The short version of my story is that Phillips Automotive treated me with respect, gave me honest and correct assessments, got my car fixed in a timely manner, and charged fair prices. The details set them apart: I noticed on my bill that Mike had taken meticulous notes about the problems I was reporting. As a woman, I value this because it means they took my concerns at face value instead of assuming I didn't know what was happening. My husband had let the car get down to fumes before it started sputtering, so these guys put a little fuel in (they appropriately charged me for it, of course, and I had told them that they had my permission first). How do I know they're honest? Well, two other shops (in other towns) had not listened to me when I said that I thought I'd gotten a bad spark plug job at the Honda dealer in Columbia (don't let my heels and skirts fool you, because I know my way around a car the basics, at least). They told me not to worry my pretty little head and I should just put in fuel injector cleaner. **Phillips Automotive** said yep, it was spark plugs (I didn't even tell them that this was my theory because I let the other shops convince me that I was wrong). They stayed in communication with me about it and charged a fair price for the diagnosis and repair. Ladies, it's safe to give Phillips a try!

My alternator failed almost directly in front of Phillips. Despite being booked out for several more days, they managed to squeeze me in on a Friday morning and within 2 hours I was back out on the road.Everyone was great - everyone. Thank you again for taking great care of me!!!

Like every decent busy mech, they occasionally take a little time, but I think they're great. Only land I'll take my Audi to, the best on Europe foreign cars by far. Pricing is more than fair, and any issue I've had, they've been right on it for me.

Phillips automotive is amazing! They always get me in when I need to and are super quick. Professional and great customer service. The coffee bar and drink station in the waiting area is a great added bonus.

Absolutely stellar service all around! Great customer service with Marty, and very knowledgeable work from Igor and his team of mechanics. Reasonably priced as well. I've been going to this shop for all my vehicles for over 15 years and would highly recommend Phillips Automotive to anyone. They can take care of all your automotive needs giving you the safety and security every driver needs.

99 dodge ram 1500 4x4 sport 5.9I give them a Landry list of stuff and always knock it out of park and I take 4 different minivans and 1 car and they always get done right the first go a round. They work on alsort of stuff.

We needed upper and lower ball joints and a front end alignment. The work was done well, on time and below the quoted price! Excellent customer service.

I have only had my Intoxalack recalibrated here, but I make a point to go here now for that. The folks are very friendly, and polite. It costs more than across town, but the service is worth it in my opinion. If I did need a vehicle serviced and was closer to my home town would not be scared to take it here.

Igor found an issue with my ac system that 2 other shops couldn t and correctly diagnosed a faulty ac evaporator expansion valve whereas the shop next door kept wasting my time and money saying it was my condenser even after I changed it. Phillips Automotive does high quality work, have fair prices, and they know what they re doing.

Phillips Automotive is great, we take all of our company and personal vehicles to them and have for years. They fix any problem we have in a timely manor. Egor and his staff are always friendly. If you are looking for a good Mechanic go to Phillips Automotive and you will be taken care of.

fixed my struts properly but my front tires needed replaced, lug nuts were loose and I didn't realize it till they snapped off. had to get a whole new wheel.

Igor is an honest man and he is a skilled diagnostician. You have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. He is able to repair a very wide range of makes and models.
