Have bought several cars from them over the years. They have a good selection and have worked with me on getting vehicles for my parents and aunt at an affordable price. They also took care of any issues that came up with the car and did service from as well. I highly recommend them.

Customer service and speed of service was phenomenal. We made a deal and were in and out within 30 minutes or less. Good communication in regards to holding the vehicle. But, the actual vehicle we received was definitely a disappointment. Looked shiny and well taken care of at first glance, but after taking it home discovered just how dirty it was as well as how many issues it had. There's a reason it was bought at an auction. Within a couple days, the truck went into limp mode, check engine light flashing and an embarrassing cloud of smoke coming out of the exhaust. Appears to be a blown turbo that'll need to be replaced due to worn seals. Oil pooled in the intercooler and intake pipes. Misfires constantly, even after replacing all plugs. Rear door actuator didn't work and couldn't be opened from the inside. Drivers door popped loudly. I understand the age of the vehicle and the mileage, but I would have appreciated being told up front about the major issues that the truck had instead of being sold a vehicle "as is" with no warranty and left to deal with the headache on my own.

I really hope this review helps gain more customers. You see I spent months looking for a truck. I finally found one that I liked enough to apply for financing. Since that first phone call. I felt like I could take a chance on a small family dealership. They helped me apply. Welcomed a test drive. Absolutely was not expecting a perfect truck. I was right. There were a few things It needed. I negotiated the price and actually found a better solution. These guys took my list and corrected every issue. Now I'm driving the truck I wanted with all the minor things fixed.I have been saving for a long time and to see all that effort go to a trustworthy place.. well it made me not think twice about my decision. I know from my personal experience that these guys will deal a fair and reasonable service to you. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you guys for the truck. This was the next step in a new chapter in our lives. Wish I could explain how happy my boy was to see his daddy in a new truck. When it's his turn to turn keys. I'll be coming back here.

Bought several vehicles from them. Never hand any problems with any of vehicles..always safe and reliable. Just gave lil Johnny the truck I had when he turned 16. Enjoyed talking to the new secretary she was just a wonderful time. Made me feel like family. Good folks all the way

Signed the warranty saying they would fix the problems when i bought the vehicle then had to take it to tire plus so they could figure the problem out now fisher auto dont want to fix the problem. Since they want to reply and lie about my experience there i guess i can share some of the text ive recieved.

I was storing a camper with them until I asked if they could sell it for me, as I was traveling. They do do consignments. I believe it was maybe 2 weeks, n they'd done it! Good communication, my son delivered the title, they handed him my check, all done.

Best customer service around. Everyone is super nice, had my pickup worked on and while I was waiting they let me drive their company van to kill some time. Pickup had a few minor issues and they automatically opened up a spot for me and had it in to be fixed as soon as I called. Recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, very honest group of people.

Bought our truck there in September. 2 days later our check engine light came on. We took it back and they looked at it and fixed it . Not even a couple days later the check engine light returned and same thing, took it in and they fixed it . We were then having issues with the oil pressure dropping. They told us that they would actually properly diagnose and take the engine down and see what was 100% causing the issue. Mechanic came back and told us it was the oil pump that needed repaired, but they couldn t fix it in the time frame that we needed it so we contacted our own mechanic. After taking it to our own mechanic, they discovered we needed a completely new engine. Fisher refused to compensate us fairly for the repairs and did nothing but victim blame and become very defensive.There was many other things discovered when getting the repairs done. When all is said and done we spent about $12,000 on repairs. We hadn t even put 1,000 miles on the truck and had barely even drove it due to it constantly being at the mechanics shop. With the price we paid for repairs we could ve bought almost a brand new truck. Very disappointed.I had originally left a positive review when we first bought it because they seemed nice and honest, but since our experience I am having to change the review because I don t want anyone else getting ripped off and put into a financial bind due to huge repairs. They sold us a lemon and refuse to compensate us appropriately and fairly. And the response to my original review 5 months ago they stated that if something went wrong they d want to make it right. Not the case here. That s an outright lie! Please take the vehicle to a qualified trusted mechanic before purchasing anything from these guys!! If they are willing to come back and make it right like they told us 5 months ago, I will gladly change my review. But until then, I don t want anyone else in the same position we are!

I came from out of state (NM) to purchase a truck that I had seen on their website. Upon arriving I found some things that concerned me, however both Steve and Shawn were very quick to explain everything and not only that but they addressed the concerns I have and then some. They were very flexible and willing to work with me and treated me with nothing but respect. For a first time car buying experience they were exceptional. For a small business they delivered. If I were to ever purchase a used truck in the future I would definitely go back and look at Fisher Auto Group. They made my flight, and 13 hour drive worth every penny.

Great experience. Very timely and reasonable cost. Staff were very courteous, and knowledgeable. Very refreshing to not have someone smother you while looking at Vehicles, but always willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle or need any work done on their current one. I will be a repeat customer.

Just got 2010 dodge. Last was very nice . She went ahead and did exhaust work for me cus I was asking about the exhaust. They worked with me . Ran a code on the truck cus something popped up nothing major tho but they still offered to fix it. Got a great deal on the truck . For sure going back to them. Drove 2 hours for great service well worth it.

Had an appointment setup. Got there early and they took my car right in. Thought I might have a hub and bearings going out. They pulled my wheels off and said it wasn't the hub. Took the time to show me what my problem was exactly with the wheels. They got me in and out and only charged me a small fee. I would recommend them to everyone. They were kind and friendly. Most places treat a woman as if they are dumb and take advantage. But Fisher Auto treated me with respect. I will be going back when needed. Thank you Steve and Shawn for your great service.

Poor communication!!!! My boyfriend had been messaging one of the guys that works here about a truck. The plan was to come up Saturday with the money and buy the truck. The guy sold it Thursday night and failed to tell us until we called him to schedule a time and maybe go up Friday instead. He told us that he sold the truck Thursday night and that we should have put a deposit down. NEVER did he tell us about the deposit beforehand or else we would have done that. We were really in love with the truck but on to the next dealership to put our money in to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!!!**update**Is there an option for 0 stars?**update.... again**We did have the money and we were coming to BUY it not probably . I ve bought vehicles before... I m not an idiot.

We purchased a vehicle at Fisher auto group a couple years ago for our daughter. They were able to find us exactly what we were looking for. The price could not be beat! This vehicle will be sure to get her through college. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommended.

If you like quick and simple purchases that is what you will get here. Went in, found what I wanted , offered my truck as a trade in at a fair price and made the deal happen in about 2 minutes. I appreciate a dealer that doesn't make car buying an exhausting negotiating battle. Thanks.

Andrea, Shawn and Steve were extremely helpful and made the car-buying experience as easy as possible. The atmosphere was so laid back that I knew I wasn t having any vehicle pushed on me that I wasn t interested in. I drove 2.5 hours to get my truck and would gladly do so again for this experience.

After visiting several dealerships and used car lots I found Fisher auto group to be The best experience. They up Front disclose all defects. They don t give you any flowery sales pitch. They are definitely have fair pricing and a good selection. Their advertising on Facebook marketplace is very well written and thorough.

I had a great experience with these folks. A few months ago I bought a 2011 gmc 2500hd crew cab with a long bed. these trucks are hard to find! very nice truck. These guys even undercoated the frame when I requested it. I highly recommend fisher automotive and would make the 3 hour drive to Saint Joseph all over again in a heart beat.

Very pleased with the service provided. Wrecked my car in the morning, and they were willing to accommodate my need for a new car at the price i could afford. Very Fair prices. Car seems to run well, few issues with the car but i felt as though the dealer let me in on all current issues.

I was searching on craigslist for a vehicle and came across an ad for one of your vehicles. Since I'm in Des Moines and can't just pop over for a test drive real quick I figured I would look into your company a little more. So naturally I go to the reviews cause who better to ask then your customers. I value the positive reviews but tend to get the most information from the negative ones. You can conclude a lot about the negative person as well as the company in the way they respond. I can tell from your responses that you are a company doing your best to be upfront, honest and personable and your willingness to do so should not be mistaken for weakness. (That is just my opinion.) I must say though by far of all the review sites I read I like this one best. Simply cause whomever it is that is responding from your company does such a great job calling out BS and doing it in a respectful manner. Bravo to whomever you are. I hope one day to purchase a vehicle from you.
