Doug was a life saver!Like the other reviews, I can see why everyone rates 5 stars.On my family vacation through Rolla, my wife's Honda Pilot started to make a whining noise and smoke under the hood. Of course it happened on a Friday night when everything is closed (except for Doug). I googled "mobile mechanic" and found Doug. By a miracle, I was able to limp the car into O'Reilly and buy a replacement alternator and limp to Doug's shop along the interstate. The guy seems to answer every phone call (he was multitasking the entire 1.5 hours of labor), but he didn't miss a beat... he seemed to know his stuff. I enjoyed his conversation and he gave a more than fair price...especially for a 10pm repair on a Friday.Bottom line, Doug was a life saver so I could continue on the family vacation.Thanks again and here's to your continued success.--- from the Doug in MN

Doug was literally a lifesaver! Our truck started having engine trouble on the highway on New Years Eve afternoon, no other mechanics were open, and we did not know anyone in the state. Doug called us back about 10 minutes after we called and was extremely helpful and accommodating. He diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly (water in the gas) and kept us updated the entire time. We were able to get back on the road by noon on New Years Day. To top it off, he charged us a very reasonable price considering the situation. Thank you so much Doug!

Doug was great! I called the day before Christmas and about 20 minutes after my call, he met me at the auto shop and was able to help me with my car problem. The service was fast, easy, friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services!

Doug really came through for me. The fuel pump in my Suburban quit while I was in the area. I was pretty much stuck here, 6 hours away from home, until I was able to get it running again. Since the fuel pump quit on Saturday night I had pretty much given up on finding a place to get it fixed until Monday morning. I did one more Google Map search on Sunday morning for auto mechanic that was open. Wicklund Auto repair came up. I called and Doug was at my location in just a few hours. He got the pump replaced and truck back running fairly quickly. There was a snag with the replacement pump that I'd bought for him to install. But Doug stuck with it and worked through it to get the job complete yet that same day on Sunday. Doug is very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing a great job. He really got me out of a bind. I definitely recommend him.

Great experience! I m so grateful that Doug was able to help me with my car when it started freaking out again on a Sunday morning. I had been having other issues with it before and had previously taken it to two other repair shops, but Doug found what was actually causing the problem and it was an easy fix! Would recommend.

My experience with Wicklund Auto was amazing!!! It s hard to find a mechanic to trust, and I definitely did! My car is VERY important to me and I m very happy with the services recieved! Was very quick to get my car looked at and fixed!!!

I took my car to Doug and he was able to save me a lot of money instead of going to the dealership. He was able to get my car finished in a day! I would highly recommend you go to Doug for any of your vehicle repairs!!

A wheel bearing went out on our car and left us stranded on the highway in Rolla, MO. We got the car towed to a hotel and were planning to be stuck for 2 days bc of the holiday but Doug came through for us on New Year's Eve. He figured out the problem instantly, fixed it, and had us back on the road in like 2 hours. He charges a little bit of a premium over normal car repairs, but that's to be expected bc he's literally rescuing you when you are stranded. Appreciate the service you provide, Doug!! A++

Did a great job. Was able to help me with a check engine light on a Sunday. He got on his back under the car in freezing weather to fix. Very professional and friendly to work with. Also very honest and trustworthy.

Amazing!!!! Thank you SO MUCH! This guy saved us on our road trip, on a Sunday, at freezing temperatures.Dough was very professional, friendly, and efficient, he goes above and beyond, fairly affordably priced service, if anything he deserves to charge more, but we appreciated his rate so much since this was unplanned.Deffo 5 stars, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Angels are real.

Best mechanic i found he fixed my brakes and rotors on my car quick and fast .. got me in and out ! He was so nice and He always answers the phone and is available , great communicator and perfect customer service and have the Best affordable PRICES

His service is top notch. I had an issue with my drive belt tensioner and he came to me 5 minutes after I called to come take a look at it. At 10pm on that day, I got stranded and he showed up in less than 5 minutes to get me to my house.
