The two dudes I dealt with were absolutely professional. When it comes to JDM vehicles look no further. Would 10 out of 10 take my vehicle there to be serviced or buy from them.

The only place I trust with my vehicles for any repairs. They're wonderful. Courtney is amazing behind the service counter, Krista is always so friendly when you walk through the door, Cheyenne is as nice as can be on the phone, and Jared sold me a car when I went in to purchase mufflers.10/10 would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Highly recommend. I was on a road trip with a friend when the car suddenly began to make this rattling noise below us. We decided to pull the car over; couldn t tell what was wrong. We were in a Rolla, which neither of us are from or familiar with, so we just decided to go to Robbie s since it was open and close. They immediately assessed the problem we described and gave a thorough but straight forward report (which I appreciate as someone who is unfamiliar with cars!). They were incredibly kind, trustworthy, and efficient. Very affordable. The time spent on the car was very reasonable. I wished I lived closer to Robbie s so I could go here more often with my car maintenance!

About two months ago I purchased a blue 2002 Lexus IS300. This was my second IS, as prior to this I had one and sadly lost it due to a driver pulling out in front of me and totaling it. I was in the market for a new one and saw this one, which was in my favorite color that they came in. I called and they told me the car was in excellent condition, but we re not able to tell me if the timing belt had been replaced, which was totally fine as it was not in the service history. I drove from Tennessee to purchase the car, and ended up getting it, and was satisfied. However the issues slowly started to appear. For starters, the car needed all new tires and new rear breaks. I also had a check engine light appear. After spending about $1800, the problems were fixed. This was a used vehicle so these were things that could be expected. I then found out that the timing belt had oil all over it, and had I noticed this later it would have snapped and destroyed my engine being it s an interference engine, so I had this replaced, along with more evap system issues. I continued to have issues with the car, and learned today that the head gasket is blown, and this is something that has been blown prior to me buying it, which is something I am not to happy about. Also important to mention I asked if they had seen what the condition of the timing belt was and they said it looked good even though it was coded in oil. With all of these things considered, I have put an extremely high amount of money into a car that I believed was in great condition, but had been poorly maintained. My intention with leaving this review is to voice my concern for the lack of communication with issues that should have been brought to my attention. I would not say this is a poor sales shop, as they were very friendly, showed me the amazing cars they had at the shop amongst other things, but they could definitely work on their knowledge of, or better acknowledgment of issues with specific vehicles.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this shop to anyone. Either if you need a vehicle serviced or looking for a new car, please look here first, you won't regret it. Seriously great people, go there if you want to be respected and treated like a person instead of a dollar sign. Again wonderful people and great deals, just go there!!!

Well I've been to several other car dealerships trying to get a decently new to me car, and this establishment is the only one that actually worked with me. They did everything in their power to help me out. I was driving an old car that had major issues and I had poured way too much money in, but they went above and beyond to match me with a car that has little problems. I love it. I'm not in a constant state of worry about if my car is going to break down. They are super friendly and break everything down for you. Would highly recommend getting a vehicle through them. I know if I need too, I will definitely go back to them. Thank you guys.

Great staff: friendly and competent. They all work together really well even with different backgrounds and that translates to good service for the customer. Prices are good. I would recommend Robbie's as the best auto repair in the area, though I am not an expert on cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Traveling home to IN from Branson, my car died. It was ultimately towed to Robbie's and I thank God it was! I'm an older woman, traveling alone, and not familiar with the area, so my stress level was high to say the least.Jared went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort...even suggested the right hotel and drove me to it!! Great service, great people!Service: Engine repair

Dishonest! This is where car salesman get their shady image. When I asked if a car was previously owned by a smoker the sales rep would simply dodge the question. He never did give me a straight answer even though it obviously wreaked of cigarettes. I decided to buy the car after test driving it anyway because everything else seemed to be in order. When I got home the AC stopped working due to a huge leak in the condenser. They had obviously charged the AC to fix it temporarily. When I confronted The seller about the problem he offered to fix it splitting the cost 50/50. Not ideal, but at least he was willing to work with me. I thought that would be a reasonable compromise, but then I saw how much he wanted for the repair. (He was charging the full amount after the split.) Don't buy here just save yourself the trouble. Their prices are way over bluebook, and they don't care about their customers.

I just purchased my first vehicle from them. The buying experience was way easy. If anyone is looking for a good reliable vehicle I'd suggest checking them out.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! I'm usually a fan of giving people the benefit of the doubt, but that was a big mistake at this place. Started having problems with the car the very DAY AFTER it was bought! Unbelievable...but true! Apparently, there were some major problems with the car that the seller was able to cover up. I wish I had seen those issues, but more importantly...I wish I hadn't gone to these crooks! I always wondered why people don't trust dealerships, and after going to Robbie's, I know why.

Jared is a really cool guy, and helped me out a lot with buying my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T. I stop by the dealership from time to time to say hi. Definitely the best dealership I've ever bought a car from and had a great inventory

Bought my new to me Kia Sorento and they made sure it was completely safe and ready for meI had an unexpected trip to Chicago a couple of weeks ago and my check engine light claim on a few miles into my trip. I called Robbies and they suggested to go to the nearest Autozone and have it checked. When I found out it was my sensor in the accelerator pedal I brought it to Robbies and they got it fixed asap and got me on my way to the funeral and I made it safely there and back. They are fantastic people and I would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a different vehicle or great service. Thank you!!

I had recently purchased a vehicle from this car lot and it was a blessing. The car was in perfect shape in AND out, the car was also well under-priced over $2,000 under what KBB stated. Great place, great environment, just a wonderful experience. I approve.

Beware USED Car Seller... an international student of Missouri S&T bought a car here, the KBB "in window" was $3,000 over priced.. Seemingly nice customer assistant young lady, for the face of business, though owner is not always the most respectful, especially to a diverse crowd. Most cars come with only a 30 day warranty, 50-50. So after the first issue you have within the month your charged 50% Pro Labor & Parts, fixed in shop "Tom's Repair"--Pro Cost, Below Pro fixes... they may be kind to extend your warranty to the 2-3 additional incidents had in months just after, or NOT. Were kind enough to issue a temporary car off lot while car was in servicing-- "testdrive" another just arrived used CAR on Lot chosen to drive and again "window KBB well Misleading-$3,000USD+ " NOT SUGGESTED>>PLENTY OF PRIVATE OWNERS, better pricing and still afford your own fix.

This is a shop run by car enthusiast! They have excellent customer service and friendly staff. If I'm not doing the work myself on my GTO I will come here. They have state of the art equipment as well.

I'm only putting this review out there so people are aware the cars that are from the mom an pop places are auction cars they could be repossession cars or police impounds when they buy them they don't know what's wrong with them until it gets dropped to they're lot then they have to sell to make profit or close to what they paid even if they do motor swap on a car doesn't mean it is going to last that is where you have to have some car mechanic experience to know if the car is worth what they are asking trust me I been buying an selling to places like this for years

I've got to know the people who work here, and they know what they're doing and care about their customers. Every time I visit, they explain something about some system that I never knew, and take the time to make sure I understand so I never feel like they are misleading me.
