Very nice and convenient truck stop, the isle are were well maintained and the store is very clean even the restrooms, the employees are very nice as well, plenty of Available truck parking for overnight and it s free.

I m an OTR driver but local to the area as well. I seen all the negative reviews toward the showers. I don t know what everyone s deal is. But everything was clean courteous and great. Hot adjustable shower with a seat. Towels even smelled great. And the shower was only 10.00. Lot damn cheaper than Loves,pilot and TA. They even have washers and dryers as well. I don t come through here often but when I do. I will be back. And kuttos to Kirsten the employee. She was very nice professional and cordial. And kept everything clean.

I like visiting here occasionally to purchase some candy. Sometimes, I make purchases with my EBT card, and I never feel judged because of it, which I appreciate.

BBQ is an abomination. 1/10 for the smokey MO sammich. Dripping with grease, no flavor. Bacon was jerky. Dude was adding water to the pulled pork and nuking it. Only reason for 3 stars is good beer selection

Whoever in their right mind is rating this place as acceptable is being bribed. While trying to be appreciative, it is an insult to truckers and guests who expect this place to be a decent stop. The quote-on-quote smokehouse is a disgrace and more disgusting than anywhere we have been in the last 180,000 miles we have drove over the past year. If you choose to skip the authentic BBQ and eat anything else they have to offer, you will regret not letting yourself go hungry. We are not rude or snooty people, but this nice establishment is ruined by lazy, incompetent management/workers who don t care and have no standards. Last and definitely not least the showers are the epitome of not caring about your customers. They will leave you contemplating if you should walk back out, ask for your money back, and skip showering. The workers/manager are not going to use or eat anything that you are expected to. This truck stop has so much potential but is being completely wasted, the best thing about it is the concrete you park on. We would have taken pictures but it was not worth our time.If you are sticking up for this place in the comments, you are only being ignorant and feeling sorry for these people.To whom it may concern, if you are the owner and are reading this you know nothing about running a business and should be very worried about your investment. Even sleepy creepy Joe could have done a better job.

I am a truck driver, I stopped for a restart in the city of Sedalia on a Break Time truck stop. There is a shower but when I asked they said that the shower was being cleaned and you had to wait 15 minutes, although at that time no one was cleaning the shower, they only had two shower rooms and both of them were just closed. He saw that I was not going to leave and only after that they gave me the key to the shower. A day later, I asked for a shower again, but they again said that it was being cleaned, although both showers were closed, I asked again and they gave me the key. The shower room was not cleaned, and after taking a shower, I did not find at least one towel. I did not ask for a shower for free, I paid the full amount. Why is this staff so unfriendly to the average driver? I traveled all over the country and I see it for the first time

Bbq pull chicken and burnt ends wasn t seasoned. Cheese corn was water down. Bake beans didn t have any flavor. The bbq sauce wasn t good that s mix with your meats also. Everything was just nasty. I hate I waste my money.

First time I ve ever stopped in this place.. REALLY needed a cup of coffee so I stopped in. Coffee was HORRIBLE. This was at 6:40 in the a.m. tasted burnt and like pond water. I ll stick with Temp Stop down the road in the future.Well.. that second chance came and went! Saturday 6-10-23. Stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich around 7:30. stood there as the ONLY customer there to order a breakfast sandwich.. lady CLEARLY saw me standing there. But the cheap cardboard Hunt pizzas were more important (or less effort than making a fresh sandwich) gave em 5 min of me standing there waiting. There will not be a 3rd time at this place. Guaranteed. Fuel or food. Keep it but Break time you re hitting your stride lol!

This place is disgusting. Floors are not just dirty, but sticky like they never mop. I observed 2 spills, both in high traffic areas. 2 people in the office while 1 person running the register and the line of people was 6 deep. Coffee station was dirty and disgusting. Everything was sticky, including counters. It's 7:25am on a Friday.Wow.I'm NEVER going back. I need a shower after being inside the building. Feel sorry for the employees.*In response to the Owner*I have worked at Temp Stop when we were short staffed, and believe me when I say " I understand", but we managed to keep that store SPOTLESS, stocked, and customers out the door as fast as possible. 730am on a Friday and the store looks like that!? That spill by the slushy has been there long enough to coagulate. That's not a result of being short staffed. That's just being lazy

Great lil stop! It's set up like a small Love's or Pilot. I surprisingly got a clean shower at night, and bean to cup coffee in the morning. Restaurant was closed at night but they do have cold case items and roller grill. I'll have to try the bbq next time around.

Decent parking ordered the BBQ my baked potato was green gentleman working was either having a bad day or hates his job the BBQ meat was ok I could have done without the pickle juice all through it not sure if I will come back

We stop at the new location often but as of today we will not be stopping in as frequent. We were purchasing a fountain soda, donut & slice of pizza. Upon checking out the girl that was ringing my items up, I had told her I had 1 donut in the bag another girl came up behind her ripped open the bag looked in and walked away.. ( did not close the bag up) What? I don't know what that was about but hopefully Corp will get some people trained on CS like I was lying about 1 donut wow.. I wish we had Quick Trips in this area bc honestly they train on Customer Service and if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working with the public. I will be stopping back in and hopefully they aren't as rude next time.

I'm a rewards customer with Breaktime, purchase my gas and cigarettes here often using my, "Marlboro MHQ" phone application.I was so stunned by this visit, the new Breaktime store is amazingly convenient. in addition I would like to thank, "Anita" Stay cool on this hot summer day and take care of yourself. Thanks for the personable service you're a true asset to your company, Eric Dale.

I'm not too happy with the service i get when i go there, this is the second time i got somebody with an attitude.. I simply went up to the counter and told the guy that the mountain dew was out and he looked at me and said(yeah i guess it is). I'm giving this place one more chance then I'm gonna stop going to break time all together.

Very rude gentleman in the food restaurant part would not take my order for food since it was 20min before they closed. He told me to call earlier and hung up the phone on me. He needs a reality check that he gets payed till 8pm so he shouldn't close the kitchen till 8pm no earlier. Would recommend telling the Manger to let this man go.

Clerk was rude disrespectful and making excuses. When asked about the coffee bar being out of coffee. Might Be a silly thing to get upset about but being a truck driver we usually need our morning pick me up. No reason to be rude and disrespectful and make excuses. Just say thank you I'll see about getting some made.

The manager, Ed, did a great job to find an answer to my question about a previous visit. He took my name and number so he could investigate the issue and actually followed through! He was awesome, going above and beyond!

I have been a Breaktime rewards member since the program started, I have also been a Marlboro cigarette smoker for more than forty years. I'm 55 years old with lungs of steel, an avid bicycle rider putting in more than five thousand miles last year on two wheels. Never the less, I collect Marlboro Miles, have for many years and today they are digital and must be entered using the Marlboro phone application, "MHQ." I can redeem my precious Marlboro points for coupons off my next Marlboro purchase I'm thankful because my Dollar bills are the most precious liquid asset. Anita from the cooperate Breaktime office thank you so much and good luck fixing the ongoing scanner issue with my MHQ APP coupons, Eric Dale.

This is great and a real nice truck stop for sedalia . It has all the features you want plus extra items your standard convenience store does not usually care a good addition to north Sedalia.

Be nice to be able to park after getting fuel but it's turned into a drop yard for pneumatic trailers from the rebar plant

Didnt salt their hill when it snowed, now my cars out of commission, it happened to few other people too. They didn't help with the repairs and im at a loss. Would rate lower if I could.

Nice truck stop,lots of parking, staff pretty good the restaurant has really good food, bathroom kept clean....AND NO RACIAL PROFILING....I recommend stopping and I will be back.

Nice place, clean store, clean men's room, medium truck parking lot,next door to a steel mill,Cat scale,hot to go food, a small BBW /sandwich place on the far end, MO style BBQ with cheese and bacon .

Don t bother with the so called bbq placeI had the big mo and baked beans it was tasteless and they must put gold in the beans since it was $3 for about 4 bites worth of beansThe store itself was nice and clean

I pulled in to park for the night and I couldn't get one spot due over a dozen trailers dropped in parking spots with no trucks in sight for said trailers. I'm never stopping here again!!!
