Called for a price quote for an oil change, and the guy I spoke to was rude as can get to me! No need to get rude especially asking questions sir, good way to run business away. You can forget about me coming in and giving you any business, I'll find someone else with a better attitude towards their customers.

I wanted just a oil change on my classic Cadillac and I had gone before and had no issues but this time was the worst experience and I will not be returning or recommending unless you don't care about your vehicle. I said I didn't want my air filter checked and they took apart my intake to apparently get the oil filter off which was not necessary to do with that my intake was not put back properly not sealed against my throttle body, over tightened the 30 year old plastic screw for the intake and I couldnt get it off to fix the seal till I got home with pliers which isn't needed because it's supposed to be by hand. The tube between the filter and throttle body was not put back in place and he struggled enough to make the vehicle move and me feel like he was going to break it. My wire harness was leaning on my exhaust and started to melt luckily I stopped immediately afterwards to check their work also they stripped the screws for the filter box by using a power drill instead of by hand. Was not being careful setting his power drill on my sight shield/grill and left oil spots on it too. And also left oily black hand prints on my hood and fenders and I had just cleaned my car before I went. Was livid after I stopped to check and will not be back.

Best place to get your oil changed in Rolla! The boys are quick, but work throughly. bunch of sweethearts. i always come to this location with any car i own. Highly recommened!

They're quick in and out, but be watchful. One of the service guys forgot to plug the sensor to my air filter back in when they checked it.

Needing to give a SHOUT OUT to ALL the staff at Valvoline . I have have been coming here for years. I have always had quick and good service. Staff is very friendly. They explains to me what options I have for oil change, then come in and talk to me, after they have added my car, to let me know how my filters looked, what my tire pressures were and fill if needed and what fluids they will top. They are always busy but NEVER HAVE I SEEN THEM LOOK UNSURE OF THEIR WORK OR CONFUSED OR RUDE. I did not have my oil changed here today at Valvoline. I made the stupid wrong choice to try out a new facility in town and had a bad experience. I called Valvoline after leaving that facility, to tell them how great full I am of their professionalism. AND I WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE BUT TO VALVOLINE .Service: Oil change

The Valvoline Express Care in Rolla MO is fantastic. I had a serious problem with my belt and Brendan did an incredible job. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He worked hard and got a job that should have taken 5 hours done in 2. I really appreciate the customer service, the above and beyond actions, and the attention to details.

I'll highly recommend them. They were extremely professional and respectful. There was no gimmicks or up charging and I wasn't talked down to. An experience that I haven't received at hardly any mechanic shops.

I went to get an inspection on my car. The dmv told me I needed one, so I went there because they are only $12. Instead of just explaining it. He decided to yell at me, and be rude about the whole situation. I will never go here ever again.

Could not be more thankful for the wonderful workers at this location. While driving through Rolla on vacation the undercarriage of our car came loose. I called the location in a panic and Andrew was friendly and said to come on in. We pulled in, they screwed the cover back on and even cleaned our windshield for us. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Beyond amazed at the customer service we received. I highly recommend this location for all of your car services.

I have used this business in the past for oil changes in all of our vehicles but there have been two occasions recently when the "management" has told his workers to close the doors at 4:30 and refuse patrons needing help. Why advertise their business hours as closing at 5pm when their preferred time is 4:30? This is very poor customer service. Apparently clocking out and gong home is more important than serving their customers. I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

What can I say. Great service. While driving from LA to Cleveland, felt the need to check all my fluid and tire pressure.There were 4 cars ahead of me. In 15 min they had me in the bay, in 15 more we were on our way.I was so pleased, I tipped my service attendent. Like wow they gave great service.The peace of mind, knowing we were topped off.We finished the trip uneventful.THANK YOU
