Holy cow, called at 11am and guy was on the property to work on my fire truck by 1pm. Unbelievable. Always very friendly and don't treat me like the idiot that I am. I have found some places kinda talk down to you if you dont know all the lingo or just flat out don't know what you're needing. I have no business owning a firetruck... but here I am. And these guys have taken great care of me and my old girl. Thank you!!

I can not say enough good things about this shop.. They are real deal. They went above and beyond for me. They were the only ones that would come out and try to fix my axle bearings. And when they couldn't. they chained me up and got me over to their shop. They had me back on the road in a day.. Mike is a stand up guy. And one thing I noticed is he takes care of his employees. Thanks guys!!!

I blew a turbo on my way through. I called everyone I could find trying to locate parts. Mike at Pro Tech, not only found the parts but got me in the next morning and got me back on the road after lunch. Honest, up front and fair priced!

Had an intake sensor changed from my 2016 Freightliner cascadia. Mike was very busy but managed to take me same day. Make sure you sleep in front of the gate to be able to checked in at 7 am

AMAZING !!! This shop was an answered prayer !!! We were traveling with a rv on our way up north. The owner drove our truck, diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour!! Super place for deisel repairs. Can't say enough good things about the owner,we can see why he'll soon be celebrating 20 years in business.!!! They seem to know what thier doing and did exalts what I needed ,and they got a nice parts stash if you need some ,plus they carry shaffers products dats a plus.....!!!!!

Repair done correctly & im a timely manner. But i was told it was 96.50/hr, took 1.5hrs... Well he said he was charging for 3 hours because thats what he said it "should" have took (the day before he said "up to 3 hours") they do good work but are criminals in the $$ dept. Stay away unless you have no other choice like me....

They have got to be the best AND the fastest in the Cape Girardeau are. If I didn't live so far away I would make them my go to shop...always! Thanks again for such an awesome job. Couldn't ask for better servive.

Sent my driver to get the clutch adjusted a year ago it was $45 went this time and they changed parts (Linkage Rob end) and sent my driver a $469 to pay. No phone call or nothing, took it upon their self to fix it

Worst place ever! My my ac was no working but the blower was working....stop here wait 2 hour until they check my truck spend 3 more ours they burn my blower and pay almost 3 hundred for nothing....no ac...burned blower and waste of time

Had some suspension work done on my Diesel RV. Repaired to my liking. They can do it all.Would recommend !!

After trying for a little over 2hrs mechanic through his hands up and said he did all he could do and I would have to be towed and charge me $250.I called another road service that was much more thorough in finding the problem had me running in just over an hour
