It was fast and easy and with all the online PreQualify loan stuff I knew when I walked in that I would walk out with a new vehicle. All the sales people were very nice and easy to deal with. No pressure sales team is very nice. My overall experience was wonderful and I walked out with the car I wanted with no hassle.

I've purchased two vehicles from Sedalia CarMart and have had excellent results both times. Both times I was assisted by Jeremy. He is very nice, not pushy like some car salesman are.

Not necessarily quick but the process they made sure I understood everything that was going on and what each step was and really worked with me to make sure that I was able to and also comfortable with the car I chose and the payment amount

What can I say it's a used car lot with folks willing to say whatever to get you in a car. Y'all say you leave with more than just a car lol yeah maybe leave with a headache

This place is overpriced and if you are not informed enough to purchase a vehicle they will over charge you in payments but also these twice a year seasonal payments that are ridiculously high... do not bring your vehicle to trade in ... they count it as a down payment ... they took a car valued at 4k told my friend all the problems it has and said she could put 1000 toward the new "used" car and in their words "are being generous" due to its condition ...it was a 2010 charger ... it did not show how much gas was in it so it left her stranded .. it was just out of gas ... at the time I did not know this ... please have your car looked at before a trade in and either do it at the end or somewhere else .. it just needed a new fuel gage ..they heard me tell her to go home think about it and come back if she wanted to ... instead a salesman came and took her to an office and she came back 25 minutes later with paperwork and keys ... her payment was almost as much as my house payment ..I went home and she left in her "new" car .. the next day I called her to make sure she emptied her car before leaving ... she said they are boxing it up for her and she had to go pick it up .. the day after that I asked if she had gotten her plates off the charger ... she hadn't ..won't go into the problems she had with it mechanical wise but please do your research ... there is a reason they cater to people with bad credit ...

Shanda was very helpful in everything that she did for us. She worked with us and found us a car that was just right. My overall experience was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Car-Mart to my friends and family.

Highly recommend! My wife and I are currently customers at Carmart and we have been treated like family. I m glad we came back to trade our vehicle in for a different vehicle. Great job Car-Mart employees

I absolutely will keep coming here for years to come!! I m absolutely speechless with my car and how well they always fix my car at NO EXPENSE!!! My salesperson was Shanda and she was totally AMAZING!! Shanda definitely was not pushy and absolutely made me feel 100% comfortable with my purchase. I will always go to her with CAR-MART no matter what. Thank you guys for everything you do for me.

Met with Shanda about getting into a vehicle with third row seating for our growing family. She was amazing. We were afraid our young children would be annoying but she interacted with them just as much as us. She got us into a beautiful Chevy traverse that is perfect for our family. She was able to work with our limited down payment and keep our payments where we wanted. 100% would recommend going to see her!

I am completely amazed with my experience with Shanda. I went in with a problem with my van, and she helped me with the perfect solution and set me up with a very nice, smooth ride. She made the entire process of buying a vehicle very easy with absolutely no stress at all. I cannot be more pleased with how well she did, understanding my problems and concerns, and ultimately made my wife and I feel like family from the moment we walked in.

Yes only $499 down, this really is a great place if you like your new car grossly over priced, your trade in undervalued, overcharged in finance (interest rate) and near forgotten after the sale, I m afraid to even drive by this place! Oh and did I mention they only take cash (other then their own house financing of course) this way no one can reverse charges or stop payments after they realize they bought a bad car or discover how much they were over charged!

I just purchased another vehicle from the Sedalia Car Mart. They are the best group of people! I was surprised to see quite a few of the same people that worked there 5 years ago when I bought my last car through them. They are great to work with, honest and will actually help you however they can. If you are shopping for a vehicle, make a stop here. You won't be disappointed.

I suggest u go to regal auto to get a car this place has unprofessional employees the manager hit a friend of mine. with a car and was calling his names very unprofessional. They use cars off the lot for personal use so then have wear n tear cars then tries to sale u the car before u bye it they sold my fiance a truck with no brakes and almost wreck coming out of the parking lot and when told about it. They refused to fix it they are nothing but fruad. The tried to pay the remaining balance on the car to get it back lime the contract says u have so many days I came up there to get it the same day they took it and they refused to let me pay to get it back

Unresponsive argumentative and just unwilling to work with customers. Haven't had our car in months. Supposedly they are fixing it. But we call and they some how don't even know anything about our car. Paying almost $500 a month for nothing. I believe they should at least let us know where car is and how much longer it will be. Management is the worst I've ever seen. Never purchase from here you will be yelled at ripped off and left with nothing for your money.

Absolutely terrible. My girlfriend goes through car mart. At first they were great. They told us we could bring the vehicle anywhere. But after her car started having problems it went downhill. When they got the bid to fix her car from her dads shop they told her they didn t want to pay that, she could and they would pay the diagnostic fee. After we refused since her car was under warranty they told her she had to bring it to a shop of their choice if we wanted them to pay for it. So of course we did, and we got it back not even a couple days ago and it s more messed up than before. After calling them today, the did a complete 180 after the warranty was up and told us we could bring it to get it fixed anywhere we wanted.

Amazing atmosphere! This was our first time buying a vehicle off a lot and trading. Terry and Jeremy made the whole experience fun and relaxed. The best part is we were able to get the vehicle we wanted for a great price.

I came to get a car and left with a positive experience from a car saleswoman named Shanda! The car I wanted had a minor problem and she refused to sell it to me even though I wanted it. When they got it fixed she made sure that I was the first person she called! It showed me that she cared enough to get me a reliable vehicle! Thanks Shanda

Shanda did an AMAZING job helping me get into a car that I like. I was really nervous about car shopping, I was having a pretty hard time. She talked to me through out the entire process to help my nerves, made sure I understood everything, and was quick. I was there a couple of hours and drove away in a car that I love.

When my truck was almost paid off Shanda called me and talked about trading in options, I didn t end up buying another truck because I wanted to be more stable with the new job I started but she was helpful and was very explanatory about other trucks I had asked about! If I was to ever trade it in or get another vehicle I will definitely be going to see her!

Went to return a vehicle within the timeframe stated in their contract because it was not reliable and Amanda Pettis was hostile throwing in scare tactics and yelling at me when I was completely calm. After the vehicle has been returned they are refusing to give me back my down payment that I made toward the car. After they said they would be able to return the vehicle sent another employee out to do the same scare tactic to stay with their business.

Matthew was a great salesman, he helped get me into the perfect vehicle that fit into my budget. Jimmy and Amanda were both great at explaining how easy each step of the final car buying process was, and was willing to answer any questions that I had. Overall if you need a place for great service to buy a great car, I would definitely recommend you stop by the friendly people at the Sedalia Car-Mart.
