Amazing experience. Top notch. I'm almost 50 years old an this was the first time getting a vehicle serviced at a dealership, but I had some Ford points from buying my new truck, so I thought I would give it a chance. I was really impressed an will definitely be back. Nice group of folks running that shop

Staff helpful. Service not so good. Took over two hours for an oil change and fuel filter replacement on my f250 diesel. And then after reviewing service sheet I noticed only one fuel filter out of two was replacing but have no idea which one. Free inspection when you have your vehicle in is pencil whipped not actually checking, was told spare tire psi and tread were good on a spare tire I don t actually have.

By far the absolute WORST interaction I ve ever had with a dealership. They had my truck two weeks and did nothing but charge me $140. The $140 was a diagnostic fee for a service they didn t provide. When I asked for an explanation for the cost I was told we completed the recalls uh, correct me if I m wrong here, but recall services are free. During those two weeks, no one could give me an answer to why my truck was being kept, what it needed or any other answers. I took my truck from Sakelaris straight to Hutchison Ford in St. James. I will use them forever now. They diagnosed the problem, and two other problems, all of which Sakelaris said were nonexistent or unable to be found , took it upon themselves to find out who my extended warranty was through, contacted them and set up for them to pay the $6,000 in repairs. So no, Sakelaris doesn t deserve the 1 rating it made me choose.

This place is an unprofessional nightmare. They have absolutely no regard for the inconvenience they push onto the customer. They lost our paperwork, and our car sat in the shop for months. They made promise after promise and then repeatedly under delivered. They have a high staff turnover rate. Staff leaving or having personal issues are excuses management hides behind.

I have an oil change contract with this dealership.. Which I really didn't want when I bought the vehicle. But they said I had to have it to get the loan . So every time it's due I come in and they take care of it they do fine with it could be a little quicker. They should have a car wash to clean the vehicles every time you bring one in F o r service or for some kind of repair repair but they don't

I used to say that their service department was the best in Missouri but they are slipping and it is mostly the service writers that are causing it.
