I ve done business with this company in the past, however, today I pulled over there to answer a phone call and the lady came out and was extremely rude. I would suggest you do business elsewhere.

Family owned business for 50 years. Great ppl tp do business with and can provide the service u need for small engines. U can get stihl and gravely mowers,commercial and private... and many more brands.

It really pays to take the time to get to know these people because they have shown me a lot of patience and priority in an attempt to learn more about their products. This will be a wonderful place for any person who really takes the balance seriously when it comes to good and bad equipment.

Purchased a Stihl leaf blower from these guys. Wonderful experience. Sales staff was super helpful. They even filled it with gas and went through the starting process with me. Great products from a great store.

At first I wasn't sure that I would feel welcome in the store but after speaking with the team there I am very satisfied with the amount of professionalism they showed and presenting me with all the knowledge I needed to make a good and informed decision on future endeavors.

I brought 4 chainsaws here to be fixed. When I got them home, 3 did not work. I brought them back & they charged me again. When I commented that we drove an hour to bring them back, they rudely replied, We can t help that you live so far away. It was clear that they don t care about their customers & have terrible customer service. They did not care that they failed to fix the chainsaws & were very rude. We will not be back!

Nice people they were very busy but took time to talk with me and find my needs. Sandy recommended a bigger more expensive mower than I thought I wanted. I am thrilled she did, the one I was going to buy just wouldn t have got the job done timely. I am very happy with purchase and service, every one was great. I highly recommend them.

Ottens is the only place for Stihl or Gravely. They are an honest family business that treat customers like good friends. They are very helpful with any problem or question I have had. From pro saws and mowers to parts for an older machines they can help you. I'm happy to have them here in Sedalia.

Otten's is OUTSTANDING!!! I came in looking for a Gravely ZTR. Went right to the mowers and started checking them out. We were out there about 5 minutes and Sandy showed up, she wasn't pushy, just asked what I was looking for and started answering questions with authority, she definitely knows her product. She was very knowledgable, kind and took the time to listen to our stories. They really do customer service right at Otten's. The prices for their products were $600-700 less expensive than some other dealers and a nearby farm store that shall remain nameless. Needless to say we bought a mower. This Garvely is solid, my mowing time was cut by about 30 minutes, my grass trimming will be cut by 90%. This gravely is well built and solid, it has power for days. I got a 60 inch deck, and I can use all 60 inches of it on each pass, I don't have to re - mow spots two and three times. If you want great customer service, great products and a wonderful buying experience, go to Otten's.

Excellent service after the sell! Their service department is professional and well trained on all types of motors. This is a family business that has been in operation for several years. I have been doing business with Otten's for over 20 years. I have only had great experiences with this family business. You'll be hard pressed to find a comparable business with such great record keeping.

I'll give this place for about 10 years and I can tell you there's a knife who tell you Ron knows his stuff stuff I've used still equipment for cutting firewood and lawn care for many years I've used MS2 fifties and I've cut 650 qt of wood with one saw as long as you keep your up keep on them they'll outlist any other s Saw

Great company and family owned business to work with! Just purchased another new Gravely mower from Otten's. Looking forward to more years of mowing. Service dept. is wonderful too for all my parts.

I chose Otten's based on a recommendation. My garden tractor would not start. I was greeted in the store and the tech went to take a look as I was unstrapping the tractor from the trailer. Before I could roll the beast of the trailer, he found that the choke plate was stuck, remedied the situation and showed me how to check and fix it myself. I asked him how much for the lesson. No charge, he said just remember us if it stops running again.Thank you sir, I will.

They quoted me 30 dollars to adjust tracking the bill was 200. They said they fixed the parking brake and after using it for 1 hour it is doing the same thing. They replaced the battery after I told them not to. I will not go back there.

I always get quality work done in a timely manner. I know I can count on Otten's whenever I am in a bind. They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. They have my highest recommendation!

This place has by far the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They cleaned my mower and I got it home and it wasn't starting. They said to bring it back in and they can clean the carburetor. I said, you did that already during the cleaning. I used the mower for a total of 10 minutes since I got it back.So they "cleaned" the mower and now after 10 minutes of use, I have to pay to have it cleaned again!!!! What the hell is that?!Don't go here at all!!!

I sent a saw in for a sprocket and chain. $15 sprocket and $20 chain. They were asked to look it over and let me know if it needed anything else. They then proceeded to do $60 more work without getting approval. The owner said and I quote, "I am not sending something out that needs more done on it. I don't have time to call and get approval on everything needed." This is unethical, immoral, and nad business practices. Owner said, and I quote, "The ticket says replace sprocket and chain and check it over. It doesn't say to ONLY replace the sprocket and chain."I will take everything to Bonecutters in California from now on. This is no different than stealing from me. You can't just do what you want and charge people for it.

They treated me like I wasn't worth there time , when I was spending over 5000 dollars, they ne er answer there phone always busy.An my friend was treated the same way.Go anywhere but here, very bad customer service.

I would not suggest buying anything from them. Very poor service after the sell. They are all about getting you to buy a new mower, chainsaw or whatever it is you brought in yo have serviced. They try hard to get you to buy the more expensive item. Not out to help the working man. Id rather goto a box store, at least there i know what to expect. I wont go back

Honda Generator would not start. stayed in the shop for several weeks if not monhts to get a bill for 370 dollars that i find now from google research on alleged part replaced that i was charged roughly 270 too much!!! very disappointed that shops cant take advantage of customers at this level

Nice folks; ethically challenged. They replace parts that do not need replacing; "soak the customer." I will not use them again.

Best place to go and get your mower, chain saws or even weedeater worked on and at a fair price as well.. They have changed a bit and now only work on still equipment due to employee shortages.
