I was there Saturday night and Nathaniel went above and beyond to try to help me! I am so appreciative for him! You guys always go above and beyond to help if requested or needed! You all have loaned me so many tools to step out in the parking lot on small jobs! I appreciate you guys and I won't typically go anywhere else but to you! Thank you so much!

I've had good experiences there except for the day I dealt with a guy named Dean on Broadway store in Sedalia Missouri. He was very rude towards me and another customer as well.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Asked what I was looking for. Needed wiper blades and was given options. Bought blades and was told that after someone else was helped (he was there before us) that Bob (I think that was his name) would come out and put in the blades. Bob was pleasant and put the blades on in no time. Will go there for future automotive needs. Great service!

Great job by the guys at this location on Broadway in Sedalia. Bought wiper blades Sunday evening and one of the store associates installed them, and then the next day we went back to have our battery checked. It needed to be replaced and they did so in no time. Thank goodness it was still under warranty.

The battery in my wife's 2017 Kia Sorento died for the second time in a couple of months after we replaced in in early 2021. We took it to this location to buy a new battery and see if they would install it for us because, like many other families, we have 8 million other things to do and a dead car battery is the last thing we need to be dealing with.After taking a look at the issue, Cameron, the store manager, not only installed the new battery for free. He elected to give us the new battery for free as well because he understood the old battery should still be holding a charge.I want to be clear here though. My wife did not ask for this. Cameron offered this up on his own; simply being kind and going above and beyond. He didn't have to do this. He could have charged us for installing the battery and for the battery itself and, frankly, I would have completely understood. He didn't do that though.Because he did that I'll be coming to this location until they take my driver's license away for all my car part needs.

I purchased a bulb and an oil filter. The young man that helped me get the right parts I needed, also changed bulbs for me. His name is Chad. He was very courteous and took the time to explain to me how to do it. Thank you Chad!

If you need some parts and supply's for your vehicle with professional advise, make your stop at O'Reilly. They provide free check for your battery, they can help with some simple installation, like windshield wiper's and license plate frame... They care about you and your business. It was proven a lot, in my case. Thanks them to raise the bar of quality work.

Amazing! The guys there know their stuff! They did the free test and found out was just a position sensor. They figured out the right coolant for the car-something I was struggling with. I was afraid that dexcool was in there and would sludge with anything else. But, luckily, the antifreeze was something else-yay!!! They also got brake pads for my car at half the price of anywhere else!!! These guys take their love of cars seriously!! I know I'm in good hands with this knowledgeable staff!!! I will always go there first!!!

Depends on Which store you use And what part should get it's a gamble a lot of times some of them are good some of them are bad Like sometimes you'll have to take them off 7 to 10 times

Part requested not in stock. Dif not offer to order and when requested to order claimed was not available. Went to competitor and requested part ordered for next day delivery. Will not be returning to OReilly. Auto Zone much preferred.

While in Sedalia, I had an incident with my Mustang and had to replace several parts after It caught on fire. After several trips and many Parts Tim D. Got everything taking care of. Got everything together and all of the correct parts. Tim went above and beyond what was an amazing wealth of information.

Absolutely unhelpful person. I needed a new battery. AAA had come out because my car was dead and confirmed that my battery was bad. He had no batteries to sell me, but recommended O'Reilly's auto parts because they would put the battery in for me. Sounds simple, right? So, after letting the car charge for 1/2 hour I headed to O'Reilly's. First the man said it depended on whether or not they could get to the battery. What? It's sitting in plain sight under the hood! So then he tells me they are shorthanded and don't have time to put a battery in. By then I'm getting testy. I say look,I need a battery today! So he told me to take it to Jim's, an auto repair place in Sedalia. I did and it took them all of 15 minutes to put in the battery! I will never go to O'Reilly's again for anything!

I take my car to the dealer or a shop have zero reason to enter normally thus if I do visit you might act like a second visit would make me kind of your customer a good thing. Unfortunately you could not help me with a loner tire gauge to walk out and check my damn bicycle tire pressure to bad you blew it. Guess what, across the street, AutoZone won my permanent business over you.That's right I'm leaving AutoZone positive feedback in a review next they simply handed me a tire gauge now was that so hard I will go out of my way to avoid O'Reilly's in order to find an AutoZone because as an American culture customer service and courtesy trumps most anything because word of mouth is your best advertisement, Eric Dale.

Yup....needed a Volvo part. They didn't have it but ordered it for me. When I parked, 2 employees were assisting their customers at their cars!! Wow. Great service....THANK YOU!!

O'Reilly workers are very informed and provide a chair for me to sit in when I go because I'm disabled and they are very friendly to me and my needs and if they don't have the part I need they get it within a day usually

Can't remember the guys name. I was looking for some LED headlights for my husband for Christmas an he went above an beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, when I couldn't get a straight answer any where else.

Not the worst customer service. One of the employees of the 2 working had more than half a brain. Still found the part faster than the employee helping.
