Had a great experience here! All of my charger ports quit working in my car and the manager was quick to help me figure out the fuses and get me what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful and store was clean and easy to find things In.

Had a great experience with the Sedalia, MO Auto Zone. After getting the wrong part at a Kansas City, MO Auto Zone, Sedalia helped figure out the correct part and make it right! Our specialist Todd, David Warren (name on the receipt) was very knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend Auto Zone in Sedalia!

DangerousI went in to get some fuel injection hose. The staff tried to sell me low pressure fuel line. When I called it out they looked confused.They weren t unpleasant or rude, they were genuinely confused that there was a difference between low pressure fuel hose and fuel injection hose.Electronic fuel injection runs at a much higher pressure, and using low pressure line is very dangerous. These companies spend a lot of money to convince people that the employees are pros and really know what they re doing. In this case if you believed that, or you didn t know to carefully check, you d end up spraying fuel all over your hot engine.Autozone needs to ensure their employees understand what they are selling, or someone is going to get hurt or killed.

If you need Auto parts and you want them cheap, quality and you want top quality service come to AutoZone!! I got a set of brake pads and rotors it was only $197!! and the lady Ms AJ she is top quality customer service! let me tell you she even came outside and checked my brakes out, to make sure that indeed was the issue and yep I need a brake pads and rotors!!You won't find any TOP service like at AutoZone and then this young man I didn't catch his name but he also carried my parts out to the car Ms AJ was going to but he didn't instead! TEAM WORK!! And they are so nice to the customers they are family orientated THANK YOU MS AJ!!!!!

I went in for headlight bulbs and was super impressed with the customer service. The competition always makes me feel like I m inconveniencing them but Auto Zone employees were courteous and helpful. Turned a bad day around for me. I ll be back!

I was having trouble locating the o2 sensors in my car. Mike and Pedro went way above 'normal' expectations to help me. Mike even came out and opened hood, got on ground, to try to locate the sensors. We didn't succeed but it wasn't for the lack of trying. Time to take it to the dealership! I highly recommend the store and the employees.

Being a former 22 year Zoner I can say that Noland and entire crew went above to help me on Saturday 6/24/23My 94 f150 limped into store needing a TPS sensor which unfortunately was not in stock. I found one across town at O Reilly but since my truck was broke in AZ parking lot in 95 degree heat I had no way to get there. I asked O Reilly if they d bring part and they rudely told me No that service was for commercial customers.Noland told me to call them and pay for it and he would grab it on his next delivery that was going out the door. I absolutely took advantage and purchased some other items I needed to finish job and got old truck going from Zone.Proud to say I am a former Zoner and that Team 2342 hasn t lost the ability to WOW a customer!

Hands down the nicest and most hospitable employees I have ever had the privilege of working with. Pedro and Nolan were very helpful and understanding. Not only were they concerned about getting my vehicle working again, but also allowed me to keep my kids safe and cool in the AC while I fixed my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to help me on this very hot and stressful day. 7/4/23

Literally so thankful for the employees here. Had a break light out and they went over and beyond to help me out. The gentleman and lady there where absolutely great and I definitely plan on coming back wheneverim in need of help. So understanding!

Customer service was amazing... the two gentleman that helped do the Diagnostic Test on my 2022 Altima were so kind and professional. They each found the culprit to my cars problem and gave me documentation to take to the dealer!

I found the part that I absolutely had to have that no one else had in Sedalia. The counter man did a fast efficient job in getting my part and was very professional as well as friendly. He also asked if I was a veteran and he applied a ten percent discount. Michael represents this store in the best way. My part was perfect and our primary vehicle is back on the road.

Wow!!! Rude much? Unbelievable. I have never heard someone talk to a customer so rudely and just outright nasty. This lady was telling a customer that a certain part would fit his car and if he didn't like what she was saying he could leave. Said she has been in parts work for 30 years and she knows what she is talking about. He was returning the part that the other clerk said would fit budidn't, she said he needed to have HER receipt, from HER store. Or it would be store credit. Several other customers were present during all of this. He finally told her she was very rude which she replied with if he didn't like it he could leave and that she was THE manager of this store. Her coworker came up to the counter, and the man said I'd like him to help me. She yelled.. I AM THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE HE IS NOT!!! HE DOESNT KNOW! I initially thought they knew one another and were joking. Not the case. I'm still in shock... UNBELIEVABLE coming from a manager

Kevin quickly diagnosed my Kia s light bulbs problem and changed them out too! Professional, friendly, competent, and good price for the parts! I m definitely recommending this store and will come back! Keep it up!

So my experiences at this store have been above average. I think there's a few pretty friendly employee's here,..and one employee who's friendly and in my opinion above and beyond what you might expect from an employee at Auto Zone. His name is Mike. Mike has assisted myself alongside my girlfriend with several different issues. The most appreciated was that Mike replaced our battery in her car. In the rain. I have to tell you, not too many people are going to help you with a battery change in the rain. It was much appreciated Mike! And now i continue to go to this particular Auto Zone over O'Reilly or Napa or who ever. And i see Mike about every time I go to the store. He's assisted with various types of issues and is always willing to help.

I don't know the lady name that help me get the right wiper blades, but I couldn't have asked for the best help ever,she was very nice and friendly ,she even put them on for me. Thank you again so much for great service!

I went to AutoZone to purchase a replacement air filter. Nolan was very professional, courteous, and even showed me how to replace my filter. I definitely recommend AutoZone, 5 stars!!!

They were so helpful to even put my transmission fluid in my vehicle for me. The cashier actually turned me onto a 1 cent sale of hand cleaner that came as a deal if you bought the transmission fluid. Wow! What a deal. Courtesy, assistance and total professionalism. I get all my parts here now. That dark hair female just on top of things there. Helped me with my auto needs and even thou she was not a DIY sales person. That's going the extra mile in my book, Because she could have just told me they will help you down there. Thanks AJ

Autozone has really come to our rescue here lately. Great service, and they go the extra mile to help us out. Don t remember the mans name that worked Tuesday 23rd at 7:30 pm, but he was wonderful to work with. He really saved the day for us. We are so thankful for him and Autozone.

Friendly staff, assistant manager came outside and put on our steering wheel cover. They also refused to sell me a battery that I DID NOT need. I would definitely go there again! Great for female customers that don't know a lot about cars!

Had a great experience at the sedalia location, it was marilyn (I believe) who helped me out the most, as well as nolan. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and just the basic conversation they kept with me, all around % good experience and conversation. Will definitely be returning to the store for any of my automotive projects.

Excellent customer service! Another shop was going to charge me $100 to see why my check engine light was on. AutoZone did it for free. It turns out all I needed was coolant and the employee even offered to put it in for me, even though that's not normally what they do. They went above and beyond. He helped me talk through another issue I've been having to determine the most likely cause. I plan on coming back any time I need something.
