Jim's Express Tire and Auto is our go to guaranteed quality mechanic. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest, but it is worth it to pay more and get it done right. We had an issue with our minivan's a/c system. We had taken it to over 7 mechanics whom attempted to fix it with it quickly failing (and we still had to pay.) The last shop quoted us $1,800 to repair it. Jim's resolved the issue and it has worked great since. We even live in Warrensburg.

JIMS TIRE EXPRESS IS THE BEST!!!! Seriously, we have had several dealings with them and they are always great. they are very competitively priced and really good people. highly recommend!

4 people lined up ahead of me for big jobs. They still took the time to slip me in for a flat tire repair! Very professional

If I could give it zero stars I would. We took our truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 9:00am, they told me they were 10 minutes behind. We went to get breakfast, two hours later they hadn't even put the truck in. We decided to wait, an hour later they told us that it was ready. As we started driving the truck we noticed a noise, something was not right with the tires. We went down to check and the studs on two tires were completely loose! The only thing they tell us is that "a new stupid guy" is the one who worked on my truck. Without apologizing or anything! It took them another hour to check what the sound was. It took them more than hour to tell me that the 4x4 was on. I lost my entire day, received insults from the worker.Horrible horrible experience.

Walked in on a Saturday morning, my headlight had been out. They waited on me within minutes and replaced the headlight and fuses within 30 minutes. Very affordable, fast, courteous service. Thank you!

I highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone. Two of my kids vehicles were looked at by another well known shop in town and sent on there way saying everything was ok. Chad found the issue, had it fix and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time with reasonable price. This is our go to shop from now on.

Very good people. Very nice to work with. I really appreciated the friendly service I got. I needed an inspection and they got me in when everyone else said at least a week. I will be coming back

Had the tires that no one else seem to have fast service i was in and out in 10min. But with pricing make sure and bring extra cash. I was told used tires were 50 a piece decided on 2 that they did have thank goodness! But instead of paying the 100 or 110 i thought i was gonna pay i ended up paying a little over 150. Glad I had amount that they were askin.

My 1st visit! Time for my vehicle inspection. I called December 26th(knowing I was probably not going to get an appointment this week with it being so late in the week). They gave me an appointment for today!I was pretty sure that my car needed work so was prepared for the news. Yes, it failed. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected. They actually offered to fix it today! The fee was more than reasonable. The work was completed within 2 1/2 hours(which, for all that needed to be done, was exceptional in my eyes)I saw several people come in, treated very nicely, have their work completed and were done.I still need an upcoming oil change and will definitely return here.I was very happy with my service and relieved to have it completed already. Thank you!

I DO NOT recommend! We made an appointment and drove 2 hours for an inspection. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time only to find out that it would be an hour and a half before the vehicle would be inspected. There s no point in scheduling an appointment, so don t plan a visit here unless you have hours to waste!

They are awesome! They always make time when my husband and I need our truck worked on, and they put up with my husband staying close and watching as they work! And the girl that works the front desk is just a delight and is funny as all get out! If you are NOT a "Do It Yourself" type, come see these guys!

I have always used Jim s express in the past with great confidence! My car went in last week and was diagnosed Thursday with steering rack problems! Parts came in Friday morning and it has taken until today to get my car back after being told every day it would be ready that day! I was charged 51/2 hours labor!! How does it take 5 days to do 5 hours of work! Then I pick it up today and didn t get out of the parking lot with it! It was still not right! I felt very unsafe as I had been given the run around for a week and took it by a mechanic friend to have him check it out and discovered a couple bolts missing and the boot that protects the parts they just replaced wasn t on my car properly! Most disappointing experience I ve ever had with a car repair shop! The staff , Amanda and Josh were very kind through all of this I wish I could say the same for chad! I feel very taken advantage of as I m a single disabled woman and chad acted like it was nothing! Never even an apology from him! I was supposed to pick it up after hours last night which by the grace of god I didn t and head to Columbia for dr appointment early this morning as when they were coming to get me realized the sway bar wasn t tightened! Then that s fixed and I get there to get it and everything else happened ! Very poor customer service!! And I still have to take it back to get the boot put on

Will never go back. Charged me 140.00 for a part that I could buy for 38.00, same brand. Didn't fix my truck, wasn't any better than when I took it in. Told me to bring it in tomorrow and they'd put the computer on it. Labor wasn't so bad, didn't need to be when they over charge you for parts

These guys are great! They did a pre-sale used vehicle inspection for free and the mechanic who checked out my car was very helpful. Unfortunately they did not have any experience with Scion FR-S models, but still took a look at the entire car.Clean place with a smaller than usual lot. On their website it states that they are all AES certified, which is a great certification to have! Friendly front desk, can't really ask for more.

Chad and the crew always do a good job maintaining and repairing my vehicles. Fairly priced. Always fresh coffee in the waiting area too! Jim's Express is the only place to take your vehicle(s) for repair and or service!

The original shop was fine, but the shop on Winchester Drive will try to rip you off. Especially if you are female or don't look like you can work on cars. They flat out lied to me. And if you read the reviews they have cheated or tried to cheat other people too. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The shop on Winchester is not honest.

Chad, Ryan, and company are the absolute best to deal with. The ONLY place I'll take my vehicles in town for anything. They've pulled off some extremely difficult alignments for a few of my modified vehicles without any issue or complaint. These are the guys to go to in the area, not just Sedalia.

Had my truck serviced here today. I received great service!! My service Tech was JC. I was very happy with his attention to detail on my vehicle. I will be bringing all of my vehicles back here for service. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I believe this business is opportunistic in trying to take advantage of its customers. I dropped a vehicle off for inspection and to change my leaking water pump. The manager called me after the inspection telling me the ball joints needed to be changed and quoted me around $500 to change them (over $200 just for parts that cost a fraction of the price at O'Reilly's, even for the Moog joints!). What he didn't know is I changed the ball joints the previous fall (2nd time I've changed them in five years). Low and behold, after a second business's opinion, they passed. I believe this business saw a new customer dressed nicely with out of state tags and thought "easy money". I suggest steering clear of this business.

Took my truck there for an inspection. Said it needed a ball joint and front brakes. Fair enough. Told them I would do the brakes and had them do the ball joint. No unusual noises before they took it apart. When they were done with the ball joint and alignment, there was a grinding noise coming from the front end. They said the brakes were grinding. Made it home and started on the brakes and found the vacuum hose for the 4WD coupling off causing it to try to engage. Went back a few days later and said something to the tech about it and he said it must have fallen off. 14 years of driving through all conditions and it has never fallen off before, but the one time somebody works in that area and it suddenly falls off? I don't think so. I can't prove it but I think he pulled the hose off so it would make noise and I wouldn't drive home. That way they could charge me for doing the brakes too.

We came in with a flat and they were so courteous and took the time out even though they were swamped and got me drivin on 4 wheels again. I would highly recommend this place... thank you

What a great place,was in Sedila at Menards getting material for a project, walked back out to my truck, and guess what, a tire going flat. Google tire repair near me, and Jim's Express tire repair pops up, I limp the truck to Jim's and he apologizes that it will be about 45 minutes or so to repair my flat, works for me ( what else am i going to do) , but.... while I'm there, this location is incredibly busy, they Obviously do great work, phone was ringing of the hook, tons of walk ins, ( like me).If i lived in the area, i would definitely give them a try. I dont think you will be disappointed.

Front desk girl needs to find a different job. Poor service. Mechanics are decent though. If you can get past the bad attitude up front it's an ok place to go.

On Columbus day, I had a blow out on I70 near us65. After changing to spare, I called jim's a little after 4pm and asked if there was any way they could get me back on the road today with their 530 closing time. They could and, after the 20min trip to this location, they hooked me up. They even gave me some money for the partially used, mostly good 2nd tire I replaced to keep the balancing right. I can't recommend Jim's Express more than 5 stars or I would!

My wife took our vehicle in to have an alignment done and sat there for well over an hour. After they had it done they forgot she was waiting for it so they just parked outside and never came back into the office.

This was the most pleasant experience I've had at an auto shop in my life. Got in right away and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommended!
