Friendly, fast, service. I had some additional items installed on my camper. They were super quick and highly communicative. I would highly recommend Youngbloods. I purchased my travel trailer from the Mayfield location and received the same level of service when I interacted. This just proves to me that no matter the location, they take care of you!

I took my camper in to have the roof inspected and resealed. Unrelated, we had a small bit of wallpaper that had pealed off the wall from a 3M hook. While they checked the roof, they also steamed, glued, and flattened the wallpaper back in place. It s a small thing, but it was really unexpected and kind. Thanks!

I ve been doing business with the Cape Girardeau/Scott City location since 2001. I ve purchased 4 units from them. They have fixed/remedied/corrected any issues I ve had. Office staff and service crew are polite and glad to help.

We were looking for a new Grand Design Reflection 337RLS and they had a 2020 model. I called and asked for the best out the door price with no add ons. They came back with the best price of any other dealer I spoke with and didn't try to sell me any plans, etc. that I didn't want. The pre-inspection delivery was good and pick up went well. Good people to deal with. We purchased Sept 2020.

Want to thank Ralph and the service technicians that came out to help fix my broken slide. A temporary repair was done to get it moving again and an appointment was made to get into the shop for a permanent fix. Above and beyond customer service.

We stopped in to look at a specific unit(Grand Design 390RK) and ended up being surprised by the Grand Design(375RES) which we had previously written off based on watching a YouTube video. And to top it off we were pleased with the customer service we received from Mark. He was helpful, laid back, and all around made our visit pleasant.

We were in desperate need of help with our travel trailer and everyone here was amazing and helped us out quickly! Michelle at the front desk helped calm our nerves when we were trying to figure out what to do and Ralph did an awesome job installing what we needed and was very patient with all my questions as I tried to understand everything. Treated kindly by all employees but was given an EXTREMELY low ball offer for a trade in..I was insulted to say the least..had hoped to work with them. This is the second time we had attempted to buy from them. Last time we negotiated to a difference of just a few hundred dollars. They stood firm, as is their choice, and lost a sale. I have friends and relatives who have bought there...don't understand why our experiences have been so dismal.

A great selection and knowledge staff. Everyone was friendly and answered every question we had. We also enjoyed that they didn't follow us around the whole time left us to ours selves and wasn't pushy.

Needed a vent cover and they not only had it in stock, they also let us borrow a ladder and tools to swap it out really fast. Friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a used 17 travel trailer with trading in my old one. Lukas and his support couldn t have done a better job accommodating to my work schedule with phone calls and emails. Everything went seem less in the transaction of trading and taking possession of my new trailer! It was my first experience with Youngblood RV and Lukas. Will definitely recommend to others.

We didn't have a desire to purchase an RV but they actually took the time out to take us through the RVs and show us what they had and explain to us how the operation worked and it was really a very pleasant experience. If I were going to buy an RV I would buy it from these people.

We stopped for help with 2 problems during a big trip on a Saturday. They couldn't have been nicer and the Mechanic was amazing! Fixed us right up and we are on our way again!! Thank you Youngbloods for amazing service!

Oct.23,2020 today is exchange day on the camper so I am starting fresh with a new review youngbloods has turned a bad experience into a happy day. They corrected the factory problem and made these campers happy again. Thank you to the staff at youngbloods. Happy camping everyone.

My wife and I purchased a new 24 ft Jayco Whitehawk RV from Youngblood's in 2015 and used it quite a bit that year. We live 5 hours from Youngblood's, but went to them because they had the camper trailer we wanted in stock. We decided to upgrade the A/C unit to the next larger size because we camp a lot in hot weather much further south. Youngblood's got the new unit installed in a couple of hours and did an excellent job of it.Almost the first thing I did when I got home with it was to convert the shore power receptacle at my home from 50amp (that my old 5th wheel used) to 30amp for the new Jayco. I wired the receptacle wrong (didn't look at the instructions, dumb me) and burned up the inverter in the new Jayco. I very sheepishly called Youngblood's and talked to our salesman and told him about my screw-up. He graciously told me not to worry about it, that that mistake happened quite often and we got a laugh out of it. He took my credit card info over the phone and said he'd get a new one on its way to me (and the price he quoted me was very reasonable). Two days later my new inverter unit arrived and it was quite a bit nicer than the original one, and I had no problem installing it with the directions provided. I was very happy with that experience.Spring of last year (2016), I found a couple of delaminations in the fiberglass on the front of the camper. I sent photos of them to Youngblood's and they instantly said it would be fixed under warranty and we set a date for me to bring it in to them. I brought the camper in and left it and they had all the parts on hand from Jayco to repair it, and they got the job done perfectly on time, and did such a neat job that we can't even tell our camper has been touched.We are extremely pleased with the service we've gotten during and after the sale of our RV from Youngblood's. We will be back when we're ready for another RV.

A Canadian who required assistance with an RV brake problem enroute from Texas to Ontario . This RV Centre was able to accommodate my repairs in a timely fashion. Tom, Gavin & Harry were exceptional and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this RV Centre to all RV'ers if you are in this area. Thank-You

The GM and service manager were very responsive I walked in with new Thor Huracan that was making an ungodly noise that was making my wife and I crazy. They lissioned to the vido and went straight away and found the issue and fixed it. They are an outstanding group of folks. I forgot to say we are from Pennsylvania just passing through. Broke down with my 5th wheel, had a leaf spring that snapped in half, I called Youngblood s 20min before they closed on a Saturday, Tom told me to bring it to them and they replaced all my leaf springs in just a day! Thank you so much!!!

I'm a full timer. Had problem with our motorhome toilet. Youngbloods replaced two seals (took an additional day to finish). When I pulled back into the campground and hooked up the water the toilet leaked so bad it was running out underneath the motorhome. I took it back a second time and they said a hose was loose. Still leaking. I took it back third time and they said a part was cracked and I had to pay for it, which I did. Before I knew it was still leaking I headed south to Gulfport. Now after spending about $400 my toilet still leaks and they won't return my calls or emails.

Very helpful staff and a very low pressure selling environment. Bought a used camper and they made sure to make sure it all worked and did a walk through prior to us taking it off the lot

YA KNOW WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO, SO MANY CROOKS LIERS AND PPL TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PPL, LAST YR WE TOOK OUT RV HEATER TO GET FIXED,,LESS THAN A YR LATER HAD TO TAKE IT BACK THEY TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, THEN CALL ME TO TELL ME IT WASN;T AND IT WOULD COST ROUGHLY 150.00 AND WASNT SUPPOSE TO CHARGE ME LABOR GO PICK IT UP AND TOTAL BILL WAS 222.44 OF WHICH 50 OF IT WAS LABOR.......BECAUSE I WAS TOLD AT LEAST 3 TIMES IF NOT MORE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY THEY SHOULD OF HONORED WHAT THEY TOLD ME.....THEY RIPPED US OFF KNOWING WE HAD TO HAVE IT AS THE TEMPS WERE BELOW FREEZING.....THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS BUT WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITHOUT MARKING ONE
