I ve had the same o2 sensor problem for at least a year and I took it to two people previously in town and neither fixed it. When I took it to flatline they not only fixed it but found the root cause of many issues I started having. One burnt wire ruined my whole ecm and two coil packs and they had to do such tedious work to figure this out but they were so meticulous and caring! They were determined to fix it no matter the issue or how long it took. They went above and beyond, literally, and kept me updated the whole time. I had a broken key and some more ish and they ordered me a new one it was a nice lil surprise lol. Trying to keep track of a nub of a key and a key fob was not easy lbs. My air wasn t coming out right for the longest too and they fixed that as well. Those were issues I didn t even go in about. Loveee them. Definitely will be back if I need to. 10/10

Very friendly over the phone price to match and great service. Had the shop replace 2 tires. Very fast and had a great food truck in front of the shop

They do what others won t, to get the job done. If you re looking for an honest and reasonable mechanic(s) then look no further! I live close to Kansas City but take my vehicles to Flatline Automotive.

I had an amazing experience at flatline. Every employee we had contact with was polite and seemed to genuinely care about taking care of us. The mechanic that worked on our car was professional and explained what was needed and did exactly that so thank you Bill. I sadly can't remember the name of the owner/manager but he was very helpful and really took care of us.We will definitely be bringing our business back to Flatline automotive.

Very professional service. Their basic oil change includes an option for 24 hour emergency service, towing service, flat tire change service, tire replacement, jump start, among others. also got me in at my scheduled appointment time and out in a timely manner. Also newer business so will take care of you instead of waiting a week or more to get your vehicle service. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

The first time I went to Flatline Automotive I was impressed with their customer service and quick turn around time working on my truck. They took me back to work when I dropped off my truck and picked me up when it was done that was a service I was not expecting but very much appreciated. I will be going back and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Was going past with a trailer when I discovered a bad wheel bearing. Called several places & they said they are booked up. Flatline was able to fix it immediately! It wasn t cheap, but they still did need a favor. Thanks again! Friendly staff

I was having some squeaky brakes so I pulled in and had them check it out. They were super nice BUT.....they pulled the tires off and had me go look at the rotors. I was told that I really needed to have the rotors changed as well. There were some super fine lines in the rotors that could barely be felt. After I considered all the costs, I asked again if I really needed to change the rotors and the mechanic then told me that I could just have the brake pads changed and I would be able to go for quite awhile before I would need to change the pads again so I just went with new brake pads. AutoZone next door sent over the wrong brake pads and I had to wait a little longer. Finally, everything was completed and I paid my bill and left because I was 1 hour & 45 minutes from home. When I got on the road, I looked over my bill and found that they charged me for a lot longer than they worked on my vehicle (I wasn't even at their shop as long as they charged me.). I called back and was told that "the book" says that's the normal amount of time that an average brake pad change can take. I argued that I wasn't even at the shop for that amount of time. It was about a $50 over charge on time. I was told that they wanted my business and would credit back my credit card for the over charge. I have now waited almost 2 months for the credit to show up on my credit card statement but I still have NOT received it. Needless to say but I won't ever be back! Nice people but I will take my business to someone that I can trust. I suggest everyone to ask up front if they are getting charged for the "actual" time it takes to do the job or for what "the book says" is an average amount of time that it should take to do the job. What I wonder is if "the book" says it should only take 3 hours to do a particular job and it takes them 6 hours due to complications, are they ONLY going to charge the 3 hours like "the book" says??
