Great service and good mechanics and was taken in the same day .the issue I have is the markup on parts .they installed a front hub assembly in my f350 that goes for 250.00 at the very best brand and was charged 451.72 for one hub assembly. Not happy about that at all. No reason for such a large mark up

You know how you go to your trusted pharmacy for your medicine, or to your favorite Sunday Service for that Jesus Medicine we always love getting in our Soul.?. They became our favorite and trusted because of the quality. Automasters is that place for me. Great work everytime I go. And they're very understanding that difficult times happen.Pro's and Con's in my opinion.The Pro's:Knowledgeable, Reliable, Affordable, Dedicated. People Person kind of Folks.The Con's:Generally are busy and I find myself setting up an appointment for a later time. So it don't hurt to call first.And if you're a Veteran there is an establishment 2 doors down that can help with a number of different services while you pass the short time you wait for your vehicle to get done. Including a Pint-sized area for Adults to go and have a Beverage not served under 21.*Don't be a GoofBall, Please Drink Responsibly if you do.

I've Known Doug when he and His Dad Worked at the other location at Kmart > We followed him to the next location because He's the only one I trust with My Vehicles ! He's a good Egg ...

Car has been here for 3 weeks. Now the entire place is shut down, can't get ahold of anyone and can't get the keys so I can take my car somewhere else

Stopped in for inspection. The shop was busy but Doug took my car straight back and got my inspection completed. Barely took five minutes.
