I dealt with Hoot primarily through text from finding a used 2011 Polaris 800 Robbie Gordon 4 seater. Everything was straight forward and done quickly. I lived several hours away from the dealership and everything was ready to go when I got there. Will most likely look here for any future purchases.

I purchased a 2023 Kawasaki 230S dirt bike from Hoot, and it was a very easy and quick process; I am very happy with the experience and the purchase. He steered me in the right direction for which bike I should get, and insured that everything happened in a straightforward manner. And best of all, I was not given the hard sell for a maintenance package, an extended warranty, or for additional accessories (granted it was a rather small dollar purchase, but I still appreciate not being 'encouraged' to buy more than I wanted).

Parts department is awsome !ordered a battery didn't come in so they got 2 battery the same for my daul battery setup together it hooked up for the r4r it came in the night before I was leaving got it exchange and have been enjoying it thanks really bailed me out of a tight spot

Called about an in stock Pioneer 520, got the EXACT amount for an out the door price with absolutely zero surprises! Purchased the unit with zero hassles and zero complaints. hoot was a great guy to deal with and the finance department was super easy to deal with. Highly recommend dealing with them, way worth the drive.

I'm not sure what's in the air here, but I walked in around Christmas with no intention of buying anything. Yet, I kept coming back, almost every weekend, and ended up walking out with a new 4-stroke dirt bike, then later a 2-stroke dirt bike. Today, I stepped in to take a look around the showroom and it felt like all the bikes had been arranged in such a way that they were speaking to my soul. If only I could take them all home!

Great customer service, Hoot and the sales team bend iver backwards to ensure your happy with your purchase. The service team is great, and has good communications, and the parts guys really do everything they can to find the exact parts you need. Only motorcycle dealer i will deal with in the future!

Stahlman Powersports is hands down the best place to go for parts. This is now the third time I have had to get a new inner tube for my motorcycle and each time they have beat prices from other companies by far. Great people are working there and they are always willing to help you.

Just have to sound off my thoughts! I bought 2 different ATV's within the last couple of months from your business. Am very pleased thus far. The personal treatment I received from Rick & Johnathan were above any expectations any buyer could expect!!! Please extend to both of these individuals my utmost praise for a outstanding job they both showed to me during my issues... I would now not buy a ATV or Side-By-Side from anywhere else.....

Just bought a Honda Pioneer 1000. Hoot was absolutely GREAT! Very knowledgeable. Answered every question. Helped me choose the best option from all the different machines. Mr. Stahlman was very helpful too. Recommend this place to everyone.

Bought a bike and fixed it up.Seller was great and was alot cheaper than i expected.Black decals on tank are actually special cut tank grips.Done alot to this bike and was fun to work on.The whole bike is cbr themed.Gonna be great once done.

This experience is in regards to attempting to purchase a used Honda TRX90 -- Disappointed I wasted 9 hrs round trip drive time. The 2017 TRX90 they are selling used looks like it's been ridden harder and used and abused more than Pamela Lee and Paris Hilton combined. If the salesman would have been honest (I spoke to 2) I would have saved my time. I guess to stay positive with the trees in bloom it was a pretty drive and got to see some new country. But I had asked multiple times about the condition of the plastics and the overall shape of the ATV -- I dont expect showroom new as it was used and price seemed fair for something 4 yrs old (but still not much off what a brand new one cost) - however this thing at in person inspection looked like it had been tied to someone's truck hitch and dragged down the road for miles. Bent rim, handlebar grips showed significant wear which means this machine had the shxt ridden out of it - plastics broken in multiple places -- plastics not lining up that they assured me was the angle the photo was taken - but no in person they didnt -- bent front bumper from someone running into a rock or boulder -- hell I cant imagine what sort of jump someone must have done to bend the rim the way it was bent on the front -- Machine did fire right up - but I'm not nearly paying a new price for a 4 yr old machine that looks like it was a previous boat anchor. Figured with all the positive comments online they'd be good to deal with -- maybe on new machines - I dont know - Would HIGHLY not recommend ever looking at a used machine there -- if you do - live locally and inspect the hell out of it in person. Just more disappointed I wasn't shot straight and close up photos which would have taken a couple of minutes were taken of all the damages that were plain as day in person. Rip in the seat, Plastics broken in multiple places - some had to be pretty significant impacts, (completely broken rear bumper -how in the hell does that happen and conveniently missing from photos) rust and all paint worn off near shifter -- (yeah the previous owners grand kids used it to toodle around on his land -- YEAH RIGHT) Seemed to be the honest thing to do. In the next couple of years I'll be in the market for a Honda Talon 1000R -- The dealer near me has zero integrity so I'd have been happy to make the pretty drive again to purchase from these guys had it worked out. They are definitely off my list. Honesty is always the best policy and they seem to have none. The photo I uploaded is deceiving as hell and straight from their website, I didnt receive much better photos to my cell phone -- again - i asked multiple multiple times about condition of the plastics and exterior as I dont want to buy someone elses junk they didnt take care of. I feel sorry for the person that buys this heap at the price they're selling it for.

Steve was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us with the purchase of our CFMOTO side by side. They even delivered it after hours and took care of everything over the phone. If ever decide to purchase again will definitely call them again and tell others about the great service we received.

Got a used 2021 KX450x from here recently to enjoy the time I have left because I'm dying and jus wanna have some fun. Excellent people here I'm glad I chose this shop I couldn't have asked for better service. I look forward to hopefully doing more business here before I can't. Thanks again everyone!

Absolutely terrible service department. I d trust anyone a Chevy dealership to diagnose and fix a dirt bike and get it back to me quicker than these people could. They had my kids dirt bike for over 2 months and didn t figure out the issue I brought it in for.

"I recently traded my Kawasaki Mule Pro FX in for a CFMoto U-Force 1000XL and not only was I treated like a VIP while I was there, I was given a very good trade allowance. Hoot was always respectful and aware of what I wanted. Great salesmanship. Josh however had a booger on his nose lol just kidding he shot me straight forward quotes on extended warranties and sold me on a great warranty by making me feel like I the customer was the most important person there that day. All this while they were extremely busy!"
