I took my car here to get a body control P l module replaced and because I'm a girl they completely screwed me and had me pay 3,000 for OTHER parts that they said was the problem so instead of listening to me and fixing my car they completely screwed me over so now I am out 3,000 and my car is still broke down. I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle here ESPECIALLY if you are a girl. They treated me like I have no clue what I was talking about even though I work in the TOOLING INDUSTRY and knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my car. So now Because this IS a programmable part I HAVE to take this to a Ford dealership and they know this. So now I am hauling my car to springfield to be taken care of and not screwed over. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ON EVERYTHING.

The whole purpose of me bringing my car here was to get it mechanically working.. got the call it was good to go. Made sure to ask many times and triple check it was good to drive. Everytine I asked I was reassured. So I took it off the lot and made it 3 stores over to the gas station where it stopped working and I had to get it towed. Got it towed elsewhere to get fixed. Been here 3 times not impressed at any visit.

No contact from the service department after dropping my vehicle off on a weekend (assumed electrical issue). Did not call to determine specifics of what was happening with my vehicle. I had to contact the service department multiple times to attempt to find out what was happening with the vehicle. No call was initiated by them until fulfilling the oil change request. I still have no idea what they actually did with my vehicle as I got no explanation other than something electrical. No paperwork, nothing. Poorest customer service experience ever. For someone who lives two hours away just wanting a little bit of information on the status of their vehicle, I got the absolute bottom of the barrel minimum.

My Ford f150 had a bad spark plug issue that caused a gas smell in the cab. They found out which plug went wrong and replaced the coil and plug. Truck runs great now and no more smell. I also had a soft break issue. They figured out it was the hcu. There was a little issue with the first hcu ordered being faulty, but they ordered me another one and got me going again. Breaks are working perfectly. Thank you all at rick ball ford for doing an amazing job.

Mark and the rest of the service department got me fixed up and back on the road in my F-150. It was a big job and took a bit longer than I was hoping, but I understand they were busy and parts are hard to come by nowadays. Thanks again for getting me taken care of!

I needed a new Escape and contacted Rick Ball Ford in Sedalia. The dealership had an Escape, I went to drive it, and bought it right then. All of this was incredibly efficient, fast and pleasant. This is my fourth red Escape and I have been delighted with each one.

We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. I can't say enough good about this dealership. From Ryan, Chris, our sales guy Kyle and everyone else I have faces but no names. They are the most polite bunch and just a great and fun experience here. This is not our first purchase here and won't be our last!

This place is definitely not what it use to be six months ago. When you call to schedule an appointment the phone keeps ringing for the service department. I figured maybe they were busy at that time but same thing that afternoon and the following day. Hard to make appointments when you can t reach the service department.

Service had my truck for 2+ weeks to modify the back lights after I swapped over to a flatbed. About $300. I got it home and it wasn't right. Took it back and after they got it right, they wanted another $300.

I recently bought a truck from Rick Ball Ford in Sedalia. The truck is older but the staff gave the sale the full attention you'd expect out of a new vehicle purchase. The experience was the best I've had from any dealership I've bought from in the past. Corey and Chris made the purchase nice and easy. I will definitely shop Rick Ball Ford again in the future.

Just recently purchased a new F150 truck. We scheduled the first oil change. We were greeted upon arrival. Staff immediately took the truck for the oil change with a truck wash afterwards then hand towel dried it. Everyone we were in contact including our salesman was courteous.

Horrible attitude especially the car service people. HORRIBLE SERVICE. JUST CALLED ME THREATENING TO CALL THE LAW for a vehicle that was picked up. I don't even own a vehicle. Do yourself a service and outsource your next vehicle service somewhere else.

Thangs have changed got two cars from Brandon great guy 2019 mustang and a 2020 explorer great day at Rick ball and took my son to buy a car from Brandon as well plan to buy another next year shop fixed my truck and treated with respect I will buy all my vehicles from Brandon thank

Very welcoming and a joy to be around! They were very accommodating, waiting area was clean with complimentaries for customers and can t beat the price of an oil change! Best in Sedalia! Oh did I mention that give/offer free car wash with an oil change! Yes, thank you! I most definitely will return and send anyone their way!

I had a really great experience. Chris, Matt and Ryan were great. I will definitely never go anywhere else. They listened and the understood my concerns and needs. They put me in a really nice Subaru Crosstrek . I feel like they knew it would be perfect for me.Thank you guys so very much. I will highly recommend going there for your needs

Mark from the service Dept is horrible at his job fire him and if Brad isn t his boss already promote him immediately. Won t bring my business here again mark says it s at the back of the list now worthless customer service from that guy. Needs to work where people don t interact with him seriously.

Just bought a new truck here. The Rick Ball Ford Sedalia team did an excellent and expedient job. I recommend seeing salesman Greg Prouty, he is enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is also a great liaison between you and the other staff.

I have only been to Rick Ball once for Recall work, but the service, friendliness, transparency of this experience really impressed me. A wonderful lady came to tell at least 3 times what stage service was at and how long it would be until completion.I now need a tune up and general checkup on my car. I've moved to Sedalia, and they were the first place I thought of.I called around for estimates and they were spot on with all the others I received.Rick Ball Ford Lincoln is the place for me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Walked in to talk to them about a vehicle there was 2 gentlemen sitting on their phones ignoring us.. We walked around and admired the really pretty cars that are in the show room floor.. I then went and waited at the front desk where we then were still ignored and then someone else walked in and the guy jumped up and helped him immediately... After we had already been there at least 8 minutes. Very poor customer service

Price of vehicle was not worth asking price. Bank offered 100% of worth, dealership would not accept our offer.We would have been way over upside down if we paid their asking price.

My wife and I were on a cross country trip with our 2017 F150 when our battery died in Sedalia at 5 pm. We called the dealer who sent a young man to get us started which after closing time. We were able to replace the battery and get back on the road with minimal loss of time. Kudos to everyone involved for helping us out. If I lived anywhere near Sedalia they would be my dealership!

I drive 100 miles to do business at Rick Ball. I've bought several new Fords there. Always a no hassle experience. No hard sell on extended warranties or anything else. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour.

NEVER BUY FROM RICK BALL!They promise you whatever and then as soon as you ask for what you were promised they double back and don t follow through. I put a deposit on a truck that I was promised was 100% refundable and when I went to get it back after negotiations fell through they refused to honor their promise. Never trust their word and always get everything in writing but do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. You ll save yourself some money and headache.Edit: thanks for the reply but I d like to correct you on a few things you claim to have done. 1-never did your salesman stress that there was a non-refundable deposit to hold the truck. I understand the deposit system, but ensure that it is understood by your customer that it is non-refundable beforehand. Had I know it wasn t refundable I would not have agreed to put the hold on the truck. 2- you guys had that same truck I wanted in stock and it was the truck I originally came to see that day, but you guys would not budge on the price or even work with me to negotiate any price difference, so if that is working to the fullest of your capacity to make a deal, that is pretty sad. And 3- you never did meet my expectations I had for that day. Your salesman had said that I qualified for credit through your banks but those prices were astronomically higher than the prices I had set forth before I began negotiations so to claim that you met my expectations is a false claim. And as far as transparency goes, there was little transparency between the deposit and the credit that to claim to be completely transparent is also a false claim.I stand by my word and I am still very disappointed in the quality of service given to me by the members of Rick Ball. If everything was laid out in paperwork beforehand I could have seen all your terms then I would have no grounds to be upset but there were none given.

Had service work done on my car and was pleased with the service and cost. They offer low priced oil changes and I didn t wait more than an hour. They also wash your car for free with an oil change service.
