1st visit: Friendly helpful employees. Great customer service. Will definitely be back for any parts I might need.Return visit was met with a snarky 20-ish young man who had no business dealing with customers. Bought the part on Amazon instead. Simple courtesy matters.

Before I even got into the store a female employee was holding the door open for me as she saw I was struggling with even my cane. I'm disabled and I have trouble walking and standing. I'm happy to see an employee noticing things like this, and walking over, holding the door open and greeting me at the same time! She saw that once I got inside I started looking around and asked if she could help me find anything. I declined her kind offer politely .I found the store VERY clean, every space on every shelf filled with product. Another employee who I ran into in the next Isle asked if he could help me find what I was looking for. I declined his offer but then I saw he was actually stocking the product I came to buy so I asked him if he could also find

It's nice to he able to pick up parts locally and quickly . Thier parts are OK but I've had some new parts fail on me costing me a lot of money

They really need help in there somebody couldn't find my parts said they couldn't get them ....then boom the next day I had a woman look it up she found the parts ....they really need more experienced people

We were 4 hours into a 6 hour drive, it was 91 degrees outside and the throttle pressure sensor went out of the truck. We would have had no idea what the problem with the truck was had it not been for Paul. Paul went above and beyond by not only running the code reader to tell us the problem. He stood out in the hot sun and helped coach us on where the sensor was located and even how to change it. This location (specifically Paul) was a life-save for myself and my father. My father has COPD and was in the vehicle with me, so timeliness was key. Paul showed me how to find the sensor and take it off, went back in to the store to get the part, brought the part out to us and stayed there until the sensor was changed out, the truck running smoothly again and the code was cleared. This location is hands down the best Auto Zone I have been to and Paul is most certainly head and shoulders above any sales representative that has helped me at an Auto Zone. Thanks Paul!

The website specifically says that this store offers free battery testing and free battery charging! We went in, got the battery tested and it was completely dead, the employee just said well it s dead and never offered to charge it or do anything to help so we left and won t be going back .dissatisfied

Was overcharged by $50 on muffler clamps. Bought one specialty clamp and 5 regular. Was charged for all specialty. Didn't catch until it was too late. Check your receipts against what you bought, folks.

I had only stopped in for directions, but ended up staying to do some shopping. The salesmen were very friendly and gave me very good directions to my destination. They then provided very helpful information on some accessories I was looking for. I only purchased a few items, but will definitely return for other auto supplies .

I just want to Thank the sweet Man who helped me when I bought the 4 hubcaps for my car. I recently moved here from Springfield, Mo and a few days before I left someone stole all four hubcaps .. Being a Senior citizen and living on a fixed income that was an expense that I didn't need.. However, I also couldn't bend and put the new ones my car and the sweet guy put them on for me after I bought them.. My car was looking "Naked" without Hubcaps but they really spruced up the looks again.. Whatever your name is I don't know but THANK YOU so much.. I encourage everyone to get what they need at the AutoZone in Salem Mo. on Scenic River Blvd. Service and with a smile!.

Austen Greene and Hunter were great help getting my Sedalia family back on road in no time at all. They were stranded not knowing how or what to do. These young men did everything they could to take care of them with my 4 year old granddaughter. They are so grateful coming out of the woods with a bad alternator. The battery held to get them to the nearest town. I can t say enough and how grateful we hear at home are for their help. God Bless and thank you very much

Some of the staff know there parts and some know what the computer shows them. So that being said if they dont have it its usually next day. Also if its a warranty part and it goes bad they take care of it no ptoblem ..

These guys are so helpful at our store in Salem, MO. Answered all of my questions and did not try to push one expensive product over another cheaper one. Went out to my car and checked my lights for me and showed me how to change the bulbs in the headlights. I thought I needed a brighter light but the guy was honest and said the light that could upgrade to would make marginal difference for me but be brighter to oncoming traffic, which I hate to blind others at night cause it sucks when other people do it to me.They have changed my wiper blades for me as well.Knowledgeable, friendly staff make me more at ease taking care of my car after my husband passed away last year. My husband always got his parts and such from this store and he told me I couldn't go wrong by using them when he passed on. He was right!Thanks guys!

The service that this AutoZone in Salem Missouri is excellent. everyone that works there is extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I have seen them help anyone from a novice to an experienced mechanic and they treat them all the same.

They really need better staff at this location. We had to make 3 trips to town, to return the wrong parts. 3 times we asked for a particular part, 3x they gave us the wrong stuff. Staff is NOT knowledgeable about auto parts. At all. Ended up going across town and getting the correct part from another parts store.

Their hours are amazing, so my son lives here. He has an 80's and 90's trucks, and he does all the general maintenance on everyone's vehicles, so that's not much of an exaggeration .

This Auto Zone is on the small side. The employees will help you find what you need, and they'll also install it for you. Always go to the other parts stores to compare prices and products before you buy anything though. I think that goes for any town/city.

I needed a front blinker bulb and I was on my way out of town. I called Auto Zone told them what I needed, plus I asked if they would also install it. And yes they would, install it! Services like that are what gets them my business!
