel hose go bad on a diesel truck. Started it up and fuel sprayed everywhere. Wasn't going to drive it with fuel spraying. Called Mason's. Chris had to drive to Springfield for parts, then back to us. Long trip. His mobile service truck is prepared for just about anything and he knows his business. Excellent work. Very nice to know we have someone to call for emergency vehicle services. Very fair priced. Don't hesitate to call if you need help. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

We had a problem 7/23/22 Saturday with our RV, in Rogersville MO. with the battery dropping voltage from 13.9 to 11.8. I Went to o Reillys and they Ck the battery and alternator and said the battery is fine but your alternator is @30% less than it should be. So we limped to an RV campground for the night. I started calling repair places but they were all closed. I tried calling some Mobile service companies and one fella said he was away but to call Chris Mason of Mason s Mobile truck &auto repair. It was about 7:30 p and I left a message. About in a half hr Chris called me and said what was going on , he want to know did I want him to come tonight or Sunday, I said Sunday would be fine.On Sunday he replaced the alternator and with in a couple of minutes the rebuilt unit failed. He said he get a New one from the supply house and be back later. The new one worked great so he left and we stayed the night and left for Lebanon, Tenn just east of Nashville.Everything worked great till I got to the Campground. After I Ck in and started the rv again, the voltage dropped to 12.2 v and then to 11.9. We were at our spot and I called Chris about what was happening. He said I ll call you back, he tried calling a local mobile repair ser. Where we were at.When he called me back he said no one was available.He then said He was going to leave his place in Seymour MO. in a little bit and drive down to us and get it fixed. As you can imagine I was shocked that he would drive over 400 miles to help us again.Well the next morning he arrived at our site and we got it straighten out. Chris did a great job getting our bus running. He showed up before the time he estimated. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue. His pricing was very reasonable and he stuck the quoted price. I have an older RV that needed repaired in a few spots. They came out to my property the same day I called and fixed the water leak immediately, fixed the propane leak (a rather extensive job) within 2 days, and rewired a grounding cable for my generator.Super nice guys, super professional business. Absolutely recommend for RV/CAMPER repairs!

Mason's mobile repair service is top notch.My rv stepped running on hwy 60 near fordland. Called 6 mobile mechanics with no answer or returned calls, my 7th call was to Mason's, he picked up the call, knew exactly where I was stranded and got to work. My diesel pusher was having fuel issues, Mason worked the problem on the roadside, needed parts after hours on Easter weekend so a tow was needed, Mason used his network to get that set up and quickly got me off the roadside and back to the yard for repairs.A few things that stand out to me about Chris Mason are his prompt service, good communication, concern about my situation and his knowledge of diesel mechanics and the rv systems. On top of that he even gave me a ride to the airport.Repairs pending so I will post about that but from what I have experienced so far I'm not concerned.

One of the best road service experiences I ve ever had. He was responsive with updates and phone calls with accurate ETAs. Knowledgeable and efficient with the service and very fair pricing too!I ll definitely call him again if and when I m back in the local area! Excellent service! It was a Sunday when we broke down on the side of the highway. He recommended a tow services, Yates Boys Towing, highly recommend them as well. We had our car towed to his shop where he replaced the fuel pump. Above and beyond customer service experience!

I got my truck back with no antifreeze I was told he was out and he was going to dinner after we fixed that issue we got on the road and noticed the truck was having a ton of new issues it was not getting up to operating temperature also it was leaking antifreeze bad. After driving for a hour the turbo line blew off he did offer to come fix that. I had to take the truck to a different mechanic to fix all of his work. He is refusing to stand by his work. Beware of this shop make sure you grab some lube you will need it when he bends you over. A lawsuit is going to be filed. Also setting a website up with documentation and video to help others make there decisions.

I had chris fix a couple of issues on my 2000 peterbuilt box truck with a 3126b diesel engine . The small issues were fixed with no problems but my truck would stop running and cut out like it was not getting gas. So I had it towed to his shop which costed me 450.00 dollars he supposedly sent my injectors to Arkansas to be checked and eventually to make a long story short he told me I bent a rod and needed a motor. He then charged me over 3400.00 dollars for what he currently did . Truck didn't run ,I had it towed back to my house for another450.00 tow bill. I hired another machanic to look at it and put 2 and half gallons of oil in it .which I was charged for by him.the truck needed a wiring harness and the motor is fine . It now runs like a new truck .... do not trust this guy at all . He ripped me off and was gonna charge me to put an engine in my truck for another 7000.00 and it didn't need it . Called Chris around 5 am in the morning he showed up before his e.t.a. He gave us , he was professional, very knowledgeable, fair-priced, and got the job done as quickly as he could to make sure we got back on the road to head back to Indiana! He was polite as can be and knew what he was doing , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the Seymour, MO area or surroundings !Service: Transmission

Called the shop as I have no money and am from out of town he let me leave on a tire that is at risk of blowing out and wanted to charge me 30$ just to put my spare on that I have, and took pictures of my car and stuff after being asked 3 times why the pictures were taken wouldn t answer the question, after spending my last dollar on tire plugs and gas, even told me to meet him at his shop when I had called him and asked if he would help. Non professional, Would not recommend his services. Would he let his kids drive off in a tire like that if he has any?

They came out to replace a coolant fan, fan clutch, and radiator, on my 389 Pete, when nobody else wanted to do the job. Saved me a tow bill... Very polite, professional, and did the job faster than I thought... Had treats for my dog... lol...10 out of 10 for service and price!Will definitely recommend, and absolutely calling again when needed and I m in the area again!Thanks again!

Our motor coach had a leaking rear seal; called Chris and he was here in an hour and got it repaired in the cold and rain; Knowledgeable, professional, and his truck is stocked for the job! Guy was quick and professional. Rate was normal. Will use again if I have an issue in his area. As for the one negative review its a drivers responsibility to make sure after work is done involving fluids of any sort on your truck that you double check them before you leave. This will blow your law suite completely out of the water for failing to do so.

I broke down in negative degree weather on i-44...I didn't know what i was facing,So GOD SENT MASON'S!!!! I never met him in my life,He treated me like he knew me for years...EVEN BRUNG ME COFFEE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
