First off you couldn't fix my truck and I had to take it too Rick Ball Ford to fix your mistake and then giving you the bill you didn't pay me the amount it cost to fix it you couldn't get it spare out from under the truck and had to cut the lock off I'm not impressed won't be back

I was referred to this business. At first transaction was going well. One month in it became difficult to make contact. I made two special trips to ensure all was on track. I was waiting my turn in line. Month three of no progress business decides they can t help me and I have to go else where. Back to square one for me with three months wasted time.

Excellent work! Came to the shop with a last minute, difficult task and they were so accommodating and professional. Came in on time and on budget. Professional and honest business. Owner Les is very informative and answers all your question. Even brought me back home after I dropped my car. Hit a deer, which resulted in excessive, took it to Sedalia collision and had it repaired, all I can say is I highly recommend them, Superior work and very accommodating thank you very much for the fine job
