Cannot recommend this place enough! I have sent several of my customers here to have their cars detailed after I had several of my cars detailed and have been impressed every time.The attention to detail, especially on the interior can t be beat. I am a very picky customer when it comes to taking care of vehicles, and with Prestige I have never been disappointed.If you need a high quality detail, don t waste your money at the shineNgo places. Emily is a very entrepreneurial 21-year-old young lady who works by herself. I needed a deep detail on my 2018 Canyon and so I Googled detailing shops in Neosho to see if there were any local shops to help save me time from having to drive to Joplin, or elsewhere to have my truck detailed. I wasn t even sure, having lived in Neosho for six years, that anyone even provided a detailing service in the local community.Emily was able to get me in the very next morning, on my day off from work. Today, I brought my pick-up down to her at 7:30 in the morning, and she got to work right away, while I went home to take care of other chores. By 12:30 PM, Emily texted me and told me my vehicle was finished. I asked her to do the complete detail service on both the interior and exterior of my truck, as it hadn t been cleaned deeply in about a year. While it wasn t in real bad shape, it did need some attention, specifically with cleaning dirt and debris from the leather seats and armrests, cleaning the drivers/passenger area carpet, and steam cleaning the floor mats.Upon my return to retrieve my vehicle, Emily was talking to another customer. I noticed my truck was sitting inside the garage area where she does her work, with the doors open, ready for me to inspect it. The first thing I immediately noticed was how shiny the paint and chrome was. The exterior of the truck already looked like a new truck, because it isn t but a year old, but Emily waxed the entire truck, and spent much time cleaning off all the bugs. It truly looked like the brand new truck that I had purchased just over a year ago.As I have a bed cover installed, I opened the tailgate of the pick-up, and it was clean as new. I then went around and opened the hood to inspect the engine compartment, not sure that she had actually taken time to clean that. Boy, I was wrong in my assumption. The engine compartment looked like the truck had just come off the assembly line. You could eat off of it.I then looked inside the cabin. The carpets were perfect, the mats looked brand new as much as one-year-old mats could look after use. There was not a speck of dust that I could find anywhere on the dash, or in any crack or crevice in the front seat area. Everything was perfectly spotless. It felt like I was buying a new truck again! I was very impressed!When I find a service that gives me a good value, and a business owner that takes pride in their work, I tend to use them over and over again. I will definitely use Emily for all my car detailing needs. She is really that good. I highly recommend going to Emily if you need your car detailed.The normal price for a full service detail at Emily s shop, for a pick up truck, is $150. That is the complete service inside and out, to include full wax and steam cleaning the engine compartment and interior. However, I asked if she offered a military veterans discount, and she gave me $15 off the top price. I walked out paying $135, and was very happy with the value, and the service, and the outcome, I received.I will be bringing my wife s Buick Encore to her next week so that she can work her magic on that vehicle. My son s Impala will follow.Great job, Emily! Thank you!
