The job was done swiftly, showcasing both quality and expertise, and the cost was a mere $205.99, a stark contrast to the $627.28 quoted at Epic Auto Care.On my subsequent visit, concerned about a transmission issue, I expressed my intent to have the transmission flushed. Barry, the owner, showcased an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment. Instead of merely proceeding with the flush, he accompanied me on a test drive, with me at the wheel and him as the passenger. Armed with his writing board, he was ready to take notes about the car's behavior during the drive. This hands-on approach was not only reassuring but also highlighted his dedication to understanding the root of the issue. Barry's diagnostic prowess was further evident when he identified a Tech Service Bulletin for a TCM Update (CAN-M38) from 2013, recommending an update for improved Automatic Transmission Shift Quality by flashing the Engine Control Module.Ann Marie at the front desk was consistently professional, ensuring I was well-informed about procedures, costs, and timelines throughout my interactions at the shop.In conclusion, the significant differences in service, pricing, and overall experience between REV DIY and Epic Auto Care were evident. The staff at this shop was professional and the experience was nothing less than wonderful, and the receptionist at the front desk treated me with great dignity and respect and let me know that I was in good hands! SCAMMERS!!!!! Went in for an oil change, and ended up with them saying we needed a new motor, for 5 grand! Watch out for these scammers. They told us our Jeep was in need of an electrical diagnosis, after doing a "free" regular diagnosis during the oil change. They changed a gasket which wasn't indicated in either diagnosis, charged me $600, and said I needed a new motor. My vehicle was repaired by a reputable shop for $160, it needed a couple of oxygen sensors, which were indicated on both the diagnostic tests they did. When we went in to talk to the owner, the clerk Anne Marie threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. That after waiting two weeks for the other clerk Amanda to send us copies of our bills and then lied, saying she couldn't send us copies after all. At no time did the owner even try to talk to us and explain the fraudulent behavior of his employees!

A check engine light keeps coming in on. The dealership read the engine code, but couldn't tell me specifically what the problem was. We were looking at an expensive repair that may not have solved the problem.Rev Automotive Repair has assured me that they will be able to find the problem and fix it the first time. Now I just have to wait for the check engine light comes on again.

Extremely rude office workers , nobody would return messages owner never called or messaged when requested to settle issues charged for unauthorized repairs and was asked to leave the property and was threatened with the police when i asked why i was overcharged . Worst shop ive ever know and was given a false estimate of 5000 when an honest shop replaced oxygen sensors and fixed my car for under 200. Rev are scammers

I love how thorough and honest they are. They find and fix the problems and can explain it in detail. One interesting story that I have involves a loud popping sound that was in my front end for about 7 months, and Katie found what it was: it was a wrench socket that fell down and got trapped. No more noise.I have gotten a lot of work done there. I recommend them.

Love the employees here, Amanda does a great job of taking care of all your car needs and concerns and relaying the message to the other employees...The mechanics at this shop do a great job also! My fiance and I brought our car into the shop on monday evening, needing quite a bit of things done to it before we left out of town for the week and they finished it quickly and got it back to us today! (Wednesday)...Very reasonable prices and all together just a great place to have your car worked on. We use this shop when we need a repair, very pleased with their work and excellent customer service! Thank you again to the gang at Rev Auto repair. We appreciate y'all so much.

My son just had his vehicle in there with brake lights not working after he had already taken it to the dealership for the same repair where they told him 1,800 dollars for a whole new wiring harness from front to rear , so glad he got it back over to rev where they singled out a few wires etc that were bad replaced those and only charged him 100 bucks ,,, isn t it nice to know there are still good honest folks out there not trying to screw you over ,, dealerships these days are as crooked as Arkansas backroads thanks rev automotive for being top notch folks doing the right thing!!!Service: Electrical repair

I'm sitting in the waiting room right now while they locate a part for my reinspection. I asked them to fix everything but the tires (which I had done at Plaza Tire this morning). They quoted me a price for that and I paid over $500 expecting that it would be done. Now they are offering to cover labor but I am stuck paying for the part. It's a shame because I have had some pretty good experiences here in the past especially with the mechanic Katie. Sitting here feeling a bit taken advantage of and very mad.

Great place! I came late in the day with an all-but-dead vehicle and they diagnosed the problem, picked up and installed the new parts, and got me out with a fixed car in only a couple of hours. It was much cheaper than I expected, and they even stayed late to make sure it was fixed that day. Friendly staff, good service, and a comfortable experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed in Rolla.

I can't tell you just how pleased I am! Quick turn around, fair pricing, fantastic work. Super friendly as well! Plus their waiting area is clean and well decorated. Will be going back for all my other future issues!

As always happens, had a semi major issue way to far from home. However I lucked out and managed to get the car towed to Rev. They were polite, professional, flexible, and willing to work with me as I was from 2 states over and had to get home that night, and leave the car with them and pick it up a few days later, after hours. I was lucky that my breakdown happened in their back yard.

Dont use these guys! Freaking CROOKS! Got a quote for 400.00 of work and charged me over 500.00. Plus they kept my truck for 2 days for a 3 hr. job.

They tried to charge me 200 dollars extra in labor because they seen my nice car thinking I had money like that not realizing I just take care of my vehicle truly would not recommend this place whats so ever!

Intox, customer here this is the second time I've had this. The first time was with a different company. REV was much better at getting me in and out of recals, the staff always did their best to work with me anytime in anyway they could. Very happy with their service.

The DIY in the name says it all. I would suggest that you do indeed, Do It Yourself if at all possible. Not only are the staff rude and unprofessional, the self-proclaimed "big boss" (Alicia) is dishonest and clueless. I went to have an intoxalock device put in, after the install was completed the technician (Katie) was surly and accusatory.After getting the vehicle home I discovered that neither of them had even filled out the certificate of installation (which is required). When we spoke to Alicia on the phone, she claimed that I did not give them the certificate and stated that it was my fault they hadn't properly completed their job.
