Worst oil change I've ever experienced. I never knew oil changes were even able to last a whole hour. Plus another thirty minutes tacked on when they couldn't find me or my key (I told them I was going to be in my car parked directly outside).

By far the worst and downright unfriendly service. I was told to follow a random customer outside after asking for an oil change, and the man proceeded to walk to his truck and leave. Feeling like an idiot I walked back in and said sir that man just left and the man at the auto desk told me to stand outside by the mechanics. Where I then proceeded to stand awkwardly as the mechanics looked at me up and down (I m a teenage girl) and not say a word until I spoke up. Then they said they only do appointments or emergencies. I could have been told this at the desk, thanks for wasting my time and dignity.

Worst service in rolla mo by far. Did half the car in the parking lot for them with my own tools and they still have got 2 18 inch tires mounted and balanced. I've watched them stand around and look around talk to each other and even toke pics of them looking at my car instead of just changing the tires. It toke 4 of them to change the oil in a Chevy very hilarious day...Service: Tires

The one star is only for the tires NOT the service. Customer Service on the phone, then also in person was possibly the worst customer service I have ever run into. Pitiful. Unfortunately I had already purchased WM tires online and they were in my trunk, but fortunately Discount Tire in Rolla happily and quickly put them on for me even though they weren't purchased from them.

I've never actually had them do work on my car here, though I've tried several times. I've used different Walmarts for oil changes my whole adult life. This one is awful though. Everytime we've tried we hear that there is a 2+ hour wait because they are understaffed, or they have really weird hours and won't take anyone after 3 pm or something like that. They seem very disorganized and the staff is not very helpful. This last time I parked the car in the automotive lot, called them to ask for the wait time before getting my baby out of the car, was told it was going to be a half hour, so got her out and found the wandering dude to check in. He told me it would be a two hour wait. I don't have that time right now, so I have to put an unhappy baby back in the carseat. Ugh.

I had hit a piece of metal from a broken lane divider in a very dangerous construction zone on I-44 between Rolla St James MO. My wheels are kind of an odd size but Walmart had them in stock and worked me into their schedule, even staying late if necessary. I bought two new tires and will be back for the other two as well as four new tire sensors all the way around. I got a very good set of mid-grade tires ($300 mounted and balanced)for half of the price of local competitors where I would have had to wait 3 days to get them put on. Love them or hate them, you can't beat the service or price.

This place, along with many other places is having huge difficulties with staffing issues... The employees are definitely over worked... Yet each and every one has an incredible upbeat attitude, and exceptional customer service. I stopped in yesterday to get an oil change, unfortunately they were so short staffed, they were unable to do it. I was advised to come back this afternoon.... Today, they were able to get my oil change done quickly. All with amazingly good attitudes.... I do not remember all of the names, of who took care of my service, John, and everyone else, Thank You!!! As patrons to our local businesses, please understand everyone at our establishments are working very hard.... Have patience, smile and thank those who make sure the things we need, get accomplished.

I brought my vehicle in to replace my tires and get an oil change. I finally received a text saying my service was complete several hours later and went to retrieve my vehicle. I paid and got to my car only to realize the tires had not been replaced. I went in to inquire as to why the tire change had not occurred. After a few minutes of argument the mechanic was retrieved. I was informed that one of my lug nuts was missing and that they could not work on the tires at all because of that. I am extremely confused and disappointed by this. A tire shop should have the ability to replace a lug nut. I went to AutoZone and did it myself. If Walmart can't then perhaps they shouldn't hold themselves out as a tire shop?

All the workers were a lot of help EXCEPT their manager Mario. I spent all night trying to get clarification and fix my car and was constantly just met with we don t do that and attitude. I felt like he didn t want to help whatsoever and I simply just wanted to fix some problems that weren t wrong until after we brought it into the shop. I understand that some things are out of their hands but it is different when you re met with bad attitude and bad customer service from the manager of all people.Service: Tires

Even though they were busy at 10a and had a long wait line after me .. All the associates we're super nice and friendly. Always kept a smile even though I waited until 220p to get 1 new tire and it was raining ALL night n day .. They were very professional and polite to everyone I seen.. not just to me

The auto care center workers were literal life savers! We got a flat on I-44 and was able to get a spare on. They were suppose to close in 20 minutes but they said that no matter what time we got there they would put a new tire on for us. We were traveling and ended needing two new tires. They were nothing but polite and helpful! Can t recommend and thank them enough for being a bright light on this rough event!

I have never conducted a review but the customer service and quality of work was so horrible that I wanted to warn potential customers.I went in for a headlight restoration that I was told would take around 45 minutes to an hour. It took over 2 hours and 30 minutes. On top of that, the quality was poor as there was streaks on both headlights which made it seem as if no work was done on them at all. They also did not mask the outside of the headlights to protect the cars paint. The work done was so bad that one of the employees did not hesitate to refund me my money. Worst off, upon getting my money refunded, the department manager did not question nor apologize for the reject work the employees performed.If they couldn t properly restore my headlights, imagine the damage they could do to your vehicle if you had an oil change let alone anything else. It s shocking to see that people are trusting those mechanics to put tires on their cars.I love Walmart, but do not take your car to this specific auto center.

Made appointment at 7am to get tires put on. Got there at 7am and apparently they didn't honor my appointment and there was 1 truck ahead of me told me it wouldn't be long. 4 hours later I'm still waiting for my truck to be done. Will never EVER go to Walmart to do anything automotive again.

You got a better chance at having a team of blind people rewrite your whole car in a shorter amount of time that s it takes for them to change ONE FLAT TIRE. My family and still had a 3 hour drive home. It took them 3 hours to change our tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

I usually dont review and mention names because I understand that as humans we can have good and bad days, but my experience was terrible at this location, the representative by the name of Angela was RUDE and very disrespectful, she would be the one checking our vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation. After voicing my concern about her being rude, she later apologized but It should have never happened in the first place. She should have given us instructions respectfully on what we had to do and where we had to go to get checked in. Other than that my experience with the other representatives was pleasant.

Worst place in Rolla to get an oil change! Spilled oil all over the place and left it. Also watched the technicians park my car and two guys took turns sitting in there for about 5-10 minutes each just sitting in my car. Have no idea why. I wasn t told there was any issue. Thought it was very odd. Although the service was fast, I doubt they did their job right. I ll need to get it checked. Disappointed. Will not recommend! Oh, and oil stains all over my door handle inside and out! Very dirty!

Horrible customer service! We waited outside over 20 minutes for an attendant to check us in. After 10 minutes, I walked inside for assistance to be told that I needed to check in with the attendant outside. After explaining that I had been waiting outside already, the lady said there's nothing I can do, that's where you check in. We continued to wait outside and finally were checked in to be told it would be a 3 hour wait for our tire to be serviced. This is a road hazard repair that we've already paid for when we bought the 4 new tires last week. We shopped while we waited, and when we returned the counter the lady had a confrontation with my wife at the number of items allowed to be checked out. She said their was a 15 item limit and then argued with my wife about the number of items she had... She said we would have to ring out up front even though our car was parked in the service center. I will never buy a tire here again..

Got me in an out quickly even after being told it would take twice the time. Used the oil I chose with no "upselling" of other products. Treated me VERY well even while dealing with a REAL Karen on Crack at the same time!! I will definitely return and recommend!

My husband and i stopped at this Walmart on Monday, September 3, 2018 because we needed to replace our tires before driving back to KC. It was so busy that day probably because it was a holiday and everything else was closed! I wanted to thank Kyle for being so kind and working with us through all the madness and Steven who helped us with a tire we bought from Excelsior Springs, MO Walmart before making the trip down as the ES Walmart gave us the wrong tire and charged us for it. Thank you both for being so professional and putting up with all the crazies and keeping a smile on your face at the same time :) Customer service like that is hard to come by anymore.....

They need more technicians. They sell tires with this roadside warranty, but then you can't use it because they are always so busy. Made appointment still took 2.5 hours. It's not the employees fault, I guess Walmart tire and oil is just under staffed for the area.

I went here to have new tires installed. I purchased my tires online so I could schedule an appointment time (for the next day) to have them installed. Worked well

They went the extra mile, and uncovered an additional tire that had radial showing. Not only did they do the job that they were hired for, but prevented another blow out or worse.... I take my hat off to them.

I ordered the automotive battery on line as stock was limited. When I got to the store I had to go up front to pick it up and bring it back to automotive for installation, which I did myself as they were busy. The problem was, nobody knew how refund the core charge. Had to go to the service desk to figure out and I got the refund. 45 minute process, pack your patience.

They usually do what they can to help you. I have never waited over an hour for my service. If there is an issue they always try to make sure you are happy. Yes, I recommend using this place for tires and service.

Horrible cashier in auto center, absolutely no help. After I spent time looking up the battery I needed in a book missing pages( because he did not know how to use the system) got to the register for him to tell me they can t install my battery there tonight, so now I have to hope it starts tomorrow morning so I can go find some place willing to install a battery for meAnd to add to this he kept telling customers about his brother in law and sister having a kid (long story short customers don t want to hear about his brother in law saying his 5 minute contribution to his pregnant wife was the best five minutes ever)

The job was done but you gotta explain what you want and watch for add on charges. Tried to charge me for tpms work when I told them not to worry about it (batteries died). Fast forward nearly two hours and that "service" was on the bill. The cashier called the tech to ask if the work was done even though I declined to have the work done. The tech said no it was not done as I declined it and they did not have something in stock. So I found out that most of that (balance, valve stems, and tpms) are default to yes even if you say no.

Open from 7a.m. to 7p.m. They always service my cars quickly and I've yet to have any issues.
