We got a large piece of metal lodged into our tire as we were on our way to family for Christmas. The store had what we needed and they were able to get us taken care of quickly. However, what impressed me most was observing the way that Sean (I think) handled the lobby and phone calls during my wait. His customer service was top-notch and attitude was great. I appreciate the attention to the customer and their needs and never seeming put out This is something that seems to be lacking in most places. Nice work guys!

Cannot express how thankful I am for this team. Our tire popped on 70 on our way from CO to OH. We drove to Big O and they were more than accommodating to us ( and our two dogs) and were able to squeeze us in at the at the end of the day. Everyone was so friendly to us from the front to the back. I don't remember everyones names but we mainly dealt with Stephanie, Josh, and another tall gentleman who was very kind. They were also very fast with getting us in and changing our tires out. Would most certainly recommend to a friend. Happy holidays to the team!

Sean and Josh were excellent to work with when it came to picking out new tires for my car. They answered all my questions about the tires and the warranties. Josh even gave me a free alignment due to my tires not being delivered the day my appointment was scheduled. They went above and beyond making up for the error. Great customer service all around and I highly recommend them over a lot of others in town.

Tanner and Josh are the best. Tanner got my truck outfitted with new tires that looked a little beefy but aren t loud on the Highway. Then I got an oil change and I was confident that I wouldn t have to worry about any truck problems on our trip to Florida. Tanner also stayed an hour after close to help me pick out the best tires for my needs. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me get my truck ready for spring break!!

The rep was very knowledgeable, and offered great advice on tire sizing and fitment. In the end we settled on the Nitto Ridge Grappler. It was a good choice as the snow started falling as I entered the store. Great service.

The worst oil change I've ever gotten, unfortunately. I called to get a price and what is included for a full synthetic oil change. I was told $90 for an oil change and fluid and filter check. I said "oh no, thank you" and was going to hang up. The guy asked how much I normally pay and I said "$52"- this includes a full synthetic oil change, vacuumed floors, 21 point inspection, and a car wash. So I was already getting less for what I usually pay. I needed it done, so I booked the appointment. I get there that afternoon and check in. I waited for an hour and half with an appointment to get an oil change. The guy next to me waited at least 3 hours to get his four tires swapped out. He was still there after I left 10 min after they closed. When I got up to the counter, I was told I got a discount for waiting and my total was $63. I said that I gotten price matched for $52 that morning, so he entered that in and I paid and left. It wasn't until I got to looking at the receipt that I got irritated. Not only did they use a synthetic blend, instead of the full synthetic I requested, they put 5W-20 instead of 5W-30 like my car requires. If you Google my car you will see that it is recommended 5w-30 full synthetic per the manual. It is also turboed so on some forums you can see mechanics saying they recommend 5W-40 and ALWAYS full synthetic. So I call them back and say/ask these things and all I get is, "well my manager has been doing this for years and he wouldn't put in an oil that would hurt it". It doesn't matter! I asked for a specific oil and you did not put it in. Horrible service and I will certainly not be back. Ya'll do your research on what your car requires and don't pay $90 for a damn oil change. Jeez.

Started great, ended so bad.GREAT: I called at 1:00 to see if they could do an alignment, they said sure, we can get you in at 2:00. That's amazing!Good: I came in they were friendly and professional, the alignment took abut an hour, it was done correctly, the car tracks straight, they provided a useful report of the alignment before and after the work, all for a little less then $100. Very Nice!The problem: I got home opened the door and I see this fat greasy hand print. I wish I had seen it at the place, this is unconscionable! I worked as a mechanic for several years, if my boss ever saw me not use a floor mat, not use a fender skirt, or touch a car with greasy hands I would have gotten RIPPED!All the above good is instantly over shadowed by this sloppy, lazy inconsiderate action.Service: Wheel alignment

I needed tires asap and was on a budget. Josh was extremely helpful. They were able to change my tires not only the same day that I called, but within just a few hours and at a discount. I definitely recommend!

My fianc� and I had them look at our car, waited 5 days for them to even look at it, paid them 100$ for them to not be able to fix it and they opened the glove box and dumped all our papers on the floorboard. Now the glove box won t latch when we close it. Do not recommend!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Please Never come at this placeI had a Tyre change appointment for 1 hour and they took 2 hour . They didn t do good job on wheel alignment and I have to take Another Appointment next morning . They also took that day 2 mor hours So please don t come at this placeIt s a west of time and west of money & service

Always take my car to Big O, they always get me in for those last minute things I should have done a long time ago on my time schedule. I always get the best prices (trust me I shopped around) and friendly service, they know my car and my service history I can review it online if I need to know something. I will continue to make the drive even though I have other providers closer to me. I wont go anywhere else for my maintenance needs or tires.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Don't take your vehicle here! They scratched the hell out of my new wheels doing mount and balance broke a break line and never told me made it 3 miles before it was so hot seized up that cost me 400 to have fixed after a hr of fan on it to cool it down. They tried putting someone else's tire on my rim for spare . had someone else's tire in my truck bed. The staff is immature kids every vehicle they backed out kid kept squealing tires n flying out the doors. Worst experience I have ever had would never go back!Service: Tires

I took my car in for 2 tires and inhad a flat by the time I got home. Brought it back 2 days later, the fixed valve stem. Again had a flat when I got home. So aired tire up and went straight back. Then said that I did something to my tires rim. NO, me driving my car thinking my tires are great sense I just got them, driving gravel road with low to flat tires just to get home is Not my fault. 100% theirs.

Very bad place I would never want to go there I would recommend warehouse and tire because they would at least tell you come back and we get it fix at this day and it be done 100% then this place when they tell me to come pick up my car November 1 to pick it up I got there and it was never fix they hade my car almost 4th month and they can t even toll it to other mechanic even when they said Monday they would send it of but still today it s in there lots very bad place not happy not at all..

Have been a huge fan, and have sent friends and family. However, recently the gf's car had an issue. Turns out it needed a tune up. They wanted 800 dollars to do a tune up on an 01 rav 4, plus an oil change.I paid 250 for parts, then did it myself in less than a half hour. I knew they were a little more expensive, but that much money for a half hour job is beyond excessive. Not sure I will go back.

Oil changed within 45 minutes during peak hours. Once completed they showed what my car is getting close be needing replaced and manufacturer recommendations.

Tanner was wonderful during my routine oil change. It was quick, easy and painless. They did amazing job describing the comprehensive oil change. Josh and Ryan were amazing they kept us informed and were very diligent in figuring out what all was wrong with my truck! They both were amazing they helped make a stressful time not nearly as stressful! I highly recommend them to everyone I know! They were willing to work on my truck when my usual mechanic was not. My car was due for a tune-up I took a chance and called Big O to see if they could do it, sure enough they got me on the schedule at a time that was convenient for me. Very friendly and professional staff. My car is running great! And he worked with me on a price as well. I will definitely be back!

Josh Petree saved the day! I was passing through town from out of state to attend a loved ones funeral and suddenly got a low tire light on. I pulled over and found a large nail in the tire and was losing air quickly. I limped the car into the parking lot of Big O Tires and made my way into the Service Area where I was quickly greeted my Josh Petree. Even though this place was slammed busy, he made me feel like I was his only customer. He quickly wrote the vehicle up, and had it checked out. He then very clearly told me what they needed to do to fix the tire, and set the expectation on how long the repair would take. He nailed it. Josh had me in and out quickly, and had really taken a boatload of stress off my shoulders by assuring me that he can get it fixed quickly and get me back on the road to my family. This was the best experience I have had from a on the road repair that I can think of. Josh made it happen, and was dedicated to be sure I was 100% satisfied. I have been in the Automotive Industry for over 20 years now, and can truly say Josh is a true professional and really cares and takes pride in what he does. This is the type of employee that every business should model after, and I mean that. Thank you for turning a stressful situation around for me, and getting me back to my family quickly and safely. Best service in all of MO! The service members are friendly and explain everything to you so you know what your car needs are. The prices are extremely reasonable and they also offer payment plants for your more expensive needs! I absolutely love going to Big O I have never had a single issue any time I have went. Tanner greeted me when I got there and got me checked in. When I came back to get my vehicle Josh rang me out. The technician order tires for me and was quoted $900 out the door and I show up the next day and they were the wrong tires. So they had to order tires again but the quote was around $1500 and I was not happy about that. But Josh the manager took over and he set the situation straight. He fixed the problem. But when the tires got put on the truck, they couldn t do an alignment check because he was off on Wednesday. So I had to come back the next day. I had to drive to Sedalia 3 different times which isn t cheap when you live over 30 minutes away in a big truck. Disappointed but satisfied at the same timeService: Tires

All I can say is wow. I can't in to swap out my UTV tires and they gladly said they can do during the last open hour if I can get there fast. They did just that and when I go to pay they gladly said there was no charge and were happy to do it for me. That was awesome.

Top notch experience, the only place I ll take my pickup for tires or service. They take good care of their customers and go out of their way to help you get in and be seen in a timely manner and one time I was in the waiting room there casually staring out the window to pass the time and a bald Eagle flew by and I made eye contact with it and I still think about that. Returning from a week long trip and hit a good size rock in a downpour. Blew out the sidewall of my tire. It was covered under road hazard warranty. They had a matching tire within two days and replaced without any appointments. Such quick and friendly service.Service: TiresService: Tires
