I am very pleased with the service I received. My sales person was Jacob he was not only very good looking but offered great service and helped me get the Rav4 I wanted. I was not approved at first and we were able to work around it and get me approved and into a vehicle I love.

I always go here and Deanna is the only one who greets me and helps me. She's friendly and understanding. She always has a smile on her face. She estimates a price for me on things needing done, before doing anything. And everything I need done, gets done in a timely matter. I thought I was having a problem with my taillights. They investigated every possible cause, but weren t able to duplicate the problem. It turned out that I didn t have the settings correct. I apologized for my mistake, but they reassured me that they were there to take of me, and no apology was needed. I appreciate their friendly, non-judgmental service. Five-star rating for sure!

Jaime did a great job as the salesman. Very down to earth, and explained everything. Everyone here was so friendly! Kendall is the finance girl to see. She has a bubbly, friendly, and funny personally. From start to finish, this was a great experience all the way around!

They called and said our truck was fixed. They charged us 929.25 and we left. Got out on the highway only to find it was NOT fixed so we returned to dealership. They wouldnt give us any money back for NOT fixing it! I was considering trading for a newer truck but it wont be from this place.

One of my vehicles got recalled due to minor assembly repairs. After it was fixed, the guys in the customer service went ahead and called in an order to repaint my car for free due to another recall about the paint. In addition, they went ahead and called an order to fix minor bumps and scratches for a little cost. Over all, they did an outstanding job and made me very pleased. Normally, I don t like leaving any comments for Toyota because of their lousy car salesmen that are just up for your money. However, the customer service in Toyota deserves a recognition for their dedication and hard work.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Very good experience. Took car in for loud clunking sounds. They looked at it, fixed it and I was on the road within 30 minutes.

Went in to have a headlight fixed and it did not get fixed. $300 flipping later and it didnt get fixed. Also had an oil change and the very next day the maintenance required light comes on saying I need an oil change. They charge way to much and fix nothing! Jay Rickman did a great job. It was really nice to be able to drive right in the shop through automatic doors and check in for an oil change. The waiting room is comfortable with vending and coffee. It also has a children's play area to keep the little one occupied.

Hands down the best place to buy a car and Rick at the collision center for making my family vacation happen. He went far and beyond to get me a car beings enterprise failed to get me a third row seat. My experience with Mccarthy Toyota has been wonderful. Good company and they make sure there customers are taken well care of. I had an issue with Camry a few days ago. Brought it in and a technician looked at it, said the transmission was bad and unrepairable. I took it to a local shop and was told it was a fuel issue. Brought it back to McCarthy and had another technician look at it, who was awesome, (this one's name was Josh, unsure of the first tech's name). Anyways, Josh diagnosed the problem being a bad fuel pump. So he saved me from throwing away $5000 at the completely wrong issue. I'll continue to use McCarthy, but very dissatisfied with the first technician.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I bought my car straight out with Toyota McCarthy within the 3rd month my service light came on and I stated the issue to Toyota and they made things rite without me coming out pocket this time for a faulty sensor on my fuel system which could of been extremely higher in parts and labor could of made my me stuck on the side of the road I appreciate Toyota for handling the issue made things rite thank you Toyota McCarthy god bless you all.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They said come on in we have the car, got there filled out credit then found out the car wasn't there they said it would be there the next day around 1000am but it wasn't. After being told 4 times it would be there and after complaining to the manager it was the next day at 200pm. A whole week of being lied to. Make sure that you want to put up with lying car sales people.
