Zane's Rolla Tire & Garage did a fantastic job on my car. They were able to get me booked, fix my car, and have me driving it back home in only about a week in a half. He gave me a super reasonable price and was extremely friendly to me and never treated me like I was insignificant or talked down to me. I have had many experiences with mechanics treating me like I am dumb or not caring for their customers, and Zane's did not do that at all. I was super satisfied with my visit and am so glad to have my car up and running smooth again! Thank you guys so much!!!

Outstanding and friendly is the service I received. I was in need of a quick service for a IDOD (or something like that) Zane's was the first one to pop up on google. Arrived there as they opened explained my need and the reason it was all short notice and boom I was out of there in no time. As I was leaving I asked about another issue knowing I did not have time to get it done right then and they offered me to drop off the car latter that day and they would be able to help me out. I did just that and now I have my new first stop for auto repair needs in Rolla, MO.

We were having engine trouble on highway 44 near Rolla and towing a trailer. We were in a desperate situation after being turned down for service from several auto mechanics in Rolla. Zanes courteously welcomed us immediately for a diagnostic. After a thorough check they gave us exceedingly helpful advice on how to proceed in a tough situation. They also offered to store our camper overnight, and came in on their day off when we came back to pick it up. We were left with a trustworthy impression of this outstanding business!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fantastic business, and one that my family and I use on the regular. Very attentive on the vehicles and works hard to get it back for you. They are EXTREMELY thorough. When you leave there even after an oil change and tire rotation you will know what is wrong with your vehicle and how much life you will have on certain parts before, they need to be changed out again.One nice thing about Zane s is that they seem to always overquote you, so you won t have unexpected extras on your bill. Example, It will be pretty close to $1600. You come in to pick up the vehicle and it s only like $1520. Nice little surprise and you never expect to pay over what they are saying.Another thing that sets this place aside from other s is their communication. They will ALWAYS call you if they need to do anything other than the work that is scheduled. If they can t get ahold of you, they won t do the work.This mom and pop s shop is top notch and I highly recommend to anybody looking for a competent mechanic.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I love Clark and his gang of excellent people. I always feel like it's a family shop and they treat you well.Prices are absolutely great and everything within reason. Their car reports are super handy! Especially when working with people who don't know much about vehicles or what it takes to repair them.

You get what you pay for is what I was always told. I've delt with Zane's in the past they have always been friendly they got our car done quick I will be going there for everything with this car now

I needed some work done on my car recently. Zane's scheduled my service appointment within 2 days & did great work. They also gave helpful recommendations on some issues that might need to be addressed within the next 6 months or so. Very friendly service & the pricing was fair.

Outstanding car care if you are in need while passing through Rolla, this shop is unbeatable. I won't use anyone but them and I have dealt with them for 36 years. Trustworthy and extremely qualified.

Clark was so helpful when I visited the shop. I needed my car to be checked and looked over before driving 2,000+ miles and I received full details and explanations of everything wrong and right with my vehicle. He gave me his own personal advice and made me feel that he was putting my needs first. Will be back!

Awesome service!!! Travelling through from California to Florida my accelerator cable broke! These guys found me a used replacement and got me back on the road in under 3 hours and didn't come close to breaking the bank...amazing service and friendly to boot. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.

Easy to work with even on a busy schedule; jobs are done promptly and with delightful openness.Only place in town that takes pictures of the issues and work and updates you real-time on what needs work and what needs replacement.No more wondering what magic is being worked on your car as you can see the issue on pics sent to you.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Auntie and I took her truck in because the oil light and check engine light was on. Once they were able to get to it the guy at the desk, I think his name was Chuck but I can't remember for sure, was really amazing. While using a bit of humor he broke down every thing that was wrong and and really explained it. Then he went out of his way to break down the costs and everything it would take to fix it. The frosting on the cake was after all of this , instead of blowing us off and making us find our own way home, he actually offered and took us home. Even offered to pick us up when the truck is done. Now this is service. Thank you Zane's and thank you for your kindness Chuck.

There is usually a wait time to get your car in, but always happy with the work they provide. I moved here a little over a year ago, and everyone I've met says they are very honest and they stand behind their work. No problems for me.

Zane's Rolla Tire & Garage repaired my father in law's truck, the transmission needed repair while he and my mother in lawwere taking a trip. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. My father in law said he would for sure let themwork on his other vehicles for any auto problem! Thanks for taking such great care of his truck!!

My family and I were on our way to Indiana from Texas when we made the oh so lovely discovery of a flat tire which turned out to be a nail in the sidewall. They even took the time to show us specifically where it was so there would be no questionability. They were a bunch of wise crackin, hard workin, honest fellas that kept us entertained for the very short period of time it took them to change the tire and get us back on the road. Great guys and great experience.

I have live in Rolla for the last 6 years and I've used Zane's for various tire issues and repairs and have always been treated fairly. This past year, I have tried to use them twice for some repairs and finally needed help with some tires. When I had my car inspected there they quoted me $350 worth of work to pass inspection. I took the repairs elsewhere and got them fixed for nearly half the price quoted and took it back and it passed inspection.Today I took my car there to have a leaky tire checked. It couldn't be patched. I was in a pinch and asked for a quote on tires. One technician, Clark I think, called around asking for prices. Finally he came back with a quote for $160 for a Cooper tire for my Honda Odyssey. No way was I going to pay that when I had just bought a set of Michelin's last year for $170 a piece.What I've noticed is that when I need them, they hike the price up. I go elsewhere and find that I can get it done for nearly half the price and better service. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice? I won't be going back. Lesson learned.This is sad, because I've had very pleasant experiences in the past and recommended them to friends. Did ownership change in the last year or so?

Friendly. Excellent service. Had inspection and lock lugs switched out (I didn't have a key) all in under a hour. Very reasonable price. Will definitely get my business in the future.

Best place by far to take your car to!!! I'm not even from Missouri and my truck broke down. Ms. Kathy took great care of me and my family including great customer service, great hospitality and quick service didn't have to wait too long.

Able to check my car when everyone else was busy, identified why the engine light was on(14 different things), spotted 2 other things that would need fixing later, and waited to hear what all I wanted done before he jumped into things. Excellent service, very friendly

Zane's Garage has taken care of our daughter's car while enrolled at MS&T and they have been very capable, responsive and they have done excellent work on her car. We trust them completely for her auto care while far from home.
