Keep calling them to tow my fiance's truck and they're wonderful every time. Even better since they're listed as 24/hour, they're always speedy on the phone, the guys who do the actual towing are always great and rock personality wise. They're careful with your vehicle and for us they normally only charge 50-60 bucks since we normally tow from within town anyways. Cheap and very wonderful service. They're my go-to!

Inmotion towing was simply amazing!!! I drive a Tesla and live in warrensburg. Getting anyone to come out this way and be willing to drive a vehicle to the dealer off State Line was next to impossible but InMotion towing didn t hesitate. I wish I knew about InMotion before and it will be the only towing company I recommend. We had a couple issues with the Tesla, and not only could they tow it but they offered to jump start it first to see if it works and the owner and technician worked together to help troubleshoot the jump issues before needing to tow. Seriously best customer service ever. They didn t rush anything, treated everyone with respect and was simply amazed.

Prompt. Friendly. Professional. Good.I work with people who go through the motions every single day. Andrew was just the opposite. You could tell he was focused on the job at hand... bailing me out. My car was in a totally messed up position in a typical Sedalia alley and this guy was like, no problem. Paid with my debit card on the spot. THEN HE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP FOR ME! If you don't call these guys you're just being difficult.

Compassionate, quick and professional. They provided assistance during a winter storm and went above and beyond from holding the door for me, getting me out of the snow drift, and winter driving tips without making me feel like I was silly for being out!

Our fully loaded Expedition broke down on a country road outside of Sedalia yesterday. Thankfully, we got to an area with cell service before the car died. AAA dispatched our heroes, In Motion Towing!! They arrived promptly, and were kind, friendly, professional and made sure we all arrived safely back in Kansas City - 110 miles away!!! It was such a breath of fresh air - having someone who takes pride in their work and in taking care of people when they need help! We hope to never need them again, but if you need amazing roadside assistance near Sedalia, you won't go wrong with InMotion towing!!!! Thank you!Service: Car towing

Edward was a lifesaver! My niece needed air in her tire- we had to let air out of the spare to get it on, our jack was too small- and he was out to help within 10 minutes. Fast service. Highly recommend.

My car broke down when I was passing through Sedalia and the team at InMotion were top notch. They were very responsive and within 30 minutes my car was towed and I had the keys to my rental vehicle to get back on the road. David was communicative and helpful when it came to the towing. Called for a tire change. They responded quickly!! Arrived to me in about 20 minutes and I was outside of town. The driver was friendly and helpful. The office also made sure I had all the paper work I needed for insurance.Would highly recommend them to any one!Service: Tire change

Our truck stranded us in a parking lot on a pretty hot Saturday afternoon. We were pretty sure it was the battery but couldn't get a hold of family or friends so we called InMotion. David showed up and quickly determined that while the battery was ok, our truck still had no power. Rather than just loading it up and towing it to our house, he worked to try and figure out what was going on. It turned out we had an issue with the ground cable. Within a half hour he had our truck started. Many companies would have just towed it for that extra money. David went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier about the service InMotion provided yesterday. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends and they'll be the first company we call if we're in a jam again in the future! I had a flat tire and David came to fix it for me. He was very professional and polite! He held a conversation very well even while doing his job. He made sure I was satisfied with his work. I would definitely call back and ask for David because he was so nice! I appreciate his work!

In motion towing, was all-around great service! I live on a very bad hill so it took a long time to even get a tow truck to me. But once I finally got one, In motion, was great! The driver was very polite, kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle, and even though I was not in the best road conditions got me exactly where I needed to be and a great amount of time! Very satisfied!

Edward was superb last night when we broke down. He arrived right on the money when he said he would! He brought our vehicle to the house and unloaded it exactly where we wanted. I have used InMotion one other time when I had a break down on the road. David gave the same prompt, courteous service also. I hope you never have a needed for a tow service, but if you do, these guys are the best!

Edward was absolutely awesome! He turned My very frustrating day around. I burned up a bearing on my boat trailer and when he showed up he measured the trailer and said that it was going to take the whole bed of his truck but he would get it on there. He did get my boat loaded on his truck and it took every millimeter he had. He took very good care of my boat and trailer and made the situation as best as possible. He was very friendly and even talked me through the whole process as I watched him load the trailer onto his truck. He is very knowledgeable and I never felt worried once he showed up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing towing service as he will not disappoint. He was there loading my boat 10 minutes( or sooner) after I made my call in.

They were very timely and very professional. They know their equipment and got the job done. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. We have a 45' class A motor home that had sunk into the very soft grass after a heavy rain in our RV spot. They not only pulled us out of the sink hole, they had to pull us all the way out to a hard surface. Then they made sure we were good to go.

Went out to check the roads and got stuck in a snow drift turning around to go home. They happen to drive by while waiting for another tow company to show up and not only offered to pull me out but also did it for no charge. I was worried about a tow bill messing with my budget but this company saved me from an extra charge without even being called out. I cannot be more grateful for their help and know exactly who to go to in the future.Service: Car towing

Edward made my towing experience actually enjoyable. He called me before he left his shop, so I had peace of mind that someone was coming and he kept me updated. He was reassuring that my car would be okay. I would recommend them to anyone!

In Motion Towing was the most pleasant towing company I have ever come in contact with. David was not only professional but a pleasure to talk with. Not only was the service quick and painless he went the extra mile to make sure we completatisfied with our experience.Their truck was extremely well kept and hip, David was also easy on the eyes. The best towing company I ve ever worked with.Not only were they on scene quickly, they were responsive and very polite. Our truck got stuck in the mud at a campsite in Knob Noster state park and it was a mess. In less than an hour the tow was out and in less than 30 mins we were pulled out and free to go! The first tow we called quoted us $415 and he gave us a very reasonable $200 quote. We definitely appreciate the manners and candor of the gentleman that helped. Would recommend to friends and family.

I had to be towed to over an hour away. I really appreciated the owner being professional and kind. The truck was super clean and smelled good. I have heard some horror stories of people getting towed by other companies, so I was worried. But it was honestly a great experience.
