The manager here (Savannah location) is so thoughtful, thorough in his work, and kind to all patrons and employees. They are lucky to have him! I am willing to make the trip up to this location just for the great customer service.

Our serpentine belt snapped on us. We were just passing through and knew no one in the area. Not only did they help us get the parts needed they helped us get them installed so we could get home which was still 5.5 hrs away. They are absolutely amazing!!

I entered the store on a Saturday morning and worked with Nathan. I had a check engine light firing and asking to run the codes. It was your standard emissions code. Nathan helped me to figure out that it was an issue with my gas cap, took care of the issue, and made sure the code was no longer firing. Could not be a happier customer.

My car wouldnt start at Dollar General, we tried to jump it with no luck. I called OReillys next door and he came right over to test the battery and determined it was bad but was able to get it started to drive it over there. They had my battery in stock and put it in for me. John and Blake worked very hard because my car had a stubborn part and they stayed 30 minutes past close working on it. I really appreciate their help!
