Had an alignment done, and some bushings replaced, it took 26 hours to get my vehicle back. They claimed the bushings I brought were wrong, and proceeded to order new ones without asking me if I wanted $60 bushings, and were quite ignorant about it. I'm not even going to talk about what I had to pay once they finally got done, but apparently it was my fault it took them so long and my vehicle was taking up space in their garage. The best part about the whole thing is, now my vehicle pulls to the right. I would call them and tell them, but that would probably end up being my fault too. I will never use this shop again for even the simplest tasks, which are obviously out of their comfort zone.

Travisis an awesome foreman , they worked on my semi truck for an aircondidishning problem , got it resolved . If i lived in Salem they would get all my work . Take your vehicals to them for maintenance or what ever they will treat you properly , thumbs up to there business . Thanks Ron Kirchner .
